It was fine until homeless guy came in and took a bath in bathroom . Kinda scary for a woman alone ..but everything else was fine.

I have always had good experiences here! The attendants, especially Riley, have always been super sweet and helpful with anything and everything. The machines are clean and I havent had an issue with any of them. The inside is always clean and well lit, and they have been great about Covid precautions.

Really dirty place. Not well kept. Would still use thou if didnt have washer/dryer at my appt. Its the only one in town.

I cant believe how much it cost to do laundry!! My apartment place better get the washers fixed. Only cost me 3 bucks to wash and dry. Cost me 8 bucks just to wash 2 loads. Smfh

The majority of the time I come here to drop of my laundry, mornings, afternoons, or evenings, nobody is attending the drop off desk. Several times Ive had to wait over 5 minutes for the person to arrive and I also couldnt find any representative in the store. Whats more, the sign on the door says to wear a mask but several times Ive noticed the employee either doesnt wear one themselves or wears it incorrectly. This is now a health hazard. Theres another location of The Laundry Place that Ive been to where Ive had an excellent experience but this one has uniquely bad service. I hope this changes.

Quite and clean place to get your laundry done. You clothes dont smell after washing in their washers or drying in their units👍👍

Cleanest laundromat I have ever been to.

Simple request: I purchased $25 in tokens and got near the end & only had $1 tokens, I needed 25¢ tokens. Change machines dont do that. Went to the counter. Nope. Thats against their policy.Is there a laundromat with good customer service/policies? It was a very simple request that could have easily been taken care of. The Laundry Place on 86th chose the low road.

I’ve been using the laundry place for almost 5 years now. I’ve never had a bad experience and if I did the staff is so friendly the can fix the problem if something does go wrong. Recommend them to anyone looking for a clean laundry place

Washers are great but $5 for a full basket. Dryers slow and not so great. Also I was expecting for the $5 wash the dryers would be free. But no. Disappointing for my first visit. I will change my rating perminently after the second visit.

Clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful and always go out of their way to make it look nice in there from help with cleaning to helping find an empty machine. They are renovating to make it more comfortable to wait for your laundry too.

This is a great laundry. Very clean and rarely are machines broken down. Today kinda sux because so many peeps are here, but usually there are plenty machines open.

Came here to wash a couple of comforters that dont fit in my washer and dryer at home... I LOVE this place. The older lady that works there is the nicest person I have had the pleasure of meeting in such a long time. She was wonderful.

Today was my second time coming here and i brought my mom, which was her first time. we thought about going to a different place but i said no because i had been here before and i know the service is good and the place is clean. Sara helped me the first time and she was here to help my mom this time around. we had issues with a washer and she immediately helped us find a new one and gave us a refund of the money we put in the out of order washer. she’s constantly making sure customers have what they need and she makes sure every part of the facility is clean. the laundry place has been the only stress free laundromat i’ve experienced in my 23 years on earth. we will be coming back a third time. and shout out to Sara for her hard work! :)

First time here, very clean and alot of machines to choose from. Staff was very personable and friendly. Prices are reasonable compared to other laundry mats Ive been too. All my clothes dried using only one cycle. Will definitely be coming here again.

Some people leave their clothes in the top row dryer forever and not taking out, top row is full and need to use the bottom row.

Clean, $5dollar small laundry and $1dollar for 25min drying time, the place is easy to accidentally drive past, it was a bit crowded with customers standing around waiting

I love the laundry place, I hate doing laundry but this place makes it way less of a headache. Its the only laundromat where everything works and works well!! I usually use the slightly higher priced washer which, because of hating doing laundry and working construction, washes my clothes very clean without pretreatment. The dryers here will get a pretty large load of clothes dry for about a dollar, so for about five bucks I get all my clothes washed and dried. Did I mention free WiFi while you wait.

Hands down cleanest laundromat I have been in. Staff super friendly and helpful. HAS PINBALL MACHINES! I just arrived in town and am super glad I waited till I arrived to do my laundry. Tysm!

I liked this location and appreciated the cleanliness of the laundromat. I wish there was more fat-friendly seating available, but other than that it was neat, reasonably priced, and in a good location. I also liked the convenience of being able to use your debit/credit card to get tokens for the machines so that you didnt have to worry about remembering cash.

I am picky about my laundromats. I was only using the location to wash when the seal broke in mine, but I love this laundromat and they know exactly how to get a nerdy person to miss this place by having a nice little area to play pinball, watch cable t.v., eat snacks, and chill while your laundry finishes!! LOVE IT!!!

I do pillows and stuff here once in a while, but I brought my king down comforter in to the counter. Sarah was awesome! Friendly, funny, and very helpful. And she got my comforter washed and dried in record time!

This is a fairly decent laundromat. They have a lot of the big machines which is why I use the coin operated laundry for Stuff that I cant wash at home. Its not in a bad neighborhood and its close 2 a store and a few shops you might wander while waiting for your laundry to be done

Clean. Great staff. Lit up. I can do my laundry, wash, dry, fold, and leave in a couple of hours. Plus, plenty of machines for larger numbers and I always feel comfortable no matter the time of night or day. There are large, medium and small washers so no matter what you have to wash they can handle it. Plus, dryers to match!!

Best place to do the laundry in the metro area and most cleanest ever. Sarah stays on top of it and the floors are always clean and machines are always spotless, give her a raise!

Clean atmosphere & lots of machines. Love all the security cameras. Staff on site as well. Better than other laundromats by a long shot. Can be busy a lot of times, but never where there arent machines available.

No one apparently works here during the day? Also washer doesnt dispense detergent so I had to wash twice and switch to a different washer... Also found sand in the dryer... They definitely need to hire an attendent. I say dont go here I go to duds and suds someone is always there all their stuff works and they have employees for stuff like this.

Great place to do laundry! All the machines are well kept up, and the facility was spotless. All the machines are new and washed my clothes well. They also have free WiFi while you wait.

They are great. The problem is you can dry your close because people have two weeks of family wash. They use the huge washers and than take up 10 to 15 dryers.

The staff here are great, every time Im there the attendant is helping someone out and it makes me smile! The place is always clean, and Ive never had a problem with the machines!

I prefer this laundrymat it has more machines. I can drive to a closer 24hour laundrymat. but this one so far is better. my only complaint is its dirty. Especially at night time. But that maybe due to there being no staff at that time.

Machines are always broken, other customers get testy with each other when it gets crowded. Good on a dull day when you can find one, not worth using If its busy.
