I have just set up service with them and Im only on my second pickup today. My only complaint is that they apparently charge you $25 to drop off cans (I wasnt told this when I started my account). Oh, and for insurance reasons you cant pick them up yourselves. I can understand charging for replacement cans, but not for initial service.
