I called Kevin to come out for a lint sweep that I desperately needed! He had a very busy schedule, but he promised to work me into his schedule the very next day. He is an extremely cool, down to earth individual and is definitely very knowledgeable in his field. He and his crew were punctual, respectful, and efficient! They cleaned out my vent from my dryer inside, all the way up to the roof. They even found a dead lizard....Gross! My dryer is now safe to use, and I now have peace of mind knowing that it is no longer a safety hazard and that my family is safe. Kevin and Kurt were a dynamic duo. We called to have them come out and fix our Weber Genesis 450 BBQ...showed up on time and wearing masks! As I walked them through our house Kevin (the owner) noticed our fireplace insert and commented that he worked on this unit at the manufacturing facility and had one at home. Our insert stopped working last winter and Kevin started working on the insert immediately. Well, they fixed it, cleaned it and added pretty embers that glow now that our insert is working!! And gave me a tutorial on the remote for the insert! We were thrilled! Kevin finally made it the bbq and knew right away what the issue was and cleaned our bbq so it looks brand new! Home run with this company. Such an honest, kind man, he didn’t charge us for the fixing of our fireplace! Amazing. His pricing is more than fair and so professional and knowledgeable about his trade! Please don’t hesitate to call Lint Sweep and have them help you as much as they helped us!

Very bad customer service. I had a scheduled window appointment and they agreed to call me when they were on their way so I could meet them at my house. They never called me. No phone call like they said. I was at work waiting for a call I never got. I went home on my lunch break and called them. Left a voice mail asking what was going on and ASKED FOR A RETURN CALL. No return call. Instead they send me a Facebook message request saying they got to my house early & I wasnt home. Yea Im not home. You agreed to call me and tell me when u were on your way. You didnt. No call. No return call. Then u show up after my scheduled time window without telling me & leave a coupon on my door. Very unprofessional. Waste of time.

Arrived on time. Had to climb on roof to clean difficult chimney cap that was clogged. When I asked if the original quote on cost was adequate to the extra work, he stuck to the original quote. Cleaned up everything before leaving. Would definitely recommend and plan to ask back annually. 5 stars.

Lint Sweep is amazing! My dryer was taking forever to dry my clothes and I couldn’t figure out why. I ran across Lint Sweeps business page and figured maybe they could help me out.
