The Associate who helped us took his time and answered all of our questions. The manager was wonderful it helped us a long where needed. We left the store with two new phones and two watches. I’ll strongly consider returning to the store for my future cell phone needs.I strongly recommend anyone who wants to go to the cell phone store to make an appointment online the day before. I also recommend having a lot of patience and time if you want to do an upgrade. The process just takes time.

Be very aware and Watch Your Bill after dealing with this ATT Branch. They add charges like insurance for phones , next program charges. They dont ask you or tell you about them . They Just add them to your bill . Check Your Bill..BE AWARE !!!

The repair tech was great! However, we were greeted by an employee that barely acknowledged us. We were interested in purchasing a speaker and there was no help in showing us the product. Little if no desire to complete the sale. I asked if they had an open speaker so that we could see how loud it was the answer was a simple no but no other options were given. I asked if I bought it could I return it the answer was i guess and then he checked when I asked him to. We also wanted to return a defective charger which we bought from At&t and was told they dont do that. when in fact at another ATT store it was done when I had the same issue. The manager was very rude as was all the staff. Zero customer service!!!

I had very bad experience at this store. I upgraded 2 lines and bought 2 iPhone 12 Pro Max from this Clifton store. Next day, I wanted to change the color of the phone(Box was not opened and phone was not activated). They told me they will charge me restocking fees of $55 and also I have to activate phone to change it. I asked to talk with manager but even if manager was available, he doesn’t wanted to talk. I talked to customer service and confirmed that whatever executive was saying was wrong. There is no restocking fees if we return in 14 days and I can even cancel order in 14 days. Executive or manager was even not ready to talk to customer service. They are just bunch of unprofessional people including manager. I will complain against them to at&t and if they don’t do anything then just move away from them. Hope, this review can help someone. Please stay away from this store.

Avoid this place at all cost!Went here to sign up for a new plan, Chris helped me and everything seemed to go smooth until a week later and I still didnt get any communication or phones from AT&T. Went back to store to inquire about whats going on with my order and found out that my order didnt “go through” initially as there was something wrong/ missing information. After few days they finally fixed the issue and got e-mails from AT&T saying my iphones would arrive in late December. (Chris had initially told me iphones would arrive by October 30th as I am ordering during Apples Pre-order window). Not only this I found out that I was signed up for Business plan which no one at the store told me about, also the type of plan I initially wanted to sign up and I thought I signed up initially had changed to higher rate plan and couple days later I received a bill from AT&T in mail. (Let me remind you that at this point I havent even activated single line with AT&T, didnt have any AT&T sim cards or phones in my possession). I went back to this location to inquire about the charges and see if they can speed up the shipment of phones. I spoke (tried) to Chris and immediately he was very defensive about the whole order and said it was my mistake why the whole order was delayed, said he and his manager called me multiple times to fix the order. I said I never received any calls/voicemails from him or anyone else at AT&T and even offered my phone to check call logs if he didnt believe me but he continued to lie. Further when I asked him about the bill I got from AT&T he went back to talk to his manager (Mathew) and came back and said that since we have been very good he will give me $100 credit on the bill but I am responsible for the rest of it!! I said I havent even activated any lines on AT&T, I dont even have any sim cards in my possession so why should I pay a cent? At this point his manager Mathew came by and again started arguing how everything was our fault and we have two options at this point, either take $100 credit on bill or go dispute it with AT&T. They both went into back of store to get number of AT&T customer care and at this point Chris came back with a box which had one of the iphone I had ordered and was received by store (btw no one from the store called me to tell me that phone was here!) and put the box on table and said here is your phone, I am leaving it here and cameras in store are recording that I am handing it to you and its your responsibility now I said I dont want to accept it as I am still waiting for other phones to arrive which wont be here till almost 2 months. He said its not his problem and if I want there is FedEX next door where I can return this phone and left to back of store before I can ask him any other questions. At this point Mathew also left to the back of the store while I am just sitting there and asking if anyone else is able to help us with this issue or answer anyone of our questions. But all the employees pretended that we didnt exist, Mathew walked by couple times and when I called his name asked if he can answer any questions again he pretended that I am not there!Chris and Mathew are completely incompetent and cowards, when I told them it was their fault they decided to run away and hide. Next day I visited another AT&T location near by to see if they can help me and I was treated very well and manager and employee at that location answered all my questions and helped me with my issue. When I told them about my experience at Route 3 location they themselves told me that management at Rt3 location only cares about getting contracts $$$, once they sign you up and get your $$$ they don’t care about customer service.

