Wonderful, very helpful. We opened an account 5 plus years ago. Jonathan was so helpful at that time. (all over the phone) We made the trip from Oregon to Clovis NM April 2021 to get our things out of storage.Again, Jonathan was SO helpful. Even offered to meet us at the unit afterhours if needed.Reasonable rates, (over 5 years the rate went up $5.00)It was a pleasure to meet in person, I highly recommend this company for your storage needs.Great experience!! Duty called and I had to place all of my belongings in storage. A pleasant and relieving feeling to know that A Key Storage in Clovis was providing 24hr security. 10/10 recommended.Payment online was fairly simple with no problems. FAIR prices I’d like to add! You don’t get all of this and a sense of a relief anywhere else.Additionally, the staff is excellent in customer support/service. Anyone here can attest to this.Best wishes,Darius

Horrible experience, we had termites infest our unit. It was disgusting. Not only did the manager blow smoke about having someone higher from the insurance agency call me. But he dragged it out for weeks. I definitely think it was a lie to try to push us away. We lost over $500 worth of things from the infestation. The insurance company only wanted to pay $300 and the manager/owner didnt want to cover anything else. Yes I went over the lease, there wasnt anything stating that we would just be out the loss. It was a horrible process, and I do not recommend them at all. Oh we also cleaned out our unit and were getting a refund on our monthly payment as we had paid then moved our things out. It took them 3 weeks to get us the check, days before we were set to leave the state. They supposedly sent a check out but we never once received it. So I had to constantly go in their office to actually get the check. Do not store your things with this company..
