In May, as the auto shortages were about to go into full swing, I was looking at Chevy Silverado, even visiting my local dealership in Ozark, MO. I was told that they would look for one and get back to me ASAP. I never got a call. This lack of responsive actually occurred at a few dealerships. I guess I wasnt that important.I found the Trail Boss I was looking for at Jim Falk and had the pleasure of meeting Kevin Ash. Unfortunately that truck was sold, but Kevin took the time to look for a truck that matched my criteria. He answered all my questions promptly and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I also had the pleasure of meeting the sales manager Mike Wilson who was just as responsive and honest as it did take time for GM to deliver the truck to the dealership. The chip shortage had wreaked havoc on the auto industry - no fault of Jim Falk.When my truck arrived a few weeks ago, I received yet another call from Kevin with the great news. The truck was promptly delivered 90 miles to my door step with a full tank of gas and spotless.If you want to buy a Chevy, go to Jim Falk in Clinton! And most importantly, ask for Kevin Ash and Mike Wilson. They are good people. who will do all they can to get you the vehicle you want - but without the BS. Im glad I ended up buying my truck from them!

Most definitely a five star business, everyone I dealt with was so nice! I found the most beautiful truck ever and they made it all happen! I live 300 miles away and it was delivered right to my door about five hours later, and it was even better than I imagined! Bought my 2021 Chevy Trail Boss from Tim and am very pleased with transaction. Searched Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, Kansas and Missouri. They had exactly what I wanted and $4000.00 cheaper then everywhere else. Did the deal over the phone and had them deliver my new truck and take my trade. Overall very happy with dealership. Only thing I would suggest is to deliver vehicle on a trailer instead of driving it 292 miles to Oklahoma. Thanks and give Tim a raise, hes busting his butt and taking care of customers!

If 0 stars was an option it would be that. Customer service is a joke. Andrew hides behind people and doesnt return calls. They sell you a vehicle that leaks promise fixes and dont follow through. Story below!8/19: thought things were actually going to work out for a minute. Sent progress pictures as requested. Husband got a call today, Andrew saying that its a 2012 its just gonna leak, nothing they can do about it. so one either they have mechanics that dont know much or two there was an issue other than the rear main. We told them they can keep the truck we arent spending that much money to have a truck that is leaking oil just because it is a 2012. Truck was nice customer service and service department is a jokeUpdate: 8/13 truck was delivered again. Still had rear main leak and hadnt been touched. Sent back. Supposedly going to tear apart on Monday. Really trying to give them a chance, but its getting hard. The sales manager also will absolutely not call anyone back.Update: 8/4 will pick up tomorrow. Ill update when we get the truck back 😀7/31: Bought a truck from them Saturday July 31st. They delivered it, so far so good. Get it here about 815 at night to discover this truck has an oil leak(rear main) and a few other things needs done. Our Mechanic checks it over, Andrew states he will pay for it to be fixed or come get it on trailer to get it fixed just sign papers and we will take care of you. Now Thursday still have this truck sitting that isnt drivable and Andrew wont return calls. Traci has been in contact with my husband some but we still have yet to hear when this truck is getting picked up, and when we will get it back when supposedly they have all the parts for it. Not great customer service thus far.

7 out of 10 during the buying experience. 1 out of 10 after buying experience. Ordered new tires window tint oil change etc. it’s been a month now I emailed never heard anything back for 3 days. Finally heard back said they would get it taken care of that morning I finally had to call at 530 just to find out the never ordered the tires. Guess after you buy they don’t really have a sense of urgency or care I guess. Great customer service….

