THIS Club Cleaners (they are just a franchised name) is amazing!The front staff has been soo very helpful & friendly for at last the last +15 yrs Ive done business with them.They have gone above & beyond what other dry cleaners have done for me plus gotten some stains out of garments where others couldnt!They also have an amazing abilities with alterations/repairs of garments!They were even able to save my grandfathers NFL rain jacket that is some +30 yr old vinyl plastic!!Oh! They also have a satellite location on Fowler and Ashland. That one is called Sierra Cleaners, regardless of the name youll get great service and awesome results on your cleaning, alteration, or repair.

Dont take your wedding dress here. I took my wedding dress to be preserved. They place it in a nice box with a viewing window but I opened it up to check that they cleaned it and to my surprise it seemed like they didnt clean it at all. If youd like to pay $175 for your dress to be preserved with tree branches along with it and countless hair and seemingly untouched stains then I would recommend them. I took my dress back to them to have it redone. I should have just gotten a refund and taken it somewhere else. The first time it took them a little longer than two weeks to clean the dress and they never called when it was finally ready but I guess thats because I called asking about its status two days before. It took them another two weeks for the wedding dress the second time and they did call but it seemed that it was ready before then. The second time I had to inspect it again. I guess I should have asked for them to not place the dress already in the box because I couldnt trust them. I wish they would at least vacuum the box they place it in because there are a lot of random small strings of cardboard and lint from a different garment. The dress is clean now but I had to take it back and I feel as if they purposefully didnt clean anything that wasnt in the viewing window thinking that I would have never checked out behind the rest of the dress and it would stored and put away for years. I was infuriated that they didnt do their job right the first time.

Club Cleaners got out a stain that I had been told was impossible to get out. I now have a suit back that was unwearable with the location of the stain. Amazing!

Great customer service, always call me by name whenever I come through the door. Been coming here since 2011, there are other places that might be cheaper on price but usually service/quality suffers as well.
