Both the doctor and staff were extremely friendly and cared very much about our Saint Bernard Moose. They gave us suggestions based on our specific situation in order for our dog to be as healthy as can be. They really know how to treat animals and how to make the parents feel satisfied with their “child’s” care

I have taken my pets here for years and they’ve always done a great job. I recently took one of my dogs for teeth cleaning and they were able to get her in for an appointment quick and took great care of her.

Met with Dr. Stallings because my Cat had either a URI or Allergies for Weeks. She administered two Shots, and my Cat was breathing comfortably after just a few Days, and she is currently breathing completely normally.

Ive been taking my pets to All Pets Animal Hospital since we moved here 7 years ago. My pets have always been well cared for here. I dont believe Ive ever had a time that they didnt try to work us in for acute issues. In the past weve had to use their after hours care and have always had caring service during those times. We miss Dr. H so much but are still very pleased with the quality of care and reliability that Dr. Reagan and the other staff members have given our family and pets since his retirement. Believe me when I say weve utilized their services many, many times over the years. For strays we have found, for our pets and pets weve babysat. I only wish I could feel this way about our human doctors. We cant even keep them in town... they all leave. lol

I had what I felt was an emergency today (Sunday afternoon) with my Dachshunds back. I called and left a message. Dr. Patrick Reagan called right back and met us at the practice within 10 minutes. He was so professional and caring. Thank you!

We adore the vets and all the staff at all pets. They are always quick with visits, kind and patient with concerns. They genuinely care about our pets and we love having them as our vet!

Wonderful staff, clean, follows COVID procedures, and great with my pets! The tech was super sweet, and the veterinarian I had was very attentive, informative, and caring! They also have their own website that you can order pet supplies and medication from. I took one star off because they charge $20 for a nail trim, which I find excessive, but other than that I had absolutely no issues!

The care about you and your pet and take the time to talk to you. I wouldnt go anywhere else in Clovis!

Do not recommend due to customer service and negligence. The owner of the practice (admitting) do not look at patient files before walking into the appointment. Quote “if you schedule in the morning or early in the afternoon- we are better about looking at the files”. This is a huge red flag and unprofessional. Claim there is no malpractice but this is simply not true. Caprock in Portales, NM will better service you and treat you with respect.

Dr. Stallings is the BEST! Dont ever let her leave!

Dr. Stallings is incredible. My boyfriends dad saw his dog get hit by a car tonight. None of the other vet offices in Portales or Clovis would return our calls for emergency care. Dr. Stallings called back almost immediately and met us in their office. She and her assistant worked hard to save that poor little doggie. They went above and beyond, including performing CPR long after it was apparent that it wasnt going to make a difference. But it did make a difference for a lonely old man who was watching his beloved pet slip away. He knows nothing else could be done and that they truly cared about his loss. They were both amazing, compassionate young ladies. I highly recommend Dr. Stallings.

Definitely not!When I mentioned that I called because you are hospitol I thought you would have openingsl The receptionist was kurt saying we are open but booked til march. there is no hospital in clovis. We are just a clinic obvoiusly the receptionist hasnt had her coffee. She is kurt, rote and way too busy to to talk with me. She rattled off a list of other locations and she spoke so fast I couldnt understand a word. To top it off she lacks compassion. She didnt ask what was wrong with my schnauzer... but their competitor did! Note to self, first impressions get you far, customer service is not a priortity at this business. Luckily, the receptionist at Prairy managed to get us in next week all while asking about Romeo. Dr Reagan is knowledgeable and professional. He has cared for my Jack and Russell for over 7 years now. I believe he has loved them from day one. When it recently came time to say goodbye to Russell he showed us so much compassion and thoughtfulness. Thank you all for helping us through this difficult time. I have complete trust in Dr Reagan and his staff. The ladies in the front have always been helpful and caring. They go beyond the call of duty every time. There is no better place to take your pets.

