I hired him through my the contractor ( Zito remodeling) for a remodeling project of my house. Showed quite a bit of interest and once he took the advance was very poor in response. Finally six months later, the plan was submitted to the city which was totally incomplete. When it was brought to his attention, there was no activity from his side. After spending moths again, few of his ex partners ( who were not even paid by him and they had to split for whatever reasons) were able to complete the job and I have to pay almost double and end up wasting tons of time with him.
