Unfortunately the staff lacked the understanding or ability to breakdown data use between devices. The store seemed to be designed to upsell services that a client didnt need.

Prompt, friendly an very knowledgeable service at the Cloquet store. The best place to go for help with any cellular issues.

My mom and I have been sitting here for over 35 minutes now and no help at all and said we argued with and told go to DULUTH MN WHEN WE CANT GO THAT FAR WITH A FISICLY DISABLED PERSON. THEY DONT EVVEN GET A ONE STAR FROM ME BUT CAN NOT POST OT OTHER WOSE.

ZERO stars should be an option. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not switch to AT&T from any other provider! Staff is under trained and constantly lies to you. Avoid Store Manager “Andrew Messer” at all costs. They will be hearing from the BBB and FCC.

During covid not their fauly

I visited the AT&T Cloquet, MN store on (09/14/2020) & was just getting out of my car when I noticed a service rep already waiting @the back of my car! Wow, what service! The problem with my phone only ringing when someone on my favorites list called me was quickly fixed! 5 Stars!!

This place probably has the worst customer service of all phone services. basically all they do is try to refer you to the website and app, they are not helpful at all and im proud to say i will never be a customer again!

I’ve been an AT&T customer for years and I have never experienced such great customer service! I worked with a girl named Mikaela and she helped me get an amazing deal on directv! I’m extremely happy with my purchase and look forward to working with her again!

If I could rate 0 stars I would worst experience of my life dealing with AT&T. I switched to T-Mobile and would highly recommend doing the same! T-Mobile treats you with respect as where at&t does not. You can get one straight answer from every T-Mobile rep, but at at&t every rep gives you different answers.

I always look forward to going in there for a new phone and enjoy it every time. They are even helpful when I have had a serious problem with my phone or tablet. Staffer Skyler was knowledgeable and super helpful today when I dropped in with a malfunctioning iPhone. He solved the problem quickly, and showed me what to do if it recurs. This was my second visit to this store in the last couple of years, and both times I got great service and useful info from the people who work there. Very happy.

So Ive had AT&T for quite some time and I ran into a few problems regards my phone and its signal service. I didnt know what to do so I called my local store here in Cloquet, spoke to a girl named Mikaela and she was very helpful and polite! needless to say, thank you for fixing my phone and happy holidays to Mikaela and the folks at AT&T!

I will first state that ATT has good coverage...it is undeniable. Seldom, if ever can I not make or remain connected on a call.  However, something is amiss for the customer options both online and customer service.I recently discontinued my Autopay option as there were changes in my account and I intended to change my plan. I received email confirmation within minutes. Yet 8 days later I received notification that ATT had effected a charge against my credit card for Autopay.  I called Customer Service and chose to wait to speak to someone.  The wait wasnt bad and after explaining the situation the representative told me that Autopay was still active.  Though, when asked how this could be, offered no explanation.  I told her that such failures truly made me lose confidence in ATT online system as I had an email confirmation that the change had been effected which contradicted what she was telling me.  She did offer to change it on her system and credit the charge which was made back to my credit card. I asked her to remove any form of payment information as it would not be necessary if Autopay wasnt active.  I dont know if she was able to or did make that change.The one thing I do know is that getting paid monies back seems to be problematic in these situations.  At present Im truly questioning my interest in staying with ATT as apparently there are some deficiencies in the online customer interface.  Others MAY have similar issues but ATT has proven to me that there are issues.

Very rude people! I have been a customer there for many years. Went there with a question about particular function on my phone that I bought at that store. Attendant tried to help me and then said he did not know and that they dont deal with that stuff. . I came back with a different question regarding a function on my phone (I was right in the middle of a video interview and it was telling me that a function on my phone would not allow me to proceed). Another fellow looked at it put me on wifi and left telling me they dont deal with that stuff. That they sell phones My phone was telling me error. I could not proceed. I asked if he could get me back to the page I was on before he had the phone in his possession. He wouldnt do it. I asked him his name. I believe he said Andrew. I asked to see a manager. Andrew? WAS the manager. He became upset and told me that he was escorting me out the door because I was causing trouble and for me to never come back.The worst part of it was that I was calm, courteous, and respectful throughout. Never disrespectful.I have never been treated so disrespectfully at a store before.

I was in the store at the same time as JESSICA ABELE who just gave a review on this store and I can say she’s a completely wretched human being. Never in my life have I seen somebody so rude and degrading. It saddens me that employees have to put up with customers like her!!!!

Try to do an insurance claim with them.They outsource it to a separate company. That company requires the primary account holder to file a claim. Youll need to send a picture of the primary account holders ID, and print of an affidavit signed by the primary account holder. Their conformation texts or emails can go to the phone that is lost or stolen. For me to fail a claim they kept sending messages to my phone that was broken, luckily I could barely see and reply to them or forwarded them to the primary account holders email. Than to top it all off they give you 3 options to to choose from for the final conformation message to get the phone mailed to you. The 3 options were my email(that I couldnt access without my phone), a text message to my phone, and the final one was, get this, a text to my brothers phone whom hasnt been on the account for 3 years. Luckily my brother was over that morning. And imagine what would happen if you couldnt contact your primary account holder. Say they wear on vacation or god for bid a year long deployment. You can give someone access to the account but nothing gets done without the primary account holder. If they are gone your S.O.L.

Att in general sucks charged me $160 extra each month then proceeded to say oh well nothing we can do now when they gave me one $50 credit the representative was rude enough to say this is the last time we will do anything for you so far tmobile has been great to us hopefully others will make the switch soon

Came in with a simple problem with our bill and they told us to go to the store that signed us up... they didnt even try to help us. After getting no where on the phone with at&t we drove an hour (closest at&t store to our house) and got no help. Thanks at&t...

They lie to trick you into plan changes, signing contracts for new services and purchases for the commission. Once confronted they continue to lie about how they will fix it yet never do. Then too much time will lapse; at which point there is no recourse for the customer. Just deal with AT&T via their customer service number. AT&T employees do not work on commission and as such just want to get everything right the first time.

Hire more people! Avoid unless you want to wait a hour for service.

Perhaps it was the particular salesperson, but he responded to my request for help changing plans and getting back cover for the phone with go to the website and we dont have those.Either the Cloquet store has a deficiency of services, or the greeter was overwhelmed and unwilling to assist. Either way, hes not going to make a living as a sales person, and Duluth will be getting a Cloquet residents business.Customer for 12 years.

When we got inside the store Kyle greeted us, shook our hands, told us his name asked for ours and helped us figure out a problem on our phone. Pleasant atmosphere and quick staff who are very polite.

I needed to change my sim card from a micro to a nano. There wasnt a waiting time and my sim card need was taken care of in a few seconds. Fast and efficient.

Bogo means you pay dearly then they half way reimburse you. After 10 months i am still paying for one of my get one on my bogo and after fighting it every month they still havent corrected it. Crooks and liars are what they are!
