Twice Ive had packages shipped with ups and twice the items have not been delivered to my house. The first one I found but this last one is just gone. My house is clearly marked but they just drop it off at a random house and Im extremely disappointed in them. Yes I filed a claim but I dont want a refund. I want my oroduct

For one, the hours are wrong. The internet still says 5:30-6:30. They have a picture on the door that says the hours are between 9:30 and 10:30 now. Tried to call, got no answer. Knocked on the door and the lady finally answered it but yelled at me that I should have called first and that the hours are listed on the door. When I told her I DID try to call she literally rolled her eyes at me. Absolutely horrid. I don’t even like to leave reviews but this woman shouldn’t work in customer service.Never ever walked into a place of business and been yelled at before. Ever.

I have never been to the location, but the driver that does my route (sayre ok) is awesome @ he is polite, professional, and always takes a minute to say good morning. He is a fine example of what people should expect from a person in that job. Good job !Thank youJulia HollandSayre, Ok.

So many wrongs Im not gonna go into detail...

Fun to learn that they dont ship to PO Boxes, but I called LAST NIGHT to resolve the issue at the ONLY HOUR YOU CAN CALL THEM (theyre open between 5:30PM-6:30PM ONLY). I gave them a HOME ADDRESS and the call ended with me thinking everything was fine. Fast forward to this morning to a shipping update that the package was refused and returning to sender. It left the facility LAST NIGHT and arrived at a different facility two hours later. Im BEYOND disappointed. Never have I had a problem with this postal service until this particular package. Yall are seriously messed up. If I could give negative stars I WOULD. If you can avoid them, do it. Save yourself the grief.

Since my review was deleted. I’ll say it again. 😊 I have a complaint of a preloader who works there. I wouldn’t want someone like this working for me so I’ll say it here. She was terrorizing someone on Facebook and had the audacity to say to someone’s wife who’s husband deployed, quote on quote “You’re gonna be the reason your husband dies”. Her name is Nichole Rushing. I’m not sure it’s this one but she works at a UPS in Clinton, Oklahoma. I wouldn’t want an employee like this.

If you live in a small town that only uses p.o. boxes they never deliver your packages to the right house or drop it at the post office.

Poorest service ever. The driver misdelivered my package. After repeated calls has not retrieved it for the delivery. Calls to the national center does no good. Local office will not answer the phone.

No one at counter; waited 10 minutes for employee to come to assist. When finally arrived attitude waswhy are you bothering me? Package was moved to one side without label being applied. Customer Service Center was anything but.

Very poorly organized and maintained facility in Clinton ok, the employees are great and try their best with what they got to work with there.
