3 experiences. Everytimes, I am pleased. They go above and beyond . I describe a design and its spot on what i wanted.

So awesome!! I never get my nails done bc my manicures never seem to last due to nail salons usually rushing through the job. I’m posting this review two weeks later and my gel manicure looks like I just got it done!! My manicurist took her time and made sure to get the design right and applied about multiple layers of the gel.

The reason I rated it 3 stars is because it literally took 2 hours to do a pedicure. Way way to long. In fact about a hour to long. Maybe the guy was new? I know I am not going back. I gave a 3 because they did look good. I still always go back to queen bee. And thats where I will go next time.

I have seen this nail salon plenty of times by driving past it so I decided on a whim to try it out because after all of these years I never found one that I truly loved enough to go back to. Im so happy I chose to stop there today! I called and asked if they had an opening which they told me yes, when I arrived so many people had appointments and were coming in for walk ins- it was busy to say the least, but even so, everyone remained so calm, nice and accommodating no matter what was requested. They even walked around to offer waters as everyone waited and was getting their service. It was my first time and I was unbelievably welcomed and felt so comfortable being there. I will definitely be going back again! I was there for an hour and got a gel mani and pedi, which came out great!

Sofia did such an amazing job Im getting compliments a week out from having them done.Will be returning.

It was so nice having a pedicure done. I appreciate that they are seriously taking precautions during this virus.

Been here a couple of times, employees arent the most pleasant. They lack customer service. I only went back because I was in the area and it was convenient. The work was a bit sloppy, nails were not all smooth. I Asked for short/sport style nails and the lady left a couple of my nails down to basically nothing... I should have just kept my own and had gel done than pay for acrylic. What a waste. Not happy. Also, I know for a fact they were talking about me in their language... I didnt go there to be critized.. I paid for a nail service and nothing more. They should really be careful what they are saying about people as they never know who actually understands what they are saying even if they dont appear it!

Went in with my girlfriend. She got a Mani/Pedi and I got my eyebrows waxed. Prices are very reasonable and the staff was quick and efficient. Its under new owners/management, very friendly staff!

Very clean, did not wait for regular mani-pedi. Pleased with work, and price was less than elsewhere! Staff speaks English which is nice, and they all seemed to enjoy being there!

Visiting California and 4 of us decided to get pedis. Getting an appointment for 4 was easy, the shop was pretty clean and they were kind and polite. Unfortunately, this was the only location I used my debt card and within 24 hours, my card had been used online several times! Not recommended unless you want your financial future compromised. Very discussed!

DO NOT GO HERE! Stopped in for the very first time to get a pedicure. The place smelled like paint thinner, so strong to the point I was getting a headache. The lady at the front desk told me it was normal. I noticed that the lady who did my pedicure didnt change her gloves from the last customer before coming to me. I also didnt see any sanitizing of the tools before starting my pedicure. I was weary, but trusted them because of how nice the place looked. Boy was I wrong. I now have an infection around my big toe forming and I am absolutely disgusted. The website ensures the use of clean tools so customers can relax, but they obviously do not practice sanitizing their tools! Do not risk your well being by going into this salon. Dont let their decor fool you...they are dirty! Im horrified and wish I would have ran out of there before letting them ever touch me!

All it takes is one person to ruin it for the Asian nail salon reputation. Word of advice, when these people start talking in their language, theyre probably talking smack about the customers. Theres plenty of nail salons in Fresno and Clovis. Dont waste your money here. These people dont deserve it. Especially a guy who works there. He doesnt seem to enjoy doing what he is licensed for so I dont get why hes even there. Long story short, who tells the customer how to design their nails and ignores the customers request? Seems like these people need to work on getting a license for customer care. They have absolute no respect for customers or a level of degree to understand what customers represents. For impression staff, If youre reading this... Better educate that guy and make sure hes aware if his rudeness behavior today. Theres about 2 to 3 younger staffs that can speak clear English, teach him how customers impact companies. We all know how it works, nothing beats customer satisfaction. Today, I had absolute below zero satisfaction for my nails and will be stuck for several weeks until it falls out.

Seemed nice enough. Prices were decent but it was a weird experience overall. I went in for a Mani/Pedi. Got the pedi which took almost two hours and then they forgot about my manicure and my two friends had already been done for 35-40 minutes so I didnt bother mentioning it. During the time we were there there were only 3 other customers and they still rushed my friends manicure and it looked really sloppy. Like I said it was very weird. There were 5-6 people working and it still wasnt a good experience.

Service was GREAT! Place was well beyond clean. Everyone seems extremely nice. Will definitely continue to go.

I went in for a full set coffin shaped long acrylic gel nails. I ended up with medium length squared nails even after she cut them as if she were doing coffin. She asked me the length I said long, she said $5 more for long, I agreed in hopes of at least length but nope! I paid $50 for a basic looking full set of square nails. 😞 I got a free cup of water if that counts for anything. Needless to say I’m going elsewhere.

Didnt get anything close to the art I requested even though I showed the tech a picture. Pink polish instead of black and multicolored stripes where I requested a rainbow. I just went with the flow, but I will not return.

Staff were nice but I have had better pedicures and they dont do as much as other salons for the same price.

My nails look great but yhe lady who did my pedicure pumiced my feet so hard and to much that it left sores on my heels and the side of my feet

The shop is clean and service was tol notch! tech was very helpful, will come again
