Current customer here. Was told when I started about two years ago that I would get a second can because of the amount of garbage my family puts out. After asking consistently for those years, I finally get a response saying that it would be an extra $15 per month. I really dont like being lied to and having my inquiries ignored only to be told I would need to pay more for something I have been waiting (in vain) for years now.Another thing, its $60 per 3 months, as you pay 3 months up front. If you want an extra can, thats $15 extra per month per extra can. Meaning that goes up $45, accounting for the 3 month at a time per payment. This is not advertised anywhere that I am aware of.Now, other than the dodging the extra can thing, changing the per month pay to 3 months all in one go, and only taking things that are inside the can they provide you (anything that is beside the can that wont fit will not be taken now regardless of its contents), they show up on the day they say and take it. Well, most of it.I would recommend getting a detailed list of things and costs before you consider using this service, if you plan on using it. In my experience, there are better and cheaper alternatives that I am exploring, and would not use this again.
