The staff are great. They are professional, courteous and have gone the extra mile in customer service. If i could give 10 stars I would. I am a very satisfied customer. If you need a secure mailbox or any other service this is the best place to go to. It reminds me of how stores used to be good service with a smile where you not only benefit from the service but the business is an asset to the community. There is a very special Manager Vanessa! She is so awesome and she is always there to help me. She is kind and during Covid she always made sure we were all following procedures but was quick to help all of us with our shipping needs and never made excuses! This store is my first stop for Notary services and shipping boxes. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The staff is amazing. They have top notch systems in place to provide notifications for me that I have a package! Friendly, customer oriented staff will give you their full attention or help multiple people at once without leaving anyone feeling neglected. Sometimes (peak times for businesses) the line can be a little long (but shorter than the post office) and depending on the needs of the customer... you may wait 15 min (shorter time then the post office). Great thing is.. they have wonderful retail items to browse while you wait.. a line isnt always necessary... as the common point from or to another patron with the they were next is a common courtesy. If you want to avoid the line... just step in at a time opposite of every other person... Me... have had a few great conversations with members of the community while waiting.. so I dont mind.

Highway robbery:This place has their own made-up prices for almost all of their services and which is a bit too high comparing any competitive nearby.This store charged me $12.30 for a USPS flat rate small box. Whereas The USPS rate is $7.65!!!

Surprisingly rude guy who worked there, didnt listen to what I was asking, I was expecting more of a small mom and pop operation, also, the prices are insane, a small flat rate for ten and a medium for 20,while at a normal post office its 5 and 10.Will go out of my way not to come back to this location again.

No. No. No. Keep driving, dont stop, dont wast your time and money. I had a USPS flat rate envelope packed and sealed, but I had ran out of toner for the laser printer. I thought, well I just stop and buy a stamp. Its $5, no big deal. Well I should have left when the poor soul in front of me paid over $20 for a $10.35 flat rate box. Yep. My $5 stamp was definitely $10.xx. I left. I wrote a review so now you dont have to experience the same fate.

The staff could be uninformed sometimes, but the manager is always know what she is doing, so you are safe everytime dealing with them. They are nice and attentive though every time regardless of if they would be busy or not.

I came in to drop UPS and asked if I could buy USPS service also. The gentelman said just like the post office. I already had 2 letters, one going to Germany. I had a global forever stamp on it ($1.20) and he told me it would be an additional $2.00 to mail my item. I then watched him cut carefully cut around the peel off stamp, and set it on top of the letter - not peeled and stuck. He then said I could go, and my suspicions went into overdrive. As I rwfused to leave, he then carefull peeled ans places the stamp (with the frame around it!). I then ask them how much the post he was putting on that envelope actually cost, and he said a dollar twenty. I asked why he charged me $2 for a $1.20 stamp and he grew a little angry with me and said thats how they keep the doors open, and at that point I asked him to cancel the whole transaction. He easily peeled off the stamps off of my letters and refunded my money. When I took the envelope to the real post office they told me to stamp I had on there was more than enough postage. So he was charging me $2 for a $1.20 stamp and then he was going to peel the stamp off and return it to his drawer. Obviously a fraudulent operation and I would steer clear. I will call federal postal inspectors in the morning.
