My husband and I just moved to this area and was not going to give this place a review after reading the bad reviews. But being there only laundra mat in town decided to go there. Was impressed with the nice lady that worked there. She was very helpful and informative. The place was clean and the machines were nice. Took more time to dry than expected but really liked the washers. They did have vending machines and a place for kids to play. Well pleased

Its a little dated but there were plenty of working washers. Front loaders, top loaders, 3 different brands to choose from. Plenty of dryers and large capacity dryers if you were to have bedding. There is a restroom and sitting area. Also plenty of areas to fold your clothes. Its been forever since Ive needed to use a laundrymat so I dont know what is a good price. It does seem like it is well kept up cleaning wise. My washer broke and the repair man comes in a few days so I decided to come wash towels and work clothes. Each wash was $3.25 a load for the newer LG front load washing machines. My dryer works so I wont be needing to use the dryer. Make sure to be patient and read instructions. I did not and lost $3.25, it said to close door before adding money and I did not. But there are signs in multiple areas that tell you to close the door first. Im glad we have the option of a laundrymat in Clinton.

Im not one to usually rate places but this place, let me tell you service dont get any better than here! Every time Ive ever needed something I just get ahold of the number posted I believe her name is Haley, she always gets the issue solved without any fuss witch is nice, definitely a pleasant person to deal with no matter what time of the day. And it seems like theyre doing some remodeling/fixing up and i cant wait to see the place all dolled up. I like how they do a coloring area over by the window with the folding area beside it. That really helps when we bring the kids in and they need something to keep them busy while we get stuff done. I would definitely recommend coming to this laundromat! 👌

Always clean, the people are friendly. Also, the ones who tend to it are amazing. I happened to forget my deceased dads blanket in a dryer. Within a few days the blanket was returned. They went above and beyond. Again thank you.

Not Crowded when I went like the Commercial Washers and Dryers as I washed Big Blankets. Reasonable Prices

Hayley is incredibly disrespectful and removes peoples clothes from dryers within minutes of being done even when the person is sitting in the parking lot with 5 other dryers still going as I had to split my clothes up as to not overload the barely working dryers. My clothes had only been going 45 minutes and were still damp when she removed them. There were 3 other dryers that had been done for over an hour when she removed mine. These dryers had her friends clothing in them and she did not touch until after I asked her why mine were removed within minutes if the machine stopping when those had been sitting over an hour. When told that was invading my privacy she got angry and yelled at me so loudly the man she removed the clothes for came up and apologized to me for her actions. She yelled at me in front of my son. Said I overfill her dryers when I split my laundry up and paid for more dryers than i thought i needed in order to avoid this. Nothing had a problem drying I just didnt want to add more time than needed so was coming back in from parking lot to add more money. This is all after bad mouthing her overnight employee stating she is lazy and doesnt even take out the trash. Stated she was tired of babysitting her employee and why should she even pay her. This was basically yelled in front of everyone in the building so loudly I am sure people outside probably heard her. The machines marked out if order are not even really out of order she marks them this way to do her personal laundry. And when told I would be leaving a bad review she stated she didnt care that she is used to them. Said where else will people go I have the only Laundromat in town. I will be driving the 20 minutes to Lowery City from now on out.Edited to add she also opened someones dryer in order to remove a credit card she seen inside because it might melt. When informed that it would not she shrugged her shoulders and removed it anyway. This is another privacy violation.

Id like them to be open a little later. All the machines worked fine, it wasnt crowded. It was as pleasant as laundry can get when you gotta do it yourself.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I love doing my laundry here.

Owner Haley is just awful and loves to gossip about her employees behind their backs. She removes customers clothes and does what she wants with them even when the person is sitting in their vehicle in the parking lot waiting on the clothes to all finish. I have a family of 6 so I had to split my laundry into several machines as to not overload. I was coming in to add more money to one washer that had been started before others mind you my other dryers were still going and 3 other driers her friends were using had been sitting done for over an hour. She removed still damp clothes to allow another customer to use drier my clothes were in.High priced, machines eat your money and half the machines are marked out of order but not because they dont work but because Haley wants to be able to use them for her personal stuff. Told her I was going to leave a bad review because thats not how you run a business and her response was I dont care I am used to it. Where else will people go I am the only Laundromat in town. Beware if you dont want your personal space violated by people touching your stuff dont go use this business. She even yelled at me in front of my son. I cant believe I was spending 100 a week there I will definitely be driving to Lowry City to spend my money. She was also talking very loudly in front of everyone badly about her night enployee stating she is tired of her being lazy and having to babysit her. This was in front of everyone standing in the building and loudly enough anyone outside probably heard her. All because the employee hadnt emptied one of the trash cans at closing. I dont know how they are still in business.

I can do all my laundry at one time and dont have to wait on a washer or a dryer

Only public laundry place in town. $2.00-$7.25 for a small-extra large wash. $1.00-$1.50 to dry.

Only laundromat in Clinton. Typically most machines work, the place is not well kept, typically is dirty and not a place you really want to go unless you absolutely have to or if you want to clean something that is too big for your washer/dryer or dirtier than you want to deal with at home. All machines only accept quarters and their money machine is often down. Not excellent, but its really your only option in town.

Clean and quick, and didnt break the bank

Had to wait three hours past opening for someone to show up and open the doors. Tried calling multiple times only for it to go to voice-mail. When someone finally answered the phone the excuse for not being open on time is because the morning girl didnt show up. This isnt the first time something like this has happened. Maybe instead of relying on help maybe set an alarm and be there to open your own business. Oh and by the way spent $60 on laundry when I was finally able to get it done.

Home bath tub would better than this place! Filthy, half machines out of order, clothes dont get clean, dryers cost a fortune due to poor drying, washers very expensive! Clinton needs a new laundromat!

Love this laundromat! Friendly service with employee present at all times. They have three sets of commercial machines that each have a 30-40 lb capacity. Love it!

I will never willingly go back here. The first time went, one of the machines ate my money, another had a malfunction where it wouldnt use my laundry soap forcing me to rewash several loads, and the dryers took two or three cycles each to dry one load of clothes. I complained and did get a refund for the machine that ate my money, but still sunk an excessive amount of time and money into the place just to do 4 loads of laundry with all the rewashing and redrying. I cut them some slack because they were doing some repairs and construction — but when I returned a month later, I had all of the same problems. None of them had been fixed. Add to that a noisy environment, all the passive-aggressive signage hung on the wall, and no attendant on duty with no easy way to directly get ahold of one for the issues I had — and I would highly recommend avoiding this place if possible.

Way over priced! Didnt even get my clothes clean and the dryers wouldnt even heat up! Will never go there again
