They are the RUDEST people Ive never dealt with. EVERY time I call abd ask if they have this or that OR even stopping by, the guys there brush you off and NEVER help you. I guess I dont have enough money for them or dont drive the right car. Go to B&R auto right down the road. B&R are wonderful people. Friendly. Will NEVER go back to GT again. GT Tire is a friendly and honest business. I have used them for 15 plus years. I have bought numerous sets of tires with great prices and service. I have taken vehicles for repair. They have either repaired it for a fair price or told me that a dealership could do it for less because of the complexity. They are honest and fair in all of my experiences!!

Such a great place to bring your vehicle. Mechanics do a great job, tire replacements are a good price, and service desk is very helpful to make sure everything you needed was done. As a female, I have a trust issue when having my car looked at. Kudos to these guys for believing honesty and great service are the benchmark for doing business.

I would give them negative stars if I could. I hit something in the road in front of their store and got a gash in my tire. I pulled over as soon as I could, in their neighbors lot and called them. They said they could help but may be able to get to it tomorrow. What did they want me camp out there??? I said it was urgent I was on the side of the road. No amount of fix a flat could help my tire. Ugh. Thank God my husband rescued me.

Friendly and attentive employees. I needed new tires and alignment. I had to come back the next day to replace a stud. They noticed that I had the wrong rotors on my front wheels ((I had a friend replace my brake pads and rotors a few days prior)) I am SO thankful they caught this issue. I have my 2 year old son with me 99% of the time and thinking about what could have happened made me internally freak out. It was meant to be that I had to come back the next day. Im headed down to Florida from Ohio to pick up parts and blew out a trailer tire. They got me in and back up and running quicker than I ever expected. Only lost me about an hour. We want thank everyone. Fulltime RVers and we were shaken and shimmying thru the mtns and called them. Greeted with a come on in thinking we needed our truck tires balanced. Nope we needed a new tire we had a belt come through the tire. So we decided to go for 4 new tires. The gal in office drove to go get them first us!!! Thank you. The price was reasonable and the service excellent. My only hesitation was no one was wearing mask or social distancing. My husband wore one and we wiped our truck done with sanitizer. So be advised! Im 6 hours away and my stepson had a blowout on the interstate. The car is one that has no spare - just a can of fix a flat. This happened on black Friday. Almost everyone was closed. I called M&T Tire, and Dennis found a tire (odd size) went and picked it up, directed me to a buddy that tows cars, who brought it to him, and within 2 hours from the first call, my stepson was all fixed up and ready to go. You dont get service or help like that anymore. Thank you so much. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Great customer service

Been going there since I was 17, for the last few tries its been an hour wait on a simple rotate and balance. I purchased the lifetime rotate and balance when I spent $1k+ on my tires. I tried to call and schedule ahead but they dont offer that. There were no other customers in the lobby, nobody in the tire bay and 4 workers hanging out by the coffee. The staff is always friendly and nice but I am going to take my business elsewhere in the future.

GT went well above and beyond - they worked with one of their reps (shout out to TOYO for taking care of their dealers!) and got me a replacement tire in hand in less than 24 hours and DIDNT CHARGE me! I almost took it personally but as I was sitting there, they called another couple up and told them they were able to fix their tire - at no charge.CLEARLY they have an excellent customer service disorder! Better go there fast before they give away their entire store taking care of folks.

Great place, fast service

Truck blew a tire. Bought a new tire and asked for an alignment. When I went to pick up my truck I was informed that I had several other issues with my truck. Little did they know I just replaced all the parts they said were wrong 3 weeks prior to buying the tire. I brougt my truck to the man who works on all my familys vehicles and he showed me everything was still working and brand new. I still have the receipts for all the work that was just done on my truck. He showed me further that they couldnt have looked because I asked for an alignment to get done by the GT mechanics and upon inspection by him the alignment bolts were still loose. I firmly believe they tried to pull a fast one on me and tried to get me to pay for unecessary work on my vehicle. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will not be returning to GT tire in the future for anything. Completely unprofessional in my opinion. Who knows how many other customers they have tried and done this too. Hopefully someone will read this and be saved from using GT tire.
