Absolute waste of money. For the low cost of $345 a month, Hamilton will SCALP 1500 sq. ft. of grass and ignore the rest of your yard!But wait! Included in this obscene monthly price:1) Obvious, ignored weeds mixed with xeriscape. (Breathtaking!)2) Complete disregard for edging, allowing your yard to truly run free. (Fight the power!)3) A two week waiting period for AN ESTIMATE! (Its all about the anticipation. Dont want to seem too eager..)4) An initial spring cleaning that has to be redone. (Why not come by, AGAIN?)

Took 3 weeks to get someone to my house just to do an estimate to simply cut my lawn and perform basic clean up of my property, while I was out of the country. My wife paid the guy who did the estimate (Saul) a fee of $20.A few weeks passed and no word from Hamilton. When I called from overseas and said I desperately needed my yard tended to, I was told it was going to be $75 just to mow. When I relayed that my yard literally takes 10 minutes to mow, edge, and trim I was told it didnt matter. We got someone else to do it for $35.After I returned from my deployment, I received a call stating I still owed the estimate fee of $20. I told the person on the phone that I never got the estimate, but she insisted I needed to pay the fee first before they sent the estimate. Again I said it was already paid and I that when I inquired about the estimate weeks before I was told it was e-mailed to me; no one ever asked for my address, so how was it e-mailed? Woman again stated we owed the $20 fee. I said Im not paying it again; she said it would go to collection. My reply is not repeatable.Bottom line....avoid Hamiltion. Theyll lead you along, never produce anything, and apparently have employees that either pocket cash paid or fail to report the workorders they complete.
