What a great weekend, two months ago I decided to sale my house that I owned for 13 years, I figured I could do it on my own so I tried to sell it myself. I am a salesman and business owner so why cant i sell my house I know what I did to it to make it better. Well I sold it in 3 weeks I was super happy wow look at me.Then at closing I had the wrong law firm representing me, they dropped the ball didnt get the paper work done that needed to be done. So my buyer was worried it was falling apart because they needed to move in on friday, they have no where else to live, so as a nice person I am I told them go ahead and move in on friday, we will figure it out next week. I thought we were moving forward until I got an email from the buyer saying they found another home that they may make an offer on.As soon as I got that I then realized my lawyer didnt have the best interest for me, and that the buyer didnt have the best interest either so who has the best interest for me. NO ONE!!!!Thats when I found Brook Noel Doheny from next generation reality, I am so happy I found her. She found out what happen to me, she was like this is what I am here for. I am here for the buyer make sure they get what they want or need have their best interest. This was awesome to hear that she actually cared for me. This all happen last Thursday June 3rd the deal fell through, I called Brook Noel Doheny by Friday June 4th my house was back on the market. BAM!!!!On Sunday June 6th, I was on Saylorville lake doing a boat tour from Party on the Lake LLC #boneislandadventures I get a text from Brook to call her asap we have an offer, HOLY COW already. It was for asking price so I took it stupid not too. Get this I sold it at a lower price remember the one that fell through she sold it for more which means I made more money on this deal.Moral of this story is to use a realtor they are professional for a reason. I suggest you use Brook Noel Doheny as your realtor its a flat fee the money I save by hiring her is $10,000 yes you read that right $10,000. Thats how much more I made on her deal then me doing it but the fee for 7% plus all the other fees they tack on I made a lot. It took right about 48 hours for her to sell with the market the way it is if you are kind of thinking to sell do it and Hire Brook Noel Doheny with next generation realty. When you do hire her, tell her Brenna Young or Captain Young from Party on the Lake told you to go with her.

Brook was very knowledgeable when she saw the house the first time and had a good idea of where to price it. She worked with the buying agents and kept the stress from selling away from me.

After we met with Brook, she had our listing up quickly and was showing the house the same day it was posted online. Horrible. Don’t do it. This self proclaimed Brooke Dohney, the best, #1 agent, is a liar. Terrible communication, no planning and false accusations. She will take the time to post false information on social media rather than spend the time trying to sell your home. Horrible ethics, she and the agency should be ashamed.

Rob sold my house in 2 weeks after it sat on the market for 3 months with a traditional real estate company for the same price. And it saved me money! Gotta love it! They are the best.

Quite a few hidden fees that were not mentioned and then a major price charge that the realtor laughed about when we pointed it out. She did fix it- but I don’t see what is funny about a thousand dollar mistake when you are selling your home.
