I had to call whirlpool for a warranty problem on our water heater Friday morning. They were out within a couple of hours that day and fixed the problem within 20 mins. They were prepared and had parts on hand when they showed up. Thank you CK plumbing for your great service and getting us hot water so fast! We will definitely call you again for our plumbing issues!

I was very pleased with the service I received. Couldnt be happier. Great communication, they were there when the said they would be. Very affordable, in my mind I was already canceling Christmas and preparing for a Charlie Brown type Thanks Giving. We had tree roots that were blocking the sewer line. Roots removed, broken pipes replaced the same day and FAST!! Thank you so much!!! I will be recommending them to everyone I know that needs a professional plumbing service!!

Referral from a close friend; she maybe embarrassed now.... Definitely get a second opinion! This guy shows up with his son that’s fine; but don’t show up acting like you don’t have time to do the work or act like you have no idea what was discussed prior to you coming over and only spend a total of 10 mins... I asked when the work could be done and stated he couldn’t do it that day. Mind you; was intending on paying him upon completion of work that day... Said he’d go back to the office to draw up a quote... cmon you couldn’t have done it right there?! could have been way more efficient! The list goes on. Wouldn’t recommend.That still doesnt address the fact that nothing got done.. I dont know anything about toilets and expected you to try other things; rather than just throwing your hands up in the air; saying oh you need a new toilet... I called and expected something out of the appointment. Maybe you should consider retiring.

Called 10am received service by 1pm!! Quality work done first time even had the gas line that was repaired tested by pg&e before my gas was turned back. Definitely will be using them again.

Chris the “OWNER” was late and very rude. He was only here for few minutes and wanted a check for his service. He never diagnosed the problem or attempt to fix the problem. He lied to our Home owners ins. That the crawl space was inaccessible. Liar he never looked. We even told him where it was at. If you ever watch Dateline NBC on plumber scams that is exactly what you will get. BEWARE. The homeowner ins agreed that he was to assess everything and give a full report and apologized for this they have agreed to have another company come out and rediagnosis the problem and fix the leaks and blockage the we are still having when Chris says their was none. I will also be making a report to DCA department of consumer affairs.

Cris helped me out a few weeks ago. As a plumber myself I thought I could change out a leaky shower cartridge. Well not this one, I called Cris and he was there within an hour. I went and got the part and when I got back the new one was ready to install.
