The service we received on 3/12/21 was absolutely tremendous. My friends and I were on a trip from Ohio to Hilton Head when the alternator died and we were stranded nearby. Being late in the afternoon, we wondered if the vehicle could be fixed that day. We cant say enough about the manager and the head mechanic, who worked a miracle in getting us back on the road within 1 1/2 hours when the normal work would a several hours. They saved the day and we are very grateful for their unselfish attitude and assistance.

I was on a trip from Ohio to North Carolina and got a flat tire. We pulled into Bingham tire and they installed a new tire and had us back on the road in less than 25 minutes. Great customer service!

We had an unexpected stop on our trip back north from Florida and were lucky enough to get into the shop sooner than we expected. Everyone was friendly and straight forward. Even though we were in a bit of a time crunch I greatly appreciate Josh and the service techs attention to detail and making absolutely sure our van was not only fixed, but safe for the trip home. AVOID THEY LIE TO YOU!!! My husband Called the store on Wednesday, talked to a guy about charging our ac on our truck. The guy told us to drop it off Thursday and he would try to fit it in but he said he would be able to do it for sure Friday. So we took it down Thursday to drop it off early just in case, and the guy he spoke to then said that they won’t be getting to it til sometime next week! No way he could do it Thursday or Friday. I don’t like doing business with a company that can’t keep their word! Makes me wonder what else they will lie about!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

I want to say thank you to Brian for going out of his way to help me. He not only was helpful in explaining the problem but he also saved me lots of money and got me back on the road in less than an hour. I will definitely come back again.

I had a pair of trailer tires blow on the way home from Florida. We called Bingham tire when they opened and they had 4 tires my size in stock. We told them what our situation was and they had us in and out in less than an hour and a half. Both the tech and the guy behind the counter were polite and helpful. If I lived closer they would have all of my business.

Took my truck down there for a screw in the tire. Place says its open till 5pm got there at 440pm wouldnt even look at the tire just said they dont have time to fix it. To me if u own a business then you should be worried about customer satisfaction and getting what money u can make. O well GT tire will make time even if its close to closing time

While working out of town I had a nail in my tire. Friendly staff and prices were great.

We had a blow out on our boat trailer and rolled into this tire dealer at 8 am this morning. They put new tires on our trailer and had us lake ready in no time flat! Great service, friendly people, fair pricing. Highly recommend!

I got there about an hour before closing due to unforeseen issues. They got me in, and put 4 tires on my trailer, before I headed out to Ohio. Awesome guys, they stayed about 1/2 late to make sure I was safe. They even helped jack up the front of my trailer (electric jack broke during hookup) so I could get my sway bars on. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

The staff was friendly and super helpful! Our RV tire had a crack in it and they checked the rest to make sure we were good for the road. They let us know it was going to be a while bc they were busy and gave us updates as they got news on the tires. I think we would come back just to say hi! 😆

Ive gone here several times in the last 5 years. Ive had brakes done, tires mounted, shocks replaced, and various other jobs done. Theyre easy to work with, quick, and very honest in my experience. I referred a friend here when she was given an ridiculous cost for brakes. Turns out she didnt even need them and these guys got the problem to go away without issue. 5/5 No hesitation to go here again or recommend to a friend.

Took my car in for an oil change and the mechanic was so overweight that when he sat in my car he repositioned himself by putting all of his weight on his elbows on the arm rests and shattered a piece of my center console.I waited for 2 weeks while a part came in and offered to install it myself. I picked up the part and for whatever reason it was wrong and didnt fit correctly. I took the part back down and was basically told that I was out of luck. Im stuck with a broken center console part and they couldnt get me out of there fast enough.I should have known better than to take my car here...GT Tire has always been my go-to in Clinton but I tried to save a little time. Now Im stuck researching and finding a part for my car and paying out of pocket for it, then installing it.Went for an oil change and left with a huge hassle.

Had my rotors and brakes done. Reasonable prices, I didn’t have to wait to long for the job to get done. Manager is nice and bit of a cut up, which I like in people. Makes you feel welcome and your business is appreciated. They have repaired a tire I got a screw in and my tire pressure light came on once. Didn’t charge me to check it.

I cant say thank you enough for the help provided. We were towing a very old utility trailer when we lost the wheel bearing near their exit. They were able to locate and install and HAVE US on the ROAD the same afternoon. Very Professional and Courteous...

I got an alignment done 6 months ago and already have to get two new tires for the front because the wires are showing already. And this is after having to pay for a separate part in order for them to do the alignment in the first place.

These guys do an excellent job. No complaints, pricing is fair and they are extremely thorough.