The staff is so accommodating, and the Veterinarians are without question the most caring, understanding, and involved pet doctors Ive ever seen. They get to know and love your pets, becoming part of your pets extended family, and they know what they are doing when it comes to taking care of you beloved fur babies!!!!! Don’t bring an animal shelter adopted pet!! We have been going to see Dr Hudson for 14 years and he just retired, he took excellent care of our Dog and our cat, they are now both deceased. Lots of people told us about adopting from the local animal shelter so we went there and found two beautiful sweet kittens. We had an appointment with Dr Reagan, he came in and began to rant about how the animal shelter should have given them their chip injection and he shouldn’t have to and if he messed it up it would be on him to replace, we explained to him they told us to have him do it because they were so small they didn’t feel comfortable doing it, and then one of the kittens had an issue and he said we could take it back for a better one or that the city should reimburse us for the extra cost. He made us feel like we were after something for Free although we paid the city for cost of $165 per pet and All Pets was on the list of vets that participated with this program. I have to say we felt very let down about the whole situation after all we were very proud of our new pets and felt we were doing the right thing by adopting threw the shelter.

Good place to call for an appointment, that is urgent, if you like to be put on hold.

Ive been taking my puppies there for 6 months now, since their first 6-week appointment. The staff are very friendly, and Ive had full confidence in their care every step of the way. Theyre very thorough, and every appointment has made me feel like I was the number one priority that day. I would definitely recommend All Pets!

Dr. Reagan is best vet you can get he has already saved my cats life. You can tell how much the staff loves animals and will make sure your pet has absolutely everything it needs. This is the best vet I have ever taken my pets to. Dont think about going anywhere else even for a second!

The vet Dr Tayley Stalling is very kind and seems knowledgeable about dogs. She obviously loves animals. The atmosphere is clean and calm. The staff are absolutely excellent and super helpful!The issue I have is that it was extremely concerning to me that the vet and vet tech walked in with vaccines ALREADY reconstituited (aka drawn up and ready to inject) without talking to me. My pup was adopted with a record from another vet that showed he was completely up to date on vaccines. It is extremely well documented that vaccines that are handled/stored outside of the specifications should not be administered. After I proved he was vaccinated, the vet conceded and said let me go put these back in the fridge. Seemed to me they were just interested in charging for extra unneeded (maybe even useless) vaccines.If you take your furbaby to this practice, insist that the vaccine is prepared before your eyes because I would hate for your pet to get a vaccine that is useless (waste of money, waste of pain for the animal, and your pet would still be at risk for illness/disease). The American Vetinary Medical Assoociation says, Following reconstitution, vaccine loss of potency may occur within hours... it is recommended that reconstituted vaccines held longer than 1 hr should be properly discarded.Also - wish there was more weekend appointments!

Ive used them with most of my pets and highly recomend their services.

I had actually used All Pets in the past and was very happy with them. However this time though the experience was not very good at all. From the lady on the phone not being very helpful and downright rude, to me being on time for my appointment and then I had to leave 40 minutes later with no one even seeing me. When I asked how much longer it was going to be, the lady at the desk said I dont know its a Monday. I understand their time is important but mine is as well. I hate that as I really did like them.

Haven’t been there in a long time but it’s because of the older woman that works up front. She’s incredibly rude and not accommodating whatsoever. I’ve had no issues with the other staff but this woman makes going over there unbearable. The first and last person you have to deal with and it’s simply not worth it.

This older lady who is their receptionist at this vetinarian office disclosed my families personal information and risked my sons security and safety over a stray dog that we saw in the city park which had no collar and was not chipped, We decided to picked up the dog to give it a home. Our family was torn over the fact that she had called our home after hours from her personal cell phone to let us know that the dog we had picked up allegedly belonged to a girl who is in Florida, and had not seen it since December of last year, and it was confirmed by two doctors, the one who saw the dog when my son took it into their office to be checked out the next day. The doctor who treated the dog confirmed that he had not seen this dog in their office before, and another doctor who stated it to me that she had not seen this particular dog either, but it was confirmed that this particular dog did not have a chip nor a collar with an ID. Its not the fault of the doctors, but because of the receptionists incompetency, is the reason why we decided to go else where.IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR PERSONAL INFOMATION GIVEN OUT, I WOULD THINK TWICE ABOUT BRINGING YOUR PETS TO THIS PARTICULAR OFFICE.

So far so good. 2 pets and 4 years later still recommending them to people new to area.

