Had them for years were awesome than THEY messed up paperwork on my cars so was going in paying in person because of that and they failed to inform me they put my account back on withdraw from bank and took out extra money for September 2017 and still have never repaid it back. Spoke to Sabra who said I should have called to stop it (even though Ive been going in to pay because they screwed up paper work ) so basically I got screwed and Sabra was not nice about it. Once they mess up they do not stay friendly. And also insurance payment was different every month brought that up to Sabra also she did not care. I

By far, the best customer service you could ask for. Prompt and friendly. Mike called me personally after hearing about a hail storm to see if there was damage and if I needed anything. When I need anything, his staff is way ahead of the game.
