I transferred my insurance from a VA State Farm office about a year ago when I moved to the area. Trey processed the transfer and everything was completely hassle free and done correctly. I’ve not only worked with Trey on my policies throughout this past year, but I’ve also worked with his staff and everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this agency if you are looking for auto insurance, house insurance, personal liability insurance and life insurance. Terrible experience here trying to transfer a policy and get basic information updated. Once I transferred to a competent agent they were able to apply full discounts and help me save money and make sure my insurance was actually in the right name and policy information. After having to call State Farm Corporate for them to handle the information update.