Ive always brought my Schnauzers to All Pets Animal Hospital. The doctors and staff are excellent and the facility is immaculate. Ive visited other vets and this one is by far the cleanest. I wouldnt bring them anywhere else!

Ive been going to All Pets Animal Hospital for the last 10 years and have used just about every service they offer. My older cat that came from a sanctuary and has had various problems and the staff at All Pets has been excellent with him. The office is spotless and I will never go anywhere else.

I trust my dog 100% with them. They have always been kind and will make sure you know all the options available. If your looking for a great vet, this is the place!

All the staff at All Pets Animal Hospital are extremely knowledgeable. Their customer service is great; I dont usually sit and wait in the waiting room for more than 10-15 minutes, otherwise I get right in. Just excellent.

Wish i could give them zero stars. I took my pet Bella (lab mix) in for hyperplasia. They said the surgery would be high risk. option 1: refer out to Albuquerque and price would be $2000-$4000. Option 2: do the procedure in their office minimum $2000. Option 3: put our dog down. I went to Caprock vet in portales NM for a second opinion. They removed the mass, had her spayed, vaccinate and chipped for less than $500.

Beware of this practice if you have an animal with anxiety issues. We adopted our pup from the shelter last year, and around 6 months of age, she began to exhibit extreme stranger anxiety.Beyond neglecting to schedule follow-up calls as well as neglecting to return calls, Dr. Hudson has written off my dog without directly saying so. Due to her anxiety, she attempts to scare off strangers. Dr. Hudson showed extreme fear of her, and proceeded to refer to her as a ticking time bomb. When I asked him to try to give us a few minutes to acclimate, he responded I have other patients. Beyond this, he did prescribe an anti-anxiety medication, but did not take the time to discuss it thoroughly with me and, as mentioned before, will not follow up with me.Count me as an extremely frustrated family member of his patient, whom he refuses to help. I will have to attempt to re-condition my dog alone, with only the benefit of behavioral therapy. (Thatd be my normal inclination, anyhow, but her case is so extreme that medication is warranted.)

Ive used them for every imaginable service for my dogs. Spaying, putting down, shots, routine check ups basically everything you could take a dog to the vet for. Theyre phenomenal.

My friends tried to take their dog in because he is sick. They immediately assumed he had parvo. And said they neglected him because they didnt get him shots. He is barely old enough for shots so no we have not neglected him. We r getting him shots today. DONT USE THIS VET UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO WASTE YOUR MONEY. Overcharging people to even try and treat your pets.

I wouldnt recommend this place at all. The lady at the the front desk just has a negative attitude and is very unpleasant. Their priority is not the animals. I had an appointment scheduled for my puppy to have a surgery and they rescheduled it without my consent. I talked with her and the vet and neither of them tried at all to resolve the problem. I then called Dr. Keim at Curry Country animal hospital and he saw her THAT day and squeezed her surgery in for 2 days after that Dr. Keims staff is AMAZING! Do yourself a favor and go there. The doctor has been in practice longer and my puppies surgery ended up being $100 cheaper then it would have been at All Pets.

I have a about 2 month old puppy Is sick and not technically old enough to get his shots yet. He is throwing up everything, not eating drinking and acting sad and crying in pain.We tried to take him in for an emergency care and they Asked 1 questions about the dog. And its the shots question. And we said not yet he is still a baby. And she yelled at us saying its our fault he is going to die. Cause we abused him. Which is just a aweful thing to conclude cause we barely got him.Their starting charge was 1000$ to hospitalize him for parvo. Which we think its. It the case because we had a previous dog not 2 weeks ago have parvo and die because no vet would take her in.For other options We called the vet in milshoe and they said they can take him in. For not even have the cost they were wanting.They were rude and money thirsty and do not care about our babies. I recommend milshoe vets moreover then them

I swear they killed my dog. I brought him in because he was throwing up, a young Dr. gave him some shots and said he’d be fine. He went downhill as soon as we left the vet, became very unresponsive to anything and HE DIED THE NEXT MORNING.$250 dollars later I’m left heartbroken.

Sometimes it can be tough for vets to stay in business in Clovis, but All Pets Animal Hospital has been successful for so many years because of the amount of care they give each animal. Dr. Hudson and the staff take a genuine interest in your pets.
