Only place in town that had a chainsaw bigger than 22 in. Staff very friendly and supportive. I am new to chainsaws and similar tools. I had questions about cutting down a tree, disposing of a body and shrubs. They gave me excellent advice and saved me lots of money. Although, there was an issue on the first day of rental. The chainsaw screw was not working properly. Or something like that. But they worked with me and extended my rental at no cost. Thank you Save Some Rentals. Skip Home Depot Tool Rental. Save time and go directly to Save Sum. The owners and workers are SO MUCH FRIENDLIER AND MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE than Home Depot. They keep their equipment in tip top repair.

I rented a micro digger at 10:45am on Saturday morning. It’s supposed to be a 24 hr rental. A hydraulic hose broke at around 12:00 noon. They didn’t have it repaired until late afternoon on Sunday. They said that someone else needed it on Monday and I needed to return it by 6:30am on Monday morning. They never mentioned anything to me about charging me for the repair. Even though they were back and forth to my house over 6 times. Then when I returned it they charged me an additional $300.00 on top of the $350.00 24 hr rental. I should have been told I was being charged for the repair. That’s horrible communication and unprofessional. I also didn’t even get the full rental time or get to finish the job. Will not be renting from them or recommending them again. Like one of the employees said to me.”The new owner is just after the money”.
