Had to overnight some documents back to back - quick service every time! Pro Tip: Try to visit during off peak hours & note that they take lunch from 11-12 (Subject to change of course.) Would definitely visit this location again for future services.

Every time I get a package from these guys they leave it in front of my doors and block me in my house I am disabled I can only live 30 lb of weight Ive tried to holler at him and they look at me and drive off like im a ghost or something one time they left some heavy car parts in front of the door and I pushed the door open and it broke my screen door you trying to call tech support and they run you around in circles and dont let you talk to a manager or anybody about anything......

They opened my package and took the contents out then repackaged it in another box. Ordered two packages the other one they said they lost it. Yeah right you guys stole both of my packages

They choose to not deliver my package because I wasn’t home. Yes. I have this thing called a job. I’ve ordered plenty of packages and they just leave them on the porch. This time they decided to just keep my package. No signature required for delivery. No updates on where it is. Customer service rep was clueless. Great stuff

After speaking with the lady at the counter, I paid extra money for delivery early and a direct signature. Much to my dismay the package was not delivered on time nor was a signature required by the recipient. When I called Fed Ex said oh sorry you weren’t informed that we no longer guarantee delivery and anyone can sign at that address so no refund, sorry they didn’t tell you. Why did the lady go through all the options to help me get the package there in time?!

Worst delivery company ever.. is impossible to get ahold of company representatives at local facility.. to give simple instructions on how to get to delivery address... I guess they have never heard of google maps.. UPS no problems, Mail man no problems.. FedEx on the other hand can’t find my address cuz they say it’s a incorrect address.. been at this address for 6 years going on 7.. highly annoyed..

Great friendly service. Nice & clean, can sometimes be pretty busy. Area is small so can get pretty packed if theres a lot of people. Custermers service is always great it dont matter who is working the receiving desk. 😀

Chubby guys with glasses was in a 15 box truck in the Clovis area. TERRIBLE DRIVER! Even flipped off some people HE almost hit. License plate xxx8688

Best place to ship packages, but a little hard to find until now. Usually there is not a line and Im in and out in 5 minutes. They do sell shipping boxes and other shipping supplies. Location is close to Walmart and not visible in traffic unless you know the streets in Clovis or use GPS. They are still easy to find and get in and out of.

My local FedEx driver is awesome but I absolutely hate it when I have to all them. I get a one 800 number and you cant talk to a person until you jump through 9000 hoops with an automated system.

Service was great. I accomplished what I needed but the prices for overnight envelop is ridiculous.

There was a package (which I needed immediately) sent to me that required a signature. I had to go out of town suddenly so I missed the delivery. My husband called and called and finally got a hold of the driver who so graciously came back to the house to deliver the package! Now thats customer service! Whoever Lisa is, she rocks!

Never again if I can help it. Worst service Ive ever had. The package (a government document) was lost, yet they claimed to have delivered it, and we should contact the carrier. I understand the delivery system can be slow or delieveries can be delayed, but to lie and say the package was delivered to finish out at job is just wrong. No accountability for this place with important documents, but instead conduct business with false ends.

Left a signed note on the door for my delivery... wasn’t delivered. Went to the store and it wasn’t there. They tried to call the delivery guy he didn’t answer. It was the end of the day so they said all drivers had to be back in the next 15 minutes and to wait. He wasnt back after 20 minutes so they finally got him on his cell. He said he’d meet me at my house. Rushed home. Waited 15 minutes. Still not here.

Just had a delivery from FedEx this morning (10:50am). Guy not friendly at all, never made eye contact --asked him to put packages on top of table, instead placed them on floor (totally ignored request). Thanks for the great service FedEx. Service does not deserve star, but had to choose one in order to post review.

Assumed we were closed due to federal holiday. Base does not close all facilities. Business ran on assumptions is just bad business!!!!!!!

Get upset, anything we get if we r late at the door or not even home they just drop off the pkge there at the doir😔 not good.

Orders late, passed by location, 1800 number is made to irritate and make you give up. Today delivery service. Thanks for nothing. Ups is way better. Never using fedex again.

Called and said theyd deliver it between 1-4 on Friday. It never came. Finally on Monday a desk was delivered...After opening it, I realized they sent us somebody elses desk and they still havent sent us ours!

Easy drop off for packages.

Closed for lunch....no where on their official hours does it state that there are hours that they close for lunch. They just throw up a sign and leave. I highly doubt this is what corporate intends. Ridiculous.

9 times out of 10 they deliver our package to the wrong address. We have a house number in plain sight, but i suppose we need a billboard with our address on it. That might help, but probably not.

I called and find out where my merchandise was they lost it and I didnt have the best of that because they connected me to one FedEx company to another FedEx company that was supposed to call me back by 4:30 in the afternoon I waited almost two weeks and then never called so some people like it some people dont I just Im not happy with him right now
