I’m super happy with the service I received today. 1/2/21 I forgot the guys name who was working but it was the morning shift. He went out of his way to help me and was so kind and super helpful answering my questions! It’s hard to find good customer service like that these days! Thank you!

Probably one of the best experiences at a Verizon store. Me and my son upgraded or phones. I cant remember the employees name that helped us but he was excellent! He made it go seamless and was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. He even stayed late after closing to make sure we were all set. Great service!

My phone quit working last night, needed a replacement. Went to my account online to purchase one. Found the s21 ultra 5G for 39.99 a month for 30 months. Went to the clinton Ut store just to get my phone faster. They had the phones in stock. However, they would not honor the deal on my online purchase because Im a walk in??? they wated 50 a month for 24 months. YOUR VERIZON whether its online or walk in!! He wouldnt even attempt to check into it or look into it. I had to drive home to purchase a phone that they had in stock!!! Customer service nowadays is HORRIBLE. This was close to the most ridiculous experience ive had.

Went here at about 6:30 pm did not realize they closed at 7. Was looking to upgrade my phone. Only one person working and was patient as he helped a couple, but while the phone was being updated I heard him say it takes about 20 min. In that time the guy never greeted me he just was doing something at the counter. I waited longer still was never approached and his body language was not welcoming at all. So I left and went to the Verizon in layton and spent my money there.

The Clinton Utah store has the worst service. When I purchased my phone in May it was on backorder. I was told it would arrive in 14 days. After a month I received a notice it was in & when I called the store they stated they did not have it. I finally got it from the Layton store. They could not understand why the staff in Clinton could not get my phone which records showed was delivered to them. Recently I have been trying to get an adapter for 2 phones. I cant order them through the store and I cant pay up front for them so they can be at aside for me to pickup. They dont open the store on time & they are quick to blame Verision as a company for all their short comings.

Just got a new phone to have a good battery to last during my upcoming deployment. I worked with Jordan Carter, and he was absolutely amazing. He was polite and attentive to the needs that I had. He priced out 4 different phones for me and gave me the specs on all of them, to help me decide what I really wanted. He was not pushy in the slightest. He has been one of the very best phones salesman I have ever worked with.

I was really disappointed with the service I got from the Clinton Store, your sales person Nate in particular. At the time I purchased my phone, they were out of the clear case. He gave me two cordless chargers and told me to bring one back and hed swap me out for a clear case. He said hed have it in a day or so and would call me. I called back three days later, I was told by the young man that answered that Nate was in the bathroom. He text Nate, (in the bathroom) and he told him he would follow up and call me right back. I never heard back from him. So, I called back again, two days later, guess what? Nate was in the bathroom when I called. The young man said he promised hed have him call me back. He did, about an hour later and told me he cleaning crew had tossed the sticky note with my phone number. (Hard to believe, since I am in your system and had left my name AND number with the kid that answered the phone). He was indifferent with me on the phone, but said he was getting the case from his Centerville store and would call me when he had it. He called the next day and informed me it had arrived. I went in the following Tuesday to get the case. I walked in and the kid at the counter told me Nate was in the bathroom again! He actually said, he spends a great deal of time in there with his phone. (NOT a good luck on your customer service). The kiddo swapped my glass that wasnt sticking properly and had to text Nate to get out of the bathroom to do the swap. I brought the extra wireless charger and he said I had to give up my other case instead because of an error with a coupon. He was snippy and not at all helpful. I am happy with my new phone, but would have liked to keep my other case, as promised. I wont go back into that store again.

Phone message says to dial 1 for hour, 2 for directions, 0 for anything else. When you press 0 it tells you that this extension doesnt exist. Only way to get to someone in the store is to just let the message keep going.

NO BATHROOM BREAKS!!! I was shocked at the great service Nate provided me. I got both of my phone screens repaired and all of my questions answered. Positive and friendly attitudes and no one ever went to the bathroom.

Will not buy a phone here again. I told the sales rep it was a Christmas present and I did not want it activated. He activated the phone anyways. Made it so I could not get in touch with my daughter while she was out with friends and took over an hour to correct the error with Verizon. Once we finally got her old phone reactivated she started receiving multiple texts saying congratulations on your new phone completely ruining the suprises.

He took care of everything I needed fast and painlessly. He took extra time for us and helped out other at the same time and was extremely polite.

Robert was so nice, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I had trouble pairing my wireless devices with my new phone. He was able to get my devices paired and answered my many questions about my new phone. He also was so helpful with my Mom who is NOT a Verizon customer setting up her new phone for her. (We couldn’t get help at the AT&T store in Clinton.)He is definitely a rock star!!

The employees seem okay. My problem is I paid 134.00 to enter into a contract saying that I have unlimited screen protector replacement for two years. After the first year they changed the policy to three replacements. So if they can breech their own contracts at will why should I not get my money back. Just for that they get a big douche rating.

This store must really be hurting for money to have to charge customers a set up fee when all they did was hand me my phone still in the box not even opened and I set it up at home. I wish I didnt have to go back but of course my phone is defective so I get to deal with them again. Save your money and time and do business at the corporate store in Riverdale or Layton.

I also had a great experience with Sean. He was very upfront about all the fees the we would have for new activations, and return fees. He also helped when I was having trouble adding my Facebook account to my phone. He was very helpful, and patient when I needed help with my new phone.

Horrible experiences every time Ive been there. Last few times where just to replace my phone, Ive been paying insurance and yet I couldnt get a new phone, the other Verizon store I had visited didnt even see any device insurance on my account. I was lied to about the insurance shortly after when I went back to this Go Wireless to find out what Ive been paying for. Lied to again when I asked to speak to their owners or anyone in corporate management, they said they dont have any way to contact them. Terrible crew and overall overpriced.

The whole wopping 3 times I have been in this store over the years I have been disappointed every time. The customer service has always been terrible. I have been treated poorly and told that they cant help me but I drive to a different location every time and they have gladly helped me right away. Its worth driving a longer distance to not have to deal with the employees here. Ive tried to give them the benefit of the doubt every time so I have gone back just to waste my time.

This is the best Verizon store Ive been to, they are professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable, the exact opposite of the Layton, and Riverdale Verizon stores, if you want top notch service go to the Clinton Verizon store.

HORRIBLE!!!!! i switched over from att in oct. No one properly explained to me the swticher/trade in process. I had no idea these even went hand in hand. Basically i was screwed out of the credit. Would have never switch if i knew the process.

As a representative at the Clinton store, Deja is excellent. My husband got off work late one evening so we didnt get to the store until about 7:55, 5 minutes before closing. Deja didnt act put out she was having to stay to help us. My new iPhone 6 we ordered had arrived and I was anxious to pick it up and begin using it. We also had questions about our old iPhone 4s we were no longer using (my husband had already upgraded to the iPhone 6 Plus). In fact, I called her today about further questions and she was so helpful. My husband returned to Deja for additional advice on our old phones. Once again, she was pleasant and helpful.Deja is a great asset to the company. Her outgoing personality and knowledge of products makes my husband and me confident to call upon her with any questions or concerns and any future purchases. We were both incredibly pleased.
