They made my car beautiful-ler!

I recently saw a promotion online and decided to give them a try. I bought and scheduled an appointment online. The did an amazing job on my car I was extremely excited. I only come here now.

Vip Auto Appearance has excellent service and for a great price. Right away on the phone after making several calls to other businesses, I got through on the first ring to them. They fit me in to get my windows tinted the day I called. They even detailed the inside and outside of my car for free! The employees are some of the friendliest people Ive met and I will definitely be taking my car back to Vip Auto Appearance.

I like dealing with Mr. Mac. Hes an older gentleman with years of experience. He cares about your car. The prices are reasonable for what youre getting and everything is done mostly by hand. Shop has a waiting area. Place isnt big or fancy but it is a respectable establishment. Work is great, especially when done by this one young lady that works with him. I would totally recommend this place!

I want to thank you for the fine job you did on my car and I have had many compliments with people coming up to me and asking where I had the work done. Several people said they were going to take their car to you. One gentleman was especially interested. Even when I drive along people respond. So thank you again, but thank you mostly for storing my car while I was on vacation. I appreciate your kindness so much.

I feel this place is really unorganized. I signed up for a interior detail, which comes with and exterior detail, through their website. In which I received an text telling me I had the appointment and that my deposit was due. I thought the deposit was taken out of my account according to the text I received from this business. I arrive on the scheduled date and time and I am no where to be found on the schedule. Apparently the owner’ son runs his website and messed up somehow. Not my fault. They decided to still squeeze me in and take my payment. I had to wait outside in a chair, and not in their lobby, while my car was being cleaned. The owner kept hassling me about the text I received from his business and how I was not on the schedule for that day and to make sure next time. As far as the actual detail goes, I still had pet in around my car, crumbs and trash in my back seat and my dash screen was scratched! Finally as I was about to pull off I realized that my cup holder matts were missing and they forgot to put them back in the car before finishing the job. Not only do I feel this service was poor quality and rushed, I got a call 3 days later saying my payment was not received and I literally paid on the spot and received a receipt. The people are nice but this business is unorganized and won’t be getting my services again.

Found them online after researching ceramic coating. I recently got it done and the Mack Jr did an amazing job. This is the place to come you wont be disappointed

They detailed my car once for a special occasion and did a wonderful job. I wound up getting an email a few weeks later and I signed up for the monthly membership. Now I get my car detailed more regularly. Its a commitment but Its worthwhile.

The son of this business seems to have an incredible relationship with the customers. I chatted in the waiting area with a few people while they worked on my car and he was the topic most of the time. They were busy but it was running effectively and on time. I will be back

My car was T-boned pretty bad, but I really loved the car and needed an experienced mechanic to take a look at it. I brought it to this shop and they got it fully repaired in a week. Thanks a lot!!

I pass this place all of the time and finally had a reason to stop when my truck that I bought at night turned out to have acid rain spots on the paint. The dealer paid for it but they sent me here. Two days later my truck looked better than when I bought it

I got a remote start put on my truck and I really thought it would take longer than it did. The price was comparable to other places. I chose them because of how pleasant the guy with the beard was. He explained everything like in detail. I was impressed.

They fixed my remote start that I had put in by another place. I thought I would have to buy a new one and although I would have they didnt take advantage of me. They fixed my current system. Hard to find honest businesses nowadays. I appreciate you guys

My car looked great...almost like new....1st time I detailed it since its purchase in 2006. I was so pleased with the service. The car was completed on time. I am definitely going to use them again. The gentlemen working at VIP were true gentlemen...I highly recommend VIP Auto Appearance Center.

I researched thiis place before trying them and it appears that they are fairly priced (maybe under priced) and the work is amazing.I received the ceramic glass coating on my car and it comes with free auto details for one year. Cant complain.They stand by the work.

The young man that does detailing at VIP Auto Appearance knows his stuff. I had an odor in my car from wsted food and he explained everything perfectly. It was perfect when it was done. Glad I googled them.

Great experience, I took my car to VIP Auto detailing to get the ceramic polish coating and when they were done detailing and applying the finish I was impressed, my 2011 BMW looked like it just came out the dealer show room. I will definitely return and recommend to all my friends.

I asked them to do the best they could with a 2009 filthy van I let a family member drive for years. I said I was going to trade it in. They exceeded my expectations, The transformation was absolutely amazing! And the funny thing is.... they knew they would transform the car and I’d want to keep it. I just kept saying yeah yeah..... just do what you can and we will see. This almost 10 year old van looks brand new and I’m keeping it!!!!

I have known about VIP Auto Appearance for years. A great eye for details. I am picky....yesterday I took advantage of one of the many coupon email for special wax job getting my car ready for the winter.I could not believe how awesome my car looked outside and inside. I did not want to drive it home because I do not have a garage. 😔My car looked great, my friend who dropped me off....was so impressed she wanted to get her car done. I wanted to fold my car up and put it in my purse to get it home. Did not want a speck of dirt to get on it.Great family business, undetstands customer service, highly recommended .

They do work by appt so keep that in mind but it seems like making appts online seem to work better in my experience. But anyways they are awesome! Getting a remote start next

The ad for remote start sparked my interest. After other places told me it could not be done on my car they educated me on how a remote start can be installed in my car using the factory remote. Just what I needed

They cleaned up my vehicle beautifully, and completed the cleaning (gold package) in actually a bit under 3 hours (to me that says they were efficient, considering that I checked the vehicle and EVERYTHING promised in the 3-4 hour gold was done in that time). Great experience with them!

When I came here for the 1st timethere was a car in the parking lot that had been vandelized with profanity spray painted on the side. By the time I picked up my car they had they vandelized car finished looking like nothing ever happened. I should have taken a picture. It was funny in a bad way.

Good prices, the owner is very committed to serving the customer.They lose a star because sometimes the interior of windshields are cleaned with an inferior glass cleaner and you usually will not see it until after you leave when the sunlight shines through.

VIP Auto fixed a door ding on my buicks truck lid. Inhave no clue how it got there but they made it disappear in little less than an hour. I was really mad when it happened so I am happy they fixed it.
