We have used Backyard Bouncers several times over the last couple of years and have always been more than satisfied. Im my experiences with them they have always set up at least an hour prior to our start time and returned to pick up the bounce house well after the agreed to time. Their prices are very competitive compared to similar companies around here, and you will definitely get your moneys worth. All of the employees who we have dealt with have been very professional and courteous, theyve always called us the day before the event to check in and again about a half hour prior to arrival to let is know they were on their way. Look forward to using these guys many more times in the future.

This was the best customer service I have ever received. When I called, they helped me decide what the best house would be for the number of kids, their size/age, and my budget. They were understanding when I needed to call back and add items. We were able to pick it up early. They explained everything to us step by step. They offered to video call us if we had problems and they would give us direction. We returned everything on the third day. I only paid for one day, but had it nearly two and half days. They are so flexible and helpful! I liked that I could make a payment or pay in full online. We rented a bounce house and slide with water, a dunking booth, hoses tables, and chairs. They loaded everything in our truck, in the rain. They offered us drop cords and gave us a ratchet strap for hauling. It was truly an awesome experience! Thank you backyard bouncers!

We rented a bounce house for the 1st time. Our son asked for this and that was all he wanted. Our party was from 2:30pm to 6pm. They were supposed to be there at 2:30pm per our arrangement on the phone, but 2:30pm came and no one was there or called to say that they were running late. I called the office and they told me that he was showing on his way, but he didnt get there until 3pm. Other than that, my son an other nieces and nephews loved it. It was a great price and fast setup. Thanks for making his 3rd birthday party so wonderful! He told us it was the best day ever! We would recommend them to anyone who has children.

They made sure everything was working properly without rushing around before they left. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them. You cannot go wrong this company.

I rented a bounce house for the first time in my entire life for my daughters birthday. I found Backyard Bouncers on a quick google search. They had the product I was looking for, reasonable prices, and a very easy and thorough booking system. The day before my rental was due they even checked in with me to make sure I still wanted the bouncer even with rain. They called me back after hours because I neglected to answer when they initially called me. Next day they were exactly on time, took 20 minutes if that to set up, and the crew was so friendly! They were exactly on time again for pick up, and were very cautious with the yard when breaking down. The equipment was very clean and my daughter had a wonderful day thanks to them. 10/10 would recommend and I will for sure rent from them again.

We rented the Tiki Plunge inflatable water slide for my daughter’s 7th birthday party. We were supposed to have the slide from 11-7. They delivered it around 9:30 am at no additional charge. The rental process was so easy. The two guys that set it up and came back to get it were wonderful. We would definitely rent from them again.

Every part of the rental experience was great. From the call to reserve the bouncer, to set up, and break down. All the employees I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. The bouncer was in great condition and we had no issues. It definitely was a great addition to an outdoor party and I would definitely use Backyard Bouncers again.

Absolutely recommend Backyard Bouncers! We rented the Tropical bounce/slide combo for our sons 3rd birthday in 2019 and it was a hit! All of the kids enjoyed it from ages 2 to 7.Everyone we interacted with was helpful and professional. The delivery was a little early which gave our son extra time and the set up was super quick! The bounce house was also very clean and well maintained. We cant wait to book them for his birthday again this year!!

We had our daughters birthday party here and it was a very cool place. Excellent place for parties. We had a wide range of children at the party from 1 year old to 8 year old and they were all able to have a great time. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

We had a birthday here for a 4 year old and she had a BLAST. Super clean environment, loved how private it was, and they have a toddler section for the younger kids to play. We will be back! 10/10 recommend

We called last minute on a Thursday evening to reserve a bounce house for my daughters sleep over the next day. They fit us in the schedule and delivered a CLEAN bounce house. It was a late pickup so they let us keep it overnight and even though it rained most of the evening it was worth it! The kids loved it and most companies I’ve rented from I’ve had to clean the bounce house or it’s been really ran down and not worth the money. They called before showing up and I didn’t even see them put it up or take it down it was so quick. I will definitely rent again!

This is a great company! We have used their services several times. We especially like the movie screen. They can bring you an entire party with inflatables, tents, tables chairs and concessions. They came highly recommended and we quickly found out why! They take customer service to a whole new level and put your childrens safety first. We wont even consider using another company now!

Definitely recommend Backyard Bouncers, not only was it going to be a rainy day, they contacted me a few days before the party date to verify if we still wanted to go through with the rental as there was rain, and they would be accommodating. They kept us up to date with the weather expectations, and were EXTREMELY Friendly. They were extremely professional, and again friendly, smooth transaction, and even more so a very fun bounce house for my kiddo and her birthday party friends. Needless to say it did RAIN, but between the rain breaks we got a lot of bouncy fun in!! They also had a LOW deposit, so you didnt feel as though you were out a ton if the event fell through.

We loved the Mickey Mouse House bounce for my two year old he really enjoyed it. Reasonable price, came on time as promised and it was set up and ready to go!!

Our outdoor event was rained out and they were able to set up everything inside a gym so that our event could still happen. They were easy to work with and did everything they could to make our event a success. Highly recommend them.

Love the new indoor facility! The small groups for the pay to play was really nice especially for my young kids so they don’t get trampled. Cant wait to have my child’s party there in January!

First rate company! This was our familys second time using them. Their prices are reasonable and the time frame is for the better part of the day, which in our case was from noon to 8:00 p.m. They arrived when they said they would and very efficiently set up their equipment. They also provided extension cords and water hoses. We definitely plan on using them again!

The guys who came to drop off the water slide were super nice and outgoing. Set it up in a timely manner and angled it in my yard just the right way for us to see the kids sliding down. Pooooor customer service. Had a contracted time for rental for 8 hours. Our party started at 5:00 and they show up at 7:45 to pick it up. Owner called me and stated that I should have Started my party at noon if I wanted the full 8 hours. It’s one of those companies that does not wrong. It’s the customers fault. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

We were at a party this evening and this company picked it up in the MIDDLE of the party... including the rented tables that food was setup on. Party began around 6 and they came to get before 8:00!! Several of us in attendance were shocked and felt bad for host. Phone call to owner about contracted time and poor customer service. Host was told they’d arrange schedule to pickup Sunday and not at 8 pm.Wouldn’t recommend.

They were the most reasonably priced vendor. We rented the palm tree/tropical water slide & jump house. Perfect for a backyard 5 year old birthday party. The setup crew arrived on time and took down on time. Nice, polite young men who worked hard to make sure it was set up properly & in the best area.

We rented the pink castle bounce house/slide combo for our daughters Fourth birthday party in May of this year and it was a hit!!! Backyard Bouncers arrived on time and got the bounce house set up in no time! Extremely nice and well informative on the things you can and cannot do!
