Have their wash as many times as needed for monthly fee. Works great for us to keep our pickup clean.

I paid for the $18 car wash. The actual wash seemed super quick. When we got home it hardly looked like my car was washed. The tires were still dirty as well as the hood and trunk area.

Always get a good wash and good service at a fair price. Ray and the rest of the crews are awesome...

General manager came to greet us. Since it was our first time he gave us a free wash. After the wash he Checked to see how we liked it and gave us a punch card for military members. Two gentlemen dried the truck and cleaned our windows. Very professional and friendly crew.

We used to be regular customers and had a monthly subscription but the brushes were scratching and dulling the paint on our car so we paid for paint restoration and ceramic coating, and only went through on an occasional basis. One time, in Nov of 18, my wife went through the wash behind a truck. His tires jumped the track and he got stuck in the wash, while my wifes car was pulled into the truck causing a low speed collision, and two small gouges in the front bumper of our car. The manager, Richard, took photos of the damage and statements from both drivers and promised to call us back after talking to the owners of the wash. After about a month and no word we called but Richard had some personal issues and hadnt taken care of the accident yet. Later we called and went in but he wasnt available so we left our number and were promised a call back. Needless to say we havent heard anything back. At this point we have concluded that Richard has no interest or intention of making it right, so hopefully the A-Key owners read social media reviews and can hold him accountable.Update 15 Aug. following the above review the owners reached out and had the manger call us to apologize. after getting 2 quotes for repairs, they wrote a check for the damage caused to the front bumper. While the whole episode has been unnecessarily complicated and stressful, the owners and management were able to satisfy us as customers. If you have a bad experience in the future I would not hesitate to message the A key owners on Facebook to get a proper resolution.

I have an unlimited membership. They do an AWESOME job, some do, others try. The hard workers are the guys that wipe down your car on VERY COLD DAYS. I love the vacuum areas where there are enough hoses to vacuum your car & there is a vacuum mat washer/dryer I havent used BUT wil DEFINITELY!!😃

Only place i have found in town to fit 13.5 in wide tires. Prices are reasonable. Only downside is the car wash doesnt get the tailgate of my truck. I have the center 2-3 ft of it still dirty. The rest of the truck shines.

Well, Ive been waiting to review this place. Not sure exactly why. Its a good car wash. Gets the job done. The dryers in the machine and hand dryers not the greatest. But, my car is washed. I love that the finally got their unlimited wash plan up and running!

Great place to take my truck. It is not touch less, but I dont mind as they use chamois instead of brushes. The start of their monthly membership is a plus. Im definitely getting my moneys worth.

I have been a member for over a year now. No problems at all. If you live in the area, I highly recommend a membership as its definitely worth it. If youre just passing through Clovis, the price is worth it as well.

I use these guys way too often, but am so glad theyre prices make it easy on my wallet and location make it easy in and out. Did I mention theyre friendly and fun too!!! I had taken a drive to Tucumcari which resulted in more than a few bug carcasses covering my truck, but these guys took the extra time and youd never know now how many bugs I annihilated.

Love the service, they offer monthly price for unlimited wash. Aside from the blower to dry your car, they have someone wipe dry your car, and they offer free vacuum for paying customers.

Got the level above basic clean. Did a surprisingly good job of cleaning even the grill. Price was very reasonable.

I dont know whats happened to this place.. My son got me started goin to this wash about 6-8 years ago, and I loved it - they did a great job - and I usually bought the cheapest wash. Ive been upping it, now Im buying the most expensive wash, and most of the time anymore, my vehicle comes out dirty. Recently, I headed down the road after the wash, and saw bird poop on the hood!? $18.00 wash. Went back, they sent me through again without a problem (sometimes theyve been unhappy about it) and came out, with bird poop on my hood!? Really!? I pointed it out to the towelers and they wiped it off. Somethings wrong here.. I dont really want to, but I may need to try another place..

Recent rain caused mud on county roads. Went in for a wash and they wanted $8 extra on top of the $15 I already paid. Attendant was a complete jerk. When I asked why the extra fee for minimal mud he just waived me out of line and the manager came over. Received a refund and went to soapy springs. Their machine removed eveything. Point of the story, dont be a jerk if a customer questions an additional fee.

Everyones always happy and smiling. The wash is amazing and the memberships are worth every penny.

My car didnt get cleaned.I paid $13 for the Total Clean wash, which included bottom of my car, including the $2 hand towel dry. I wasnt happy with the wash, which was hardly basic. They wouldnt dry my car. I told the manager I wasnt happy and would like a refund. He said no, finally said half he could do.

The kids that wiped down your car after you go through a carwash dont always stamp or punch your wash card every time you give it to them. Also I went through there last week and one of the kids that was wiping down my car removed the rear wiper arm cover off my car.
