They don’t answer the phone when you call them, and when they do call you back they never come when they say they are when you have a termite problem. My son’s room is being taken over by termites and they won’t return my call or come out and look at it.

He never answers the phone and never calls you back. He never comes out to do his job. I’m surprised it’s still on business since Ron has taken it over. Just doesn’t care and is rude. Would rather stay home sleeping or getting drunk than take care of the family owned business that was built from the ground up by his father. Do not recommend at all will recommend to a way better company that will actually show up and do the job.

After trying two other pest control services with no success, I had decided to treat my home myself with a commercial product. A friend recommended Nova to me, and I’m so glad she did. I’m very pleased with the outcome (no more giant prehistoric cocktoaches!), and the service is fantastic! The price of the service is very competitive with “big name” pest service companies, so that’s a major plus!I️ would highly recommend Nova.

Best termite and pest control company I have ever dealt with. Service is prompt and they call every year to remind me of updates needed. The people are supper nice and very respectful, despite my talking their ear off.

The work done was great; however the initial and follow not so much. The original appointment for an estimate was missed but they came the next day. I had another appointment for my contract (after the work was done) set between 9-10 AM on 3/31/17 no show by Lana. I stayed home most of the day waiting and even called the office at about 11:45 to check. To date (4/13/17) still no contract. Disappointed I dont handle business this way ever!!!!

They did a job at a home that i purchased. We have been calling for a follow up visit but they either dont answer the phone or dont return our call. Bad business for a company that offers a warranty on there work. I will call until they get back out here.

Came out sprayed my house called for them tocome to bait the house to try to kill any bugs that did not die they will not return any of my phone calls not dependable
