They did an amazing job on a same day delivery. I actually upgraded an order to a premium arrangement and it was definitely worth it. I was confident it would turn out beautifully but it really exceeded my expectations so I’m glad I wasn’t disappointed. I also really appreciated the follow up with the order and didn’t anticipate being notified when the order was delivered which was really nice to know. I’ve never had that type of service with other florists, it’s just above and beyond type of service I think. My mom and I went to pick up our order of flowers today. When the worker starting bringing the bouquets and bud vases out individually, my mom asked the girl if she could put them in a box (We had three large bouquets, and four bud vases in our order). The worker told us that it’s a $60 charge for a crate. We would’ve brought our own boxes if we had been told to do so. Since that is obviously ridiculous, my mom voiced her frustrations with this, as we didn’t bring our own box/crate to transport the flowers home. The worker proceeded to make it out to be our problem. I’ve ordered from flower shops before, and never have I ever had to bring my own box to transport my flowers. Perhaps they’re trying to nickel and dime their customers as the place was completely empty and usually is whenever I pass by. With service and policies like this, I don’t see how they’re still in business. As we left, the worker told us with a snotty attitude, “try to have a nice day”. Lol. Take your business elsewhere.Update: I hope people see what I’m talking about when reading the response from the owner. Rude and unprofessional. If your workers had been upfront about the crate situation to begin with when the order was initially placed, you could’ve avoided this problem.

This is a small shop in the heart of downtown Clovis that did everything possible to put together a wonderful arrangement very quickly. I got to pick out the flowers and they even texted a pic before it was delivered! Not to mention that it smells heavenly in the shop! Very reasonably priced.

Really just missed the mark in my mind...The Good:Communication was great and the staff was friendly. I also appreciated their willingness to create a custom arrangement on short notice. The delivery was on time as well so points there.The Bad:Overall just not close enough to what I had in mind. LOTS of greenery and not very many flowers. If Im paying by the stem I hope most of those stems are flowers. Also, the card... very disappointed with the personalized message card. A cut out piece of paper stapled to the inside of a blank card with a typed out message in small, very standard font is just not good enough for $100 arrangement.Overall - the process was great, no real complaints. The final product, however -- underwhelming and overpriced in my opinion.(but hey, maybe Im just too picky. Heres the arrangement. You decide)

They failed to deliver my flowers to a funeral and the only way I found out is because I called them 30 minutes after the funeral. I have been searching for a good selection of houseplants. I live in Hanford, but work in Clovis. I just happened to turn down a different road to get back to the office, and saw this cute little shop. I stopped in and was in plant heaven. Its just a quaint little shop and was a peaceful place to spend some of my lunch hour. I was helped by two employees and they were very knowledgeable about their products. Cost is higher than a big chain store, but quality is better and worth it for me to shop local as much as possible. I will be a new regular customer!

Real Compassion & understanding are vital during this pandemic. There are no words to describe the pain one suffers after losing a family member and being unable to be with those suffering most. Im in Florida and my daughter & son-in-law are in Fresno. They just lost their unborn daughter of 7 months. My husband & I both fall into vulnerable categories and are unable to be there to bring personal comfort to them or attend the funeral. To say that this is traumatic is an understatement.After hearing my situation, Clovis Floral & Cafe was extremely compassionate and in tune during my call to them. I wanted a flowering plant. They tailored my order exactly (by sending me pics for approval, choices, etc.,) Thank you so much Clovis Floral & Cafe. Hopefully my daughter can plant those absolutely gorgeous pink azaleas in her yard in memory of our Angel Baby Lydia. Thanks for being there when we couldnt be.

I never leave reviews but I just had to today. In March, we had my in-laws funeral. We used Clovis Floral for the flowers. We purchased two stand sprays and two casket sprays. I thought the flowers were nicely done. We spent $1,000 for those four floral arrangements. We used the stands for the funeral on a Saturday and took them to the graveside on Monday. We kept the stands wet but the floral arrangements did not even make it the two days. The flowers were wilted and the stands looked sad. We used them anyway. I vowed not to use Clovis Floral again. We had my funeral for my grandson today. The funeral home recommended Clovis Floral again, and against my better judgement, we went with them. We ordered a small arrangement for the top of the casket. We paid $150 for the arrangement. It was smaller than I expected but it was nicely done. I’m including a picture of the floral arrangement, if I can. The problem is they were late for the delivery. We made arrangements for the flowers to be delivered at 8:00am. We confirmed the date with the florist before we left the florist 5 days before the funeral. She put the wrong date in the system. The funeral was supposed to start at 9:00am. At 9:08, I called the floral shop to find out where the arrangement was. They said there was a misunderstanding. I asked what the misunderstanding was because it seemed pretty clear to me what was supposed to happen. They apologized and said it was on its way. It got there at 9:20. We delayed the service until we had the flowers there. We had 50 people there waiting to start. I just felt we couldn’t start without flowers. Its a sad day and the last thing grieving parents should be waiting for are their flowers. I will never use this florist again.

I went to Clovis Floral $ Cafe in search for a bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend. After a short flower consultation with one of the owners I had picked an assortment of beautiful, fresh flowers. After picking the flowers and a vase she went into the back to prepare the bouquet. She emerged about 10 minutes later with an ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL valentines bouquet. I flew into Fresno for a friend’s casual last-minute wedding. When the original floral plan fell thru because of a mix-up, I called Clovis floral & gift at 2 minutes before close and they graciously stayed open, and patiently helped me put together some ideas. She took the time to call me because she realized I was having it delievered to my house. I explained that we were having my brothers memorial at the lake the next day. She put it on a lower stand for me so that I wouldn’t have any problems with it falling over (which I didn’t). They delievered it to me as late as they could so that it could still be fresh an beautiful for the next day. They also took the time to show me how to take care of it.
