Ive been waiting to get into getting a massage since last August after a traffic accident and finally they opened up. Steve found a lot of knots in my neck, shoulders and back to give me much needed relief. Great atmosphere, very friendly staff. I have 3 more visits to get me back to some normalcy.

My mom and I arrived for our intro massages at 2:31 when our appointment was at 2:30. We stood outside the door for several minutes before being let inside and be told we didn’t need to wait outside even though the appointment text I received after checking in told us to do so. When we finished the new guest forms and were let back into our rooms I met with my masseuse Stephanie. She told me that my session would be cut short due to us arriving late, so before the massage even started she was already giving off a bad attitude when we were only that late because we had to wait outside for them and then fill out a bunch of their forms beforehand, but my session would now be cut short because of it. The massage alone was good, it didn’t feel like she focused really on my targeted areas and did not try to engage with me throughout the entire massage except asking me once if the pressure was okay. Then the massage just abruptly ended and all she had to say at the end were a few vague things like my muscles were tense the whole time, to drink more water and to have a good day and before I could even thank her she was out of the room. I look at the clock and it hadn’t even been 50 mins when the intro massage is advertised as being an hour long. I went out into the lobby and had to wait about 10 mins for my mom to be done with her massage because it turns out only my massage was cut short because Stephanie decided it would be. I was very disappointed with the way she treated me and her demeanor after thinking I arrived to the back rooms late by my own accord. My mom said her masseuse Sherryl was very kind, talkative/engaging and really focused on her targeted areas which was the complete opposite of my experience with Stephanie. Overall my first impressions of Massage Envy and the experience as a whole for me felt ruined by Stephanie and I won’t be returning to this location if I do decide to give it a second shot. If you do choose this location I suggest requesting Sherryl and beware of the front desk lady trying to convince you to become a member because once you join you cannot cancel without paying out all your remaining sessions whether you attend them or not so either way they’re getting that $780 out of your pocket.Also- unrelated to this visit, an employee of Massage Envy on Champlain once hit my parked car in the parking lot while I was inside Domino’s about 2 years ago lol lovely people I should’ve known

We’ve been a member for a year but we terminated our membership due to difficulty in making an appointments. They don’t have enough staff , they will cancel appointment without prior notice. When we get to their office, they would say they left a message but there was none. All they say is apologize, but what about the time, we wasted? nothing! Then, when we cancelled our membership they said we have up to Oct 2nd to use our points. We booked an appointment and one of our massage appointment they canceled it again, so we re-scheduled at a later date. Then, we went to the re-scheduled appointment they said we are done. The office in Champlain pointed us to call our main office which is Clovis, to see what they can do. We called Clovis massage, but then they said call Champlain. Really, they are pointing to each other.what kind of good costumer/loyalty service they have! Nothing! We will never ever to back to this Massage Envy. Poor service.

Great massage! Very detailed and they always go over exactly where your most troubled areas are. My masseuse was Lisa and she was very friendly, polite, and professional. She even showed me some great exercises I could do to stretch my muscles for pain relief.

Ive never had a massage before, but went in because I was having neck, shoulder and back pain. They made me feel comfortable and Steve did an amazing job. I walked out of the place insanely relaxed. The massage therapist was on time and did a great job. Ill definitely be back and use them again.

My first time and Stephanie was my masseuse. She did a great job explaining my issues after and was very pleasant. It was a little odd that my 55 minute full body massage didnt include my feet.

After a 1hr+ drive to the Massage Envy Herndon location & calling in advance for a couples massage for our anniversary & letting them know we were using 2 complimentary gift cards for our anniversary AND giving them the gift cards beforehand. They decided to tell us afterward that they wouldnt honor our gift cards b/c they raised there prices. So I asked if theyd at least give us the face value since they had NO expiration date. Nope full charge of $110 + tips. POOR SERVICE & STANDARDS not upholding there own gift cards!!! Way to ruin an Anniversary gift, 2hrs of driving & a day that only comes once a year! Also massages start late & end early so expect 45 min. of actual massage. I recommend going elsewhere to everyone. Cross posted. HORRIBLE!! Made a couples appointment a week in advance, took the day off from work, got called the day before by them to let me know that I still had my reservation. The day comes and BOOM!! They call and tell me it has been cancelled due to a therapist calling out... Are you kidding me... Those were the only 2 you have?? Day completely wasted no massage no nothing. Will never do Buisness with again. Even after the offer of a free massage.

Great massage, but freezing cold rooms. Even the therapist wad cold. She said it is controlled by corporate. What a bummer right!!

If you are looking for a deep tissue massage, I recommend Michael at this location. I had been traveling for 2 weeks and he really worked the chronic knots out of my back and neck. I was a little sore afterwards, but he really did an excellent job and I definitely got my moneys worth! I will be back.

Just like one of the reviews I just read. Gift sessions not explained clearly. They even called me three days AFTER my sessions supposedly expired, to schedule an appointment. I call today and learned I lost two sessions. However, if I got another 3 sessions I would get the other two back???

Went in for an interview and the woman that was interviewing me kept looking at me up and down as if I was beneath her. This was one of the worst job interviews I’ve ever been to. Not only did she made me feel uncomfortable but she was late for the interview. A little tip I can give to them is hire people who will not look down upon others without knowing their ability of customer service that they have.

I scheduled an appointment for a couples massage a few days beforehand and received a confirmation call of the scheduling; however, when I arrived, I was notified that my appointment was never scheduled. The attendants seemed puzzled and surprised but were eager to make it up to me and my partner. Nonetheless, I will not trust their service seeing as how this isnt the first time this has happened to a customer of theirs.

Champlain and Perrin. These guys are Grifters!!! Terrible!!!! My wife speaks limited English and she was ridiculed by two of the staff. Out of 3 appointments- they called to tell her twice to cancel appt. saying the employee did not show up that day.When I got involved they threatened to callthe police. Cop callers instead of taking responsibility. The massages are not great and there is always anupsell or extra charge for what is not covered by the membership. Stay Away!!!
