Horrible staff. Not at all professional. Rude and unable to have a conversation about responsibility and quality. Be careful with your orders, jewelry and choices.

I came in last week and had the pleasure of shopping with Kimberlee and Chris...they really know what they are talking about and worked good as a team both had postive attitude which felt very welcoming.. usually when I go shopping for jewelry I feel the tension of sales people... not this time!! They truly are some of the best workers I have seen here. I felt like I was just hanging out with a couple of friends! I highly recommend Kimberlee or Chris( Sorry for the long review its just this is the best service I have had in this store ever)

I went in on 9/2019 I was look for a watch for my husband who is deployed at the moment...its almost NEVER that I go out being a mother of twin boys that are 3 years. I shopped with Brinn she was very kind and sweet. But of course my little ones were being wild just as I was about to call it quits Kim came and started keeping them busy! Showing them kid stuff on her ipad! These two ladies are beyond sweet and I will most definitely be going back to this location again! I really got to enjoy shopping for my husband because of these two sweethearts! Definitely a kid friendly environment!

The staff was very friendly and professional. They took their time and were very patient with me taking my time deciding on exactly what I wanted.

If it was possible I would give zero stars. The other day I went into Zales and there was 2 employees working. One of them was helping a customer and the other was sitting down on a tablet watching what it sounded like a movie or show about killing people. The next day I went back in and gave the description of the lady and an employee told me her name was Fran the “Manager”. This was very inappropriate for the manager to be watching something like that. Not only was she watching something so inappropriate but it took her so long to get up and greet me. It was like I bothered her when I was just standing looking around. I recommend saving your time and just make the trip to Amarillo or Lubbock. I’m never shopping at this location again.

Do not have repairs made through this store. $100 estimate ended up being $304. They said that they would call if the $100 estimate went up. They did not talk to us. Took it in on November 28 and was suppose to be returned by December 19 but did not receive until January 5. When I went in the store to check on the status, the lady was rude.

This is the worst company as a whole. people are rude and unhelpful. even the managers don’t know what they’re doing. they say they’ll call their manager but they still are no help! they are so pushy and only want sales! do not shop with zales they will screw you over every time. all they want is your money.
