Individuals working the registration desk are rude, lack compassion, and are unprofessional. This is the only Labcorp facility that I have patronized that repeatedly denies individuals service due to an outstanding balance. There is currently a global pandemic and people are struggling, medically and economically. I think refusing people service is just their way of doing less work. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

You cannot say that the blooddraw station is sanitized after every patient. Before i went to sit down there was still bandaid wrappers on the chair.

This location needs training in customer service and professionalism. It’s bad! There’s no effective process. I was assigned to this location, otherwise I would’ve went to Waldorf. It’s really sad how they lack common courtesy and efficiency. To echo another review, if I could give 0 stars, I would. I thank the male tech as he was thorough, diligent and polite.

The wait time is a little longer and they get crowed quickly but there is a process to going to the lab the staff is very helpful and professional with all customers

Great place! I had one very nice nurse take care of me when I had trouble during the drawing. Ive been getting blood drawn for over 15 years and never had trouble before. But this wonderful nurse got me water, cooled me down, talked me through it. I felt foolish but am glad she was there.

I had left my number for a call back, and never heard from them 2xs. This is not what I call customer service. When I come in, I like the people. I would like follow up which this facilty lacks....

The front desk workers have always had an attitude. I thought with a new manager they would have changed, I guess not. Just not very customer service friendly. Will not return here anymore. I gave them one more chance.......shame on me!

This place is horrible!!! I have been here for at least 30 minutes and havent been called yet! How long does it take to draw blood....they people who work here have no sense of urgency and they seem to discourage everyone who comes in telling them there is a long wait. Then on top of that the lady at the front desk just gets up and changes the channel on the TV while people were watching!!! This is the worst place Ive ever been and I will not be back! I will drive an hour away just to not deal with this ghettoness!!!

Front desk lady was professional, but the lady that took my specimen(blood) was very rude, no single eye contact, did not acknowledge my greeting and had issues when i asked her to close the door for patient privacy she insisted that she wanted the door to be open.

When I walked in at 11:15 two people were in the waiting room. I sat for 45 minutes and was not called to be checked. Other people walked after me and was called and giving information as they signed in. Customer service is not good at this location.
