>Called 6/24/2021 for an appointment. Earliest I could get in was 7/12.>They called me 7/9 to confirm the appointment, but I missed the call.>Since their website listed their hours as open till 5:00, I called at 3:00 that same day to confirm, only to get a recording saying the office was closed. (They changed their Friday closing to 2:30 and didnt change it on the website)>I didnt get a call the day of my appointment, so I arrived at the dentist office at my scheduled appointment time of 3:00 only to be told Dr Beeler wasnt in and wouldnt be in, and the office would be closed all of the following week. Also said I would have to make another appointment FOUR WEEKS in advance!>This is a customer focused business - not!Will not be going back.......

Had appointment waited weeks on its 3pm got there early! Told them I had a rental I had to have returned and my other daughter was getting off the bus at 4 ! She said they are fixing to call you 15 minutes went by they called back a work in instead !!! Right at 3 I ask if they’d be able to get us threw in time she said it’s probably be after 4 I rescheduled ! I had my other daughter appointment day after that tried to fix it for my daughter with a tooth ache to be seen then ? Nope they wanted to make sure to see them both that week ! Next day I didn’t get out of the doctor in time so I called said I’d bring my daughter to the next appointment she didn’t like it said it’ll be July ! So now I got a $25 bill for a missed appointment the harsh truth my daughter needs a filling that’s $290 I can’t afford already now I got another bill from someone that’s never even seen the problem let alone tried to fix it thanks

Fantastic staff, caring, very thorough. We wouldn’t trust dental care for our family to anyone else but Dr. Beeler and his crew!We love how comfortable they make you feel. There’s always a smiling face to greet you and they don’t talk to you as if you’re a name on a paper and a payment, they treat you like family. What other dentist office welcomes you with cookies and coffee/hot chocolate/tea!!! This is the first dentist office that isn’t intimidating! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Worst place ever. They put on a show that makes me think of a “Dog and Pony Show”. Went for a cleaning and got a show. They gave me a tour. Lol. I just wanted my teeth cleaned. I had to schedule another appointment for a cleaning. They did not clean my teeth, in fact, I went to my Dr. for a yearly check up the next week and was asked if I see a dentist regularly because I have tarter build up.

Dr Beeler is the best dentist I have ever been too.. His staff is also amazing. I have anxiety. They put me at ease. I highly recommend them . I had a root canal . I was amazed because in the past it was very painful. This time with Dr. Beeler I had no pain. I didnt even feel the shots. If you are looking for the best dentist and staff around , masterpiece smiles, should be your choice.

Masterpiece Smiles is much more than cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Beeler is concerned about your complete dental health including gum health, oral cancer screening, and the mechanics of biting and chewing. Through xrays, photographs, measurements and other specialized techniques, Dr. Beeler provides a long term, comprehensive dental plan for the patient’s consideration. He explains WHY any given recommended procedure is medically necessary or advisable without the undue influence of a salesperson. He explains the science behind his diagnoses in understandable terms.Although Dr. Beeler does not hold himself out as a pediatric dentist, he is excellent with children. Furthermore, although he may refer difficult root canals to an endodontist, he is certainly capable of performing them and he will stand behind his work. Once when the office was closed for Christmas, he came into the office to perform an emergency root canal on me without the benefit of an assistant.Lastly, I think it is important for patients to know that Dr. Beeler is not stuck in the [dental] past so he doesn’t necessarily cling to the original way he learned to do things. Rather, he continues to learn and evolve by staying current with science/scientific studies and educating himself on the latest procedures. He utilizes all the modern technology one would expect in a 21st century dental office.Dr. Beeler is a man of intellect, integrity and considerable charm. I highly recommend him and his entire staff for your dental needs.

Amazing staff, very professional and accommodating. I have been a patient of Dr. Beelers for almost ten years. I would highly recommend him and his wonderful staff. I never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist, but I truly do enjoy my visits to Materpiece Smiles.

I went to this office about two weeks ago. I called two weeks in advance for my appointment. I asked the lady if they took my insurance and she said they did. I just received a letter stating I owed $153 dollars. My insurance told me that all of the basic care and preventative care was covered. I called back to the dentist office asking why I owed them money and said they took my insurance but not the plan. In the two weeks of waiting to go to the appointment, they should have called me and told me that instead of treating me and charging me. Also, while I was there and also while my fiance was there, they tried to sell everything they could from toothbrushes to toothpaste. It is a dentist office not a sales office. I will not be back there ever!

Great work, and very knowledgeable and self-confident. Be aware, you need to ask UP FRONT about whether your insurance covers what he is planning to do each time you visit. They wont tell you on their own until you owe them the money, and if you express displeasure at not being forewarned, theyll dismiss you from the practice.

I have went to Dr. Beelers office for over 20 years and it’s always a nice pleasant experience. Nice friendly staff and his dental work is top notch. Recommend his office highly.

New to the area and needed a new dentist. I selected Masterpiece Smiles based on the outstanding reviews and my experience is that the 5 star reviews are accurate. Dr. Beeler and his staff are exceptional.

They had me watch a video about basic treatment or 5 star treatment. I have 2 very good insurances and they still billed me 67.00 for a cleaning. Dr. Beeler never came in. I was told this is something new they were doing for 5 star treatment. My wife has a different dentist and had fillings and root canals and she has never paid anything. I will be finding a new dentist.

In 2004, my daughter had Dr. Beeler do bleaching trays for her, and it made such a difference in her smile, that I decided to have a consultation with Dr. Beeler about some cosmetic bonding on my front teeth, which were a bit crooked and not attractive. The result was completely transforming! The bonding held up beautifully, but in 2011 I wanted to have some touch-up’s done in a few areas, and some freshening. Although I had moved from the area to North Mississippi (400+ miles away), I felt like I didn’t want to trust the many cosmetic dentists with the slight repair to this bonding, so I made an appointment and drove the 6 hours to have Dr. Beeler (Dr. ‘Smile’ to me) to do the touch-up. Again, beautiful!!! Fast-forward to 2019, and I needed to have a few, almost microscopic, chips repaired, and still not willing to entrust my bonding to just anyone, I made the appointment, drove the 6+ hours and once again Dr. Beeler performed his magic. I think that the bonding process is not used as much anymore since implants and other products are more popular, but the dentists I have gone to both in Tennessee and Mississippi always comment on the beautiful bonding of my teeth, and they are invariably surprised that the teeth are bonded and have held up so well.I cannot recommend Dr. Beeler highly enough. And his staff is amazingly nice, helpful, and willing to do what it takes (even working through lunch) to get my appointment completed to my satisfaction.Thank you, Dr Beeler and staff~~~

Ever since I first started seeing him, I have looked forward to going to the dentist. It is always fun, because he and his staff make it that way. Each treatment room has a big window that the patient faces, and outside each window is a bird feeder for entertainment. The skill of Dr. Beeler, particularly in cosmetic dentistry, is unparalleled. He is a perfectionist and will make sure he is happy, even if you already are! Everyone I know who sees him has a beautiful smile. I guess thats why he calls the practice Masterpiece Smiles. The best cosmetic dentist in East Tennessee, imho.

After having a root canal, Dr. Beeler called me at home, around 9:00 p.m., to check on me - who does that these days? That said it all to me - Im a patient for life! :)
