I sent in a box of blades for sharpening, following all the inatructions exactly as they appear on the website. I paid $13 for shipping, not to mention the time and money I spent to wrap each blade, use the computer at FedEx to print the form, and go to the Post Office. The package was REFUSED. I just double checked the address, and it is correct. I am beyond disappointed that Loves Sharpening refused the package and wasted my money. I really needed these blades sharpened for work, so it also set me back by now having to find another sharpener to do the job. If this service is no longer offered, then they need to take down their website.
