I came here for the first time on my birthday! And I got the whole cut before I realized that they give you a free cut on your birthday! And the best part about it was that it was my cosmotologist that brought it to my attention! Thats what i call a birthday gift! The staff is super nice and very professional you can tall they have taken the time to hone their skills because they are fast yet very good. I have always let here happy.

My grandson and I were treated great. Middle of afternoon so no waiting. The store was clean and the A/C was a bonus on a warm day. We were both happy with our haircuts and price was more than reasonable. Will definitely be back. Thanks 😊

We will NEVER come back for a hair cut again. The manager is rude and unprofessional. She talks down to everyone who walks in the door. She must have some deep rooted personal issues. It’s actually kind of sad. I think she’s forgotten that the customers are the reason she has a job. I’m honestly surprised anyone still goes there anymore. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

These guys get a five star because they cut hair amazing and any reason to pay more than the least you can is pointless youll get the same haircut no matter where you go and more times than not no matter where I go I cant stand my haircut but these guys I dont even have to recut my hair when I get home.

Not happy with my trip to supercuts. Wasnt sure how I wanted my haircut, wanted something new. Got almost no help from the stylist. Was like pulling teeth trying to get suggestions. When she started she must not have realized her clippers were dull and pulled my hair the whole time. When she was finished I had to point out several spots she missed. I didnt realize how uneven my hair was til I got home. Long story short, Im wearing a hat til my next cut. ...p.s. my 5 yo daughter got her hair cut at the same time by the other girl in the shop, she was a little rude in my opinion and didnt even braid or put hair in a pony tail (dollar cuts always does )...unpleasant experience all the way around

Decent shop. Pretty much what youd expect. No straight razor shave on the neck, but thats not common at a place like this. Anyway, I walked in, barely sat down to wait, and they had me come back! Decent haircut, pretty quick, and nice staff. They also stock a lot of good grooming products if you need anything like shampoo or pomade or anything.

Good service. They forgot to round off the back of my head for my fade. But I also forgot it during the process but mentioned it at the beginning. so 50/50 at fault. Thats why no less than 4 stars

I really like this place, I went in with messed up hair real bad, the lady that helped me did a wonderful job fixing it. The hair color was perfect and my hair cut is super cute. The guy that worked there was also very good I seen a couple ladies hair styles after and they were real cute. He was super friendly and made his clients feel beautiful. Thanks to u both.

My regular stylist used to do razor cuts for me. I called the other day to see when shed be in and found out she no longer works there. I asked if anyone else does razor cuts and the manager told me they would do a scissor cut and texturize with a razor. I agreed that would be okay. When I got there, she assigned me to a young stylist, with awful hair, so I asked if she would use a razor. I should have finished my sentence with to texturize. The manager, Sam, said to me, Okay, Ive already explained to you multiple times that we do a scissor cut and texturize with a razor. Taylor and Bonnie accommodated you and did razor cuts, but its much more efficient to use scissors first, so were not going to be doing that for you anymore. Her tone was so condescending and rude, it was unreal. I told her that would have been okay with me, but the way she was talking to me was rude and that I was leaving. She laughed derisively and rolled her eyes. I told her I was complaining to corporate, and I did. I havent heard back yet, but I will never go back as long as shes there. Shes snotty, arrogant, and rude, and no one deserves to be treated that way, especially in front of everyone. Im done.

Not happy at all. Took my kids in for a cut. My sons turned out okay.. not noticable problems... But my daughters we cut off like 6 wanted it cut straight across... Its more rounded at the bottom and them one side is about an inch shorter😡. It looks terrible and now I have to take her somewhere else to get it fixed and have to pay to have it fixed as I will not have this person touch her hair again! Do not recommend

I wish I could give a negative star. My son and husband both in for hair cuts. My son came back with the worst hair cut Ive ever seen, it is completely lopsided she missed huge pieces of hair. Im so mad that they can call this a good hair cut! With my husbands they couldnt even do a fade. This girl definitely needs to go back to school before she messes up anymore hair.

Asked someone to trim my bangs, and she made me look like a coconut. She pulled more hair to the front of my face to add to my bangs which I didnt appreciate. My bangs ended up going from ear to ear. Ugly as hell. So, thanks for that.

I got a lopsided cut even though I told the stylist I part my hair off center. I asked for highlights that arent chunky or orange - even showed pictures of what I wanted. I got chunky highlights. When they tried to fix it by weaving back in my natural color, the blonde highlights turned orange. I went back the next day to speak with the manager to get a refund and was told I had to wait for the owner to come back in town. A sincere apology was never offered. I ended up disputing the charge through my bank.

I like the online or mobile app check in. Stylists have been pretty helpful the few times I have visited or taken children. They offer a warm towel but it depends on the stylist if they actually offer/provide it to you or not.

I normally dont complain, but this was the worst haircutting experience ever for me. I have very thick hair that I understand is hard to cut, but the gal cutting my hair complained about how tricky it was the entire time. She said I might as well get a wig with how tricky my hair was. She kept trimming, and thinning so both sides of my hair are uneven. At the end she literally said this is the best I can do, we have been here for a while. I Will never return..

Went to go get my hair cut showed who was cutting my hair a picture and told her thats how I am going to style and how I wanted it cut. She started doing a completely different hair cut than I asked her to do and I didnt realize it until it was too late and she started cutting most of the top off. It ended up looking alright but wasnt the hair cut i asked for and I have prom tonight and this wasnt the look i wanted to be seen with at prom and I have to take senior pictures with this hair cut too and then have my graduation this could be the worst time to get a bad hair cut so please dont make the same mistake and I did go to Archies or somewhere else

I brought my 2 sons in for a haircut this evening and both stylist seems annoyed, neither smiled and the one who took their names down rolled her eyes at us. They were in a hurry to get off and had I known they were closing in 20 minutes I would not have stopped in. Very rude and unprofessional, we will take our business elsewhere!

Sam was my 12 yr old sons stylist today. She was unfriendly and miserable... No smile and seemed to be put out by having to cut his hair. My son described her as mean and that it hurt when she used the shears on him. I will definitely be going to a different salon next time.
