Augie was our Zerorez technician. He was polite, explained the service precisely and worked diligently to clean a couch and carpeting. We enjoyed having him in our house and with the work he did. We would highly recommend him.

Weve used Zerorez before and have always had a consistent experience. Our carpet is old and carries the stains of about 10 years but always turns out looking so much cleaner and more sanitary. The added bonus of the cleaning process being kid friendly is what caught my eye in the first place. The staff is courteous and very punctual. I like that they send reminders days and weeks ahead of time as well as call a half hour before arriving. I cant say enough about how glad I am we went with their company again!

Had our tile floors cleaned and the grout sealed. Although not yet dry it looks great. The technician was very thorough and obviously likes his work! When contacting Zerorez we were asked about stain removal. We misunderstood this as pretreatment of the stain, not a solution left with the us for treatment after a spill. This was not the technicians fault. The technician was courteous and thorough in the performance of his service.

I had a very dirty linen couch it didn’t come clean but looked better. I wish I had called Zerorez first because my attempts to clean the couch myself lead to locked in stains that couldn’t be removed. 😩 the technician was very nice and professional and tried his best but some of the stains wouldn’t budge. My own fault for not calling them before using chemicals and causing stains!

My technician was friendly, prompt, and very efficient. It only took about an hour to do 2 rooms and plus a protectant treatment. He explained my bill before he began and went over it again when it was time to pay. Everything was exactly as he had explained. Out carpet looks and smells great! One added bonus was the low noise level of his suction machine. My dogs are afraid of our vacuum? But they were comfortable with the noise level of their machine!

While putting up corner protects and cloth sheets for the laminate flooring. Told me about me about the protectant I could add to protect against spills. I have never used a professional carpet cleaner before and I wasn’t sure what to except. I have a German Shepherd puppy that got sick and had diarrhea ALL OVER my living room carpet. I used my own carpet cleaner and it got most up but there were still stains. I scheduled with Zero Rez and got the 3 rooms for what the deal was at the time. They got everything up! I could not believe that not one spot was left. I will definitely be using them again for annual or bi annual cleanings!