I live in Texas and had contacted all the local dealerships about buying a truck. None of the local dealerships had the inventory or any trucks coming in that would be able to work. I expanded my search online and found Jim Folk 600+ miles away. They had trucks in transit that met my search criteria so I contacted them by email and the sales rep Shayna White immediatly called me and in less than an hour they had narrowed down the choices and I was able to put down a deposit and hold the truck of my choice. Shayna kept in touch with and as soon as the truck arrived to their dealership she coordinated delivery to my home in Texas! Ron and his wife were great when they arrived with my truck helping get the final paperwork signed and put keys in my hand in less than 15 min. I am so happy with my purchase. Awful place for buying a used vehicle, dishonest. WE agreed to a price and when the financing came through the price was $667 OVER the agreed upon price. See tricky people . I noticed this on the financing form and then did not sign it . They then said they would reimburse the over charge. Which they didnt do the full amount. Cut us nearly $100 short. Then they put the wrong address on the registration and it got mailed out to nowhere land, got returned. We got the registration with the wrong address then it fell on us to fix with DMV, which meant we had to Go in to the DMV to renew it. THANK you Jim Falk for the 3 hours wait at the DMV.. DO BE VERY CARFUL WITH THIS JIM FALK MOTORS. I do not recommend it for honesty nor efficiency.

Poor customer serviceWe called the dealership this morning to inquire on a particular vehicle. Robert assured us it was there. I told him we lived a couple of hours away but were on our way. He told me that he would pull it around and have it ready for us to look at. When we arrived, another couple just finishing test driving it and were headed inside to buy it. My husband talked to Robert and he said that he would talk to the salesman and see if they were indeed buying it. He told us to wait there because there were Other options if they bought it. He told my husband he would call us. We waited in the lot for over 45 minutes. I finally called and was told Robert was busy. I talked to a sales manager and told him what we had been told. I also told him I would be writing a review. He said, Robert is a good salesman. That may be, but Robert could have called us before our arrival and let us know someone else was interested. It would have saved us time and trouble. It has been 4 hours since we left and still did not get a call or text from Robert or anyone else.Update: Yesterday (the day after this debacle) I received a text from the dealership asking how my car search was going and if I had found a vehicle yet. I’m sure it was automated but I replied anyway. I also received a text message from them with all of the pictures of the vehicle that we went there to look at. “Just so I could view it without searching for it on their site” is what the message said. 😂😂😂

Wow! We just sold a truck to this dealership and they drove 5 hours to our house to pick it up and fill out paperwork. Otherwise we would have had to take off work, drive two different vehicles, etc. And we are very pleased with the purchase price. My vehicle engine light came on my 2019 Buick Encore which I purchased at Jim Falk 2½ years ago. I immediately contacted the service department and they helped me arrange dropping my vehicle off and looked up the extended warranty information for me. Im not sure if its a Missouri thing for dealerships to screw over people who are not locals but it seems to be the case in my experience not only with this place but with other dealerships as well. After trying to buy a car and putting $6,200 down and having my credit shotgun out to numerous banks just so they can sell the car beneath me after putting down a deposit that they required to hold the vehicle while I got my my tax paperwork together. They also planned on pocketing 4,000 of that 6,200. For your average customer who doesnt know how to do math I understand your business practices for someone who does I do not accept. After receiving all the denial letters from the banks you guys were asking for financing for the full price of the vehicle and not asking for financing with my money down which should have been around the 13 to $14,000 area. I guess I should think the guy who bought the car instead of me because in retrospect he saved me for not only wasting my money but also being stuck with a high payment on a vehicle thats 11 years old. I do have to thank you guys though for all the hard inquiries on my credit that is fantastic

Went in for a transmission replacement, rough idle, coolant running hot, some interior lights not working, I asked for all the fluids to be flushed and brakes pads changed… 5 WEEKS with me having to call them and them telling me they’d call back which they only did once out of 9 calls I made, and the only things they fixed was the transmission replacement and the rough idle, my 2018 Silverado Ltz still runs hotter than it should, no fluids flushed I still have to get my brakes done interior lights still don’t work and they pretended like they didn’t see the additional services I was wanting to pay for. After I paid for Uber back and fourth to work twice a day for 5 weeks which they were definitely aware of, I wasn’t going to let them hold my truck any longer once they said it was done, They’re sales department is great, Keith the finance man is the real hero, but there service department is low rent at best

Id put zero stars if that was an option. Ive been sitting here stranded for 2 hours while they diagnose my car. Other car lots would give me a longer car or a ride home at least. No one has even updated me on anything. I went and asked the status and I was told they were on lunch and that they were running codes. It doesnt take 2 hours to run codes. Very poor customer service.