Sneaky liars.They had phone in stock but didnt want me pickup upgrade witch I did over the internet. So they canceled my order and send me away. I checked with customer services they still had phone in stock. Dont recommend very unprofessional and unpleasant employees especially manger.Bunch of unprofessional people. Chris was amazing. He was able to back up my phone when all else failed. He did not give up. He helped me pick out a phone that was exactly what I needed. He reset my email accounts, apps - even added one which he thought i could use. He answered all my questions and helped me check out all informed.I really liked the store and will recommend it to everyone.

She explained she was on a fixed income and he gave her an affordable phone with no monthly payment instead of a high priced phone shed have to pay for over the next few years. Chris Mendez is the most incompetent, ignorant, rudest consultant Ive ever worked with. I worked for AT&T for 7 years and the way he treats people would never be tolerated at the locations I worked at. I dont know why its allowed here. Absolutely no positive attitude toward customers. He didnt know how to process my transaction, and when I tried to explain to him how to do it considering I knew from working there, he purposely did it incorrectly out of spite. This behavior is appalling to say the least, I really do hope theres something done about this. I know I wont be visiting this location again, and I feel sorry for anyone else who does.

We went to AT&T to purchase two iPhone 8 pluses with 256 gigs. They could only provide us one which did not make us happy. They could not provide the service that they are known for. How do they not have two iPhone 8 pluses with 256 gigs, confusing to me! On a brighter side, the man who took care of us was very kind. But that’s all I could say positively about our visit!

I went here hoping to save money by switching to a different type of account. They ended up not knowing what they were doing. They had me pay my bill in full and close my account to start the new one. They couldnt get things to work and they ended up starting 2 new accounts. They couldnt do anything further and made up a lame excuse for why they failed. This all snow balled into horrible dealings with customer service on the phone. I went in hoping to save money and I ended up with a new account costing way more and I have a full bill for only 4 days worth of service that was originally paid up completely when they had me close my old account number

This supposed to be a corporate At&t Provider with informed trained and updated employees. Unfortunately is a location is managed by incompetents, but I think the entire A&TT staff is currently running without accurate trained employees. After I made an Order online to pick up in this store I got a Temporal number i was told and read online that I can transfer my old number to the new phone in the first 30 days for free. But that wasnt the case after I was charged. They make me waste hours of my time to just transfer a Number to this new account and I finally gave up. I went back to the store 3 or 4 times following costumer service orders to transfer a number from cricket wireless a company owned by ATT I was under the 14 days Hassle Free Returns Policy that guarantee you a full refund . So after I cancel my phone and start everything over again they told me I will get my refund in 30 to 60 days and that I also gotta pay Restock fee of 45.00 $. So I didnt lost just time I also lost money, I finally changed to sprint without hassle and problems.

Consequently I was unable to make a payment on my CA AT&T bill, even with providing my account # & receipt of acquiring such service. Had to wait a half hr for CA AT&T to answer the phone after automatic answering machine assured PA service personnel of a 10 minutes wait. Great service! They were able to upgrade my phone, and even helped me move my contacts and data from my old phone when it was malfunctioning and wouldnt allow access to google apps or at&t apps. Abraham M. personally took the initiative to assist in trying to move my data when I thought my phone was beyond saving. Definitely worth going to this location!

