I saw they had a lot of high ratings on Google so I thought to try their services out. My experience was pretty good. They had coupons that you could easily find on their website and use with no problem. Making an appointment on their website was easy enough. I took in my car for an oil change, which was decently priced with the coupon. I arrived there at my appointed time, and they got me in and out in 20 minutes. They were very professional. No complaints.

Had am issue with my car and Adam the manager went completely out of his way to help me out with an issue that was not related to Grease Monkeys service. Thank you Adam and Im very happy with Grease Monkey. Highly recommend.

They were supposed to vacuum the interior or my car with my oil change. This was not done. I thought this service was a little pricey too! I think they do a great job! I have always been happy with their service. I just think if you are going to include something on your coupon that you follow through with everything that coupon states. Price was well over $100. Just for an oil change. I will be looking for something cheaper in the future. Sorry, Grease Monkey! I cant afford your prices!!

The Service (or lack of) has REALLY gone down while the prices have gone up. My family have been coming to this as a master lube for over 20yrs. I will not, nor will my family be returning. They might have changed my oil, other then that everything that they said they did, they didnt. I sat there and watched as they kept looking over at me. I was in and out in just a few minutes. To bad I had to clean their stuff out off my car, and now have to get my car washed to remove the black finger prints from my car door and hood.

They did a good, fast job. And before we left the man at the counter gave my husband a rose to give to me. Simple but it brightened my day. We both walked away thinking, because of that small encounter we will keep coming back!

They got me right in and were quick. The price was reasonable and they didnt try to sell me on more than what I wanted. I was very satisfied.

I was having a problem with my hood opening. I took it to the Centerville location. Jay, told me he would be happy to look at it. He found away to open the hood and showed me a part that was missing. I took my new Mustang I just bought to get the omissions done and I was in and out of there within 15 minutes. The guys were really cool and very helpful and easy to work with. We take all our cars there for emissions and inspection and he gave me a five dollar off coupon and who doesn’t love free money :-)

Adam has been doing my emissions for the last 5-6 years and let me add he is super professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Emissions test here is great! They have an easy to find drive through spot specifically for emissions, service was friendly and helpful, wait wasnt long at all, and they covered the driver seat and floor for cleanliness. Got the DMV renewal and sticker easy too.

For as busy as this place looks, stop in. They are pretty quick. I had an emissions done this summer and it didnt take too long. I recently had an oil change. They topped off all the fluids and inspected my engine and cabin air filters. Normally Id change my own but while there, I figured Id just keep my hands clean, not run to another store looking for filters, and just get it done. Overall I thought it was a little pricey but my car takes full synthetic oil and its not a cheap option.I recommend them. UPDATE 9/26/2020: I just got an oil change! And EVERYONE there was uber friendly and helpful! My husband is usually the one that takes my car in for oil changes, but due to currently being deployed I had to be a grown up and take my car in myself because it was also way over due. Thank you ALL so much for being amazing and so helpful! They showed me a whole rib missing from my car belt! I couldn’t believe it! It scared me because I know nothing about cars, but told assured me I would be ok as long as I didn’t drive too far and took care of it soon. Normally, they would take care of it, but with my car they need a certain key in order to change it, which they didn’t have. It was a bummer because I would have been happy to take it back to them to fix, but totally ok! They are also military friendly:) thank you again everyone for making me feel like a valued customer.I just called in to see if they were available for an oil change and to receive an estimate. Adam answered and he was so friendly, personable and helpful. He didn’t at all seem annoyed that I called and needing assistance; he actually wanted to help me and he did! Not at all like the guys at Jiffy Lube in Syracuse.

I’m very upset, went on for just an oil change and I made it very clear I only wanted that not service no nothing, instead of charging me 50-60$ they end up charging me 112$ which is awful, because they did a full service without asking me once I made it clear. Never going here again I’ll resort to changing my oil myself.

Theyre usually pretty busy, but they work fairly quick. I drive from Ogden to come here because Ive always liked Grease Monkeys, and its worth the drive. If they could do some basic hybrid work that would bump them up to 5 stars. Unfortunately they werent able to do my coolant flush since I have a hybrid, so that was disappointing. I still love this location though. Everyone Ive talked to is very nice.

I do my own maintenance on my vehicles, so I never go any place for an oil change. I just come here for my emissions and on-the-spot renewal. However, I have been coming here for years because I have so many vehicles, and they are always very professional and easy to work. The place is clean, its well-run, and I wouldnt hesitate to bring my car here for an oil change if that was what I needed to do.On a side note, this morning when I went in for my emissions, they asked me if I wanted my wipers replaced because they were running a two-for-one special. My right wiper was a little bit smeary, and they wanted $24.95 to replace the one wiper and the other one would be for free. Uh...no! I know thats how these companies end up making a profit, but that still doesnt ever sit right with me - whether its here or anywhere else!

Edit 1-18-21. Ok Rourke Loftus is your star at this place. You need him servicing your customers at the counter all the time. Previous visits, the guy that you would pay just struggled with appreciation. Every time he told me no over something and blamed corporate. BUT - ROURKE is the man! He greeted me when I dropped the Jeep off and then I watched him with several customers before I got to the counter. Every person he had gratitude and attitude that makes you want to come back. He knows how to care for customers (I realize there is a great team doing oil changes, but having a great experience as you pay is very important).

Theyve always done my oil changes fast and not really beating around the bush. Needed to get my oil change records, I was on the phone with them for about a minute, and had the records in my email about a minute after that. Very good.

This is the only place we take our vehicles for oils changes. Fast efficient and very friendly.

After a routine oil change and a 16 point inspection at Grease Monkey, I noticed a sizable fluid leak under my car a few days later. It turns out that the drain plug for the transmission fluid pan had barely been screwed back in (my 2004 Alero does not have a dipstick for transmission fluid so it must be checked via the pan plug) and Id lost about a quart of transmission fluid. Im glad I caught that before any longer road trips and I wont be using Grease Monkey again.

Loved my experience today and the amazing customer service I received. They did an awesome job and were such a fresh breathe of air to work with. Also a special shout out to Daniel for leaving an incredible impression on how you guys value your customers!!!!