Lets start off with my oil change for 39.95 which includes 8 quarts and tire rotation, my truck uses 6 quarts and they did not rotate tires, said front had more tread then back but when i had alignment the tire treads were gauged at the same depth, I should of only been charged with the 28.95 deal ok lets go 3 days later for four wheel alignment, appointment at 2pm actually got my truck in at 4:30, i walked around for all that time and then after alignment i am informed that the alignment machine was partially broke and they could not adjust camber or caster, I was very disappointed with the whole day at your dealership and was not satisfied with my service.Jim Falk Motors reviewed my bill and refunded me 10 dollars on my oil change due to they didnot rotate my tires because they did not need rotated at this time. I am pleased that they would go out if their way to make that right.

Ive owned dozens of cars throughout my life. Ive purchased from several dealers in the KC Metro area and some dealers outside of KC as well. I have had some really awful car buying experiences. Actually, most of them have been awful. From shady dealers to sales managers with bad superiority complexes, Ive seen the worst of the worst in the car business.Enter Traci Shepard. After looking around for a very specific vehicle, I got tired of dealers wanting to play games. I took a chance on Traci and Jim Falk Motors, which is about 90 minutes from my front door. From the moment she answered my call to the time the car was delivered to my home, she was attentive, up front and courteous. Transaction was all online and in a different state. Negotiations were low stress and offers were very fair from the get go which was nice. Only issues I had were on the post delivery side communication could have been more clear and more on how the process works. Also the estimate for the taxes were a few hundred dollars off. I have to give the people who helped me purchase my 2015 Audi A6 a solid 5 stars. This is not the first vehicle I have purchased from Jim Falk and it probably wont be the last. Jacob (salesman) and Keith (finance) were helpful every step of the way. I was pleased with the trade-in allowance and how they handled my request to have a pre-purchase inspection done at Kansas City Audi. My only constructive criticism has to do with the finance contract provision requiring mandatory arbitration. I know this is standard contract language in Missouri but it puts the corporation far above the consumer and should be prohibited. So, its 5 stars for the people, and 1 star for the process.

It started out with me being a day late and a dollar short on a car I was drooling over. My disappointment was not there fault at all but to be honest it was mine 100%. It became a roller coster ride of ups and downs then up again and I got the golden ring.I have worked and used a few dealers in my 50 plus years of buying autos. From my first to the latest one I have never seen people work so hard to make this so easy for me. Traci and Jake are awsome and I recommend them 110%!My self no matter were I might move even out of state I will use them no matter were I am. Any info you want they will get it for you and treat you like the only VIP thats important to them. I would by online as the pictures they take hide nothing belive me!!! I was spoiled and treated like a queen! This was my first time with the service department there for a service and an odd code that popped up due to loss of power. The service advisors and mechanic were fantastic! I was thoroughly taken care of and treated with utmost respect. I have additional repairs that will be covered under warranty once the parts arrive later in about a week. Definitely will service my vehicle here when I am in the area. I might just make a special trip to any other work done in the future. Thank you!

Probably the best/easiest experience I’ve had buying a vehicle. Jacob was great and helped us get the truck we wanted! Price was good! In fact, I still haven’t found a similar truck even close to our price. I’ll be back!

Purchasing a vehicle was great it wasnt until I need warranty work that they lost my business. I dont see the need to lie to a customer but they did. Then charged me twice the price for something they didnt fix and should have been warranty work.
