The decor is nice, curb appeal is lacking, food is good (when its not cold), and the owner is a piece of work. Her customer service skills are POOR!

* I had to give a star to post a comment* Since I know The Clinton Center is linked to Honesty Gourmet Events Banquets & Catering, LLC the review need to be seen by all!DO NOT USE THIS OWNER!! Everything about my experience was UNPROFESSIONAL. I should of believed the reviews posted both here and on the venue webpage. I am another hardworking individual out of a $350 deposit. I kind of feel as if I wasBULLIED out of my money. HOPEFULLY, this will help prevent another person seeking a venue or catering company for an event. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE, VENUE nor OWNER you want to deal with!!Its so much to write, Ill try to get as much in so you can get the point...The experience from requesting a quote, signing the contract, communication or lack thereof with Kristy, the misleading and incorrect information being transferred and delivered from her assistant Kiana, the tone of the emails received, the outdated look of the venue, the stipulations set forth for in the contract. The lack of parking (I drove pass on the day of the week my event was suppose to occur and took a video of the parking lot; they lied about having cars removed from their assigned parking in the rear and NO you can not use the CHURCHs parking lot) I can go on and on...Its so much disappointment behind trying to support your local business only to get unprofessional service and having being played out of your finances.

Your correct! Customer service is awful! I used to work here so its really a bitter taste for me. My mom passed in August this year and my brother and I wanted to get xmas Dinner catered. Honesty provided Thanksgiving dinner in the past for us when I worked for them so we decided to use them again.We order two family meals on website it reads serves 14-16 people for 299.00. The invoice I recieved reflected 8-10 serving. The owners assistant communicated that prices are subject to change, which is nowhere listed on Holiday menu or main home page. The dinner for 14-16 people is 369. Also did I mentioned I added a Ham for 85.00. A total of 422. For one order. And my brothers over 300. Mrs.Christie would not honor whats on her website, very unprofessional, lack customer service and humanity. This is xmas season we were spending over 600$ on food and you cant honor what you advertise? We try to give minority businesses business but look at the service. Another dissatified customer, and ruined holiday. Thank you Honest Caterers!!!God Bless You All!

Great service with even better food!

The food is very good and the venue is nice.Ms. Kristy really does a great job at ensuring customer satisfaction.My only issue is the parking.
