Highly recommend Genusys for your software and hardware repairs. Recently my computers keyboard began typing incorrect letters so I brought my laptop to Genusys for a diagnosis.Rich was able to quickly determine the problem. Genusys is a highly professional and responsive company at a reasonable cost. Will not hesitate to use again with future issues.

After updating my desktop it took a nap. Wouldnt load. Called Genusys and in 24 hours Rich had the unit up and running. Professional, reliable, efficient and a very nice gentleman.

Rich was extremely helpful in trying to diagnose the problem with my daughter’s Chrome book. She had dropped it and the screen was now black. 5 stars is not enough! I was in town on business and spilled a cup of coffee on my laptop. I found the number for Genusys and called, Rich told me to come right in. He was honest and told me didnt know if he would be able to get it working (I didnt think it would work again, it was a lot of coffee), but would at least backup my data, if possible. At 4:00 pm the same day he called to tell me he got it working. I was couldnt get there by 5:00, so he even stayed a few minutes late to wait for me to pick it up because he knew I desperately needed it for work. Thank you so much Rich!!!
