Great customer service. Very friendly, patient staff. With some insurance companies once they get your money they kinda give you the bums rush when you call needing anything. I have Never felt that way here. They have always listened and cared about what I had to say.

They are quick to respond if you have to file a claim but otherwise I never hear from them sometimes I feel like my money is just being taken and they are not doing anything.....I have a great driving record and we have only filed one homeowners claim the whole time we have been with them and we never get a break or discount or even a thanks for being a good paying customer and driver.....and I never actually get to talk to a person. Everything!!! Is done via email and it feel very impersonal.

Great customer service! With a lot of the other insurance companies raising the prices in the area, Allstate was by far the lowest out of all 6 other places I had got quotes from. Much better pricing rates for home and auto. The insurance rep that I worked with Amy was very knowledgeable and helpful. Agent Nick Wiegel was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. My wife and I left USAA to move to Allstate. The only drawback I did not like was the towing feature, that you pay for the towing cost up front and then they reimburse you. However, they offer a motor club package, that is even better than then your everyday towing add in. Also it covered all of our 3 cars. Their packaging and set up as a lot better then other insurance companies that weve been with over the years. Even after we had Allstate for a few years, after we had our PCS, and unfortunately moved to a different state and changed to a different agent to meet coverage state requirements. Although the new agent we current have is good, but still doesnt compare to the level of service that we had with Nick Wiegel and Amy Rodriguez! If we are ever stationed there again, we will change back!!!
