My mom lives here. Is on her 2nd manager. Apartment is very nice. Community is nice except a few neighbors who like to complain because people are home bodies. Dogs are no longer allowed and can no longer have visitors with dogs. So because of this we wont be visiting her for Thanksgiving. Just because someone doesnt like dogs and there is a dog across the street that runs free and joggers jog past the apartments with dogs and let the dogs in the apartment grass

My mother has lived at these apartments for 4 years. The apartments are spacious with plenty of closet space and nice appliances with both a front and back patio. Washer and dryer h/ups in her apt.There have been several manager and maintence men in the 4 years.Current maint/manager are the best the complex has ever had. Neighbors are finally taking pride in the place as rules are enforced and dogs are no longer allowed to run all over. Very helpful and friendly.