My tire was low and I stopped in to ask if they cared to look around my tire to see anything in it. They told me it would cost $20 to LOOK at it NOT fix it. My family has worked with Goodyear for our automotive business for 20+ years and I have never been charged for this request at any of the stores in Knoxville. So much for small town hospitality.

Went in for one tire losing pressure. I was sold 4 new sensors and was back in 3 days or so for the same problem. They pulled the nail out of the tire that time. Check your own tires first.

Was getting a patch in my tire , guys were friendly. The wait till was around 30min. Not a bad experience. Recommended some tire maintenance as well.

Visiting a friend for lunch and ended up with a nail in my tire. Once we got the tire off and to Bingham Tire it only took 15 mins or so to fix it with a patch and a plug. Price was very reasonable and the entire staff were friendly and professional. Thank you all for helping!

Bad service you dont want significant damage done that they arent gonna hold up thier warranty part on then dont go here, go anywhere else in clinton to a mechanic shop an mention you previously had your car maintenance here at bingham an they will laugh an say wow how did that turn out for you, not good or you wouldnt be at my shop, my story is way to long to messge, but i will say this I wouldnt take a bicycle to this place to have it worked on, its all uneducated high schoolers learning to working on cars, not eveything being put back on correctly or even at all, ive had a very bad experience here thats coasted me 1000 outta my own pocket in the long run!! Im serious go to any mechanic in town an mention bingham tire was supose to do this an that to my car an youll get laughed at, cause after someones first visit to bingham i bout bet they gonna be coming back to have it fixed again within 24hrs...A real tech mechanic will walk you threw an show you whats wrong with the vehicle an why but not these boys theyll make it worse or more broken after they get dont with it!! WORST PLACE IN CLINTON TO GO AN MY STORY WOULD COVER ABOUT 3 PAGES TO WHAT THEY DID TO ME!!!

Excellent shop!!!!! My boyfriend and I are from Michigan and we were on our way to a wedding in South Carolina when our car started having problems. We stopped at their shop to see if they could tell us what was wrong and they said the fuel pump was bad. They got us into the shop right away and started working on it in the morning! Right as we were about to leave, our car wouldnt start, and the shop was already closing, but all of the men that worked there stayed when the shop closed and helped us figure out why it wouldnt start and got us back on the road! They were very helpful, and kept us updated the whole time as to what was going on with the car. I would definitely recommend going to this shop!!!!!!

My experience, I went in for a oil change,they rotated my tires. When they got done,i leftonly realizing tbat they did not put one of my center caps back on,finaly after confronting them they tried to say that they put in on.it took them 2 wks to get me one. Only to be handed. A center cap all beat up and dented up and scratched up.I will not go back to them.Or willnot recomend this place to any one. .They have no. Respest to the care and quality care to there customers.

Sent my son in to mount 4 tires that I ordered. I made a mistake and bought the wrong rim size. My fault. I had him ask the manager if he had the correct size tire in stock. He showed him the only tire he stocked. A Goodyear tire. He even took him out and showed him the tires on his personal vehicle. He quoted us $1000 for four tires installed. It was past closing and said if we wanted them he could install them tomorrow. He went back today and now they said they were $1500. He said the ones that he meant was a generic tire. He never mentioned a generic brand. Never tried to show him the generic brand. Not sure what happened but not satisfied at all.

They were so wonderful in my moment of need. Drove over a nail and they were quick to help and ordered a tire. Cant say enough wonderful things about them!

I brought one of my cars here for an oil change and they informed me that my cabin filter needed to be changed. I agreed and had them change it. Then at the next oil change appointment they bring out the cabin filter and show me that its all bent up and dirty again. I tell them I would like them to fix it then because it should not be bent or that dirty. They try and tell me its because the weather has been dry and theyll give me a discount on another filter. I dont know if they just didnt give me a new one the first time or if theyre just dishonest but I will not be going back to this place

Great service on the selling and installing my 4 new warranted tires i purchased from them. But after your tire goes flat, Wesley at the front desk wants to dismiss the warrantee and play word games with what I think a tire warrantee is. Then begins to downplay honoring a warrantee without first inspecting the tire. BUYER BEWARE

Top Notch Customer Service!My girlfriend and I were recently traveling to Gatlinburg from Kentucky when we hit a pothole and ended up stranded at Exit 122 in Clinton, TN. I am thankful this is where our accident happened because it meant that I was towed to Bingham Tire.I called for help the next morning and Bob answered the phone. Bob became my hero for the next several hours. He was honest with me about the potential damage and called me back several times with updates and made sure I wanted to authorize any work before they did it.On top of that, when my car had been towed - I had taken the key with me so they could not pull the car inside. One of their guys actually changed the tire outside in the middle of freezing rain and sleet.The price for everything was very reasonable but I would pay more at other places just to know I could get the same level of customer service.
