We called Arrow Lift to inspect and advise which product would work best for my ailing father. The crew was so helpful. They actually suggested many options outside of a lift which worked for us. Great group, great experience.

People are nice and friendly, unfortunately we felt them to be very unprofessional. We would not hire them again. A one week job took months and months and was not completed to our satisfaction. We were unable to get return phone calls

Showed up on time and did a professional job. I really appreciate the way they continued to call me to arrange a time to check out the equipment as this is a second home and I’m not in town that often.

Over a year. Dont trust this company. They do not what they are doing. Never finished the job. Nothing but wrong information. Elevator still not Woking. Cost me additional 7,800.00 to try and render bad instalation and still not working.
