Erin you were very informative about the process, i always had a healthy amount of skepticism about hipnosis but was a bit surprised by it.You never guaranteed me anything about the process, simply what my subconscious was ready to share to me.I was able to let go of my skepticism and let go and feel my bodys energy.It really help me! A small but yet satisfying feel of letting go of what people thought of me was really good.It wasnt a cure all problems type of process but it sure gave me a new perspective on things and how to let go of things holding me back.Im glad i went through with this.Thank you so much erin!