Great customer service representatives at this branch. I was very pleased with the service I received. Store has a nice selection of phones and accessories as well. You can enter either from the rt 3 highway, or, if youre in Clifton, you can enter from Allwood Rd as well.

I went to the store to purchase a phone at full price / no contract and they refused to sell it to me unless they activate it for me. I even told them that it was for a surprised gift. They told me no, that they can not sell me a new phone without activating it. They even told me that they can not sell it to me at full price and that I would have to pay a small remainder either on my next bill or over the next 24 months (the amount was in the 40s if I remember correctly). They will not sell me a phone because they will not make commission. I went elsewhere.

I am not satisfied with service. I had the service Directv before and the lady told me to change the name in it to get another service which is cheaper than the one I have already. What happen is my bill now with direct tv is more than what I had. Dorca is the lady who sold me this new service and I think she misled me. This place sucks. First time when my husband and I went there, we try to do an upgrade and they said that if we want the phone we have to purchase some accessories. Second time we went there to return some accessories and one of the reps which is a short guy, after a couple words he told us to “go to T-MOBILE because they do it better” this is terrible. Horrible customer service from the telephone customer service representative to the store employees. The application was more of an interrogation than anything else. Truthfully, Im not ruling out the color of my skin being a barrier. I was asked pointless questions and then offered business advice from someone with a wallet full of prepaid cards. Jokes on me for even entertaining AT&T as a wireless provider. I definitely do not recommend AT&T wireless. BEWARE!!!

This store or was my worst experience ever. A couple months ago we purchased two iPhones and they asked if we wanted to purchase screen protectors. We said no but, they said once we buy with them they will replace it any time in a period of a year for no charge. So we accepted and I went there last week and I’ve spoke with Felix the salesman and he said since I replaced one time already he could not replace my screen protector again unless I helped him opening a direct tv account. He said you help me and I will help you. I will schedule the appointment and you can cancel. I told him many times that I didn’t not wanted. He gave me hisNumber and said for me to text him if I change my mind and today early in the morning I got the technicians at my door to install direct tv, again I never requested the service. Just to make sure I was going to get any installation I texted the number said please I don’t want any direct tv. Today I had to spend 40 minutes over the phone to cancel this account that I never asked for. This is not the first time that happens, this is the second. The first time they did the same thing and my husband’s account was charged more than $ 200,00. And we never had any cable at our house. And last thing who could he add directv if the account is not mine. The att account is under my husband’s name. Please find another store, they are horrible.

Terrible experience. Their system was extraordinarily slow so it took nearly 2 hours to activate a new phone. Ive bought cars in less time. I came in asking for an 8 plus, but after reviewing pricing, decided to stick with the smaller version. BEFORE my new phone was activated, I asked about the features of the camera, only to be told that the 8 plus was much better. I asked to switch to the plus instead, since we hadnt activated the new one yet, and was told that I would now have to pay a restocking fee of $45 not to mention sit through the laborious process all over again.I complained to Chris, our salesperson, and he told me that this was MY fault because I didnt ask the right questions before he opened the box of the phone, and that he worked for At &T and not Apple. He was unapologetic and very rude.Additionally, the store smelled of smoke and they had an alarm that was going off for about 20 min of us being there with no one acknowledging it.

I like how they steal your money. i purchase the s8 plus and the lady automacally puts a screen protector on. dont even tell me the price.. until its already installed. The screen protector was 50!! bucks later that same week my phone fell so did the screen protector and it never stuck back on smhh! waste of money..

This is the worst at&t store i have ever been in. tried to upgrade a phone early and pay with my checkbook. mind you i just paid for my bill with a check too. their system kept coming up with an error. it was an internal error because i heard the store manager (tommy) and sales guy (daniel) trying to find out why. they told me that it was my check that was the problem and made me feel stupid for the problem. i tried to go to another store to do this and was unable to get past the first step because the clifton store didnt reverse the upgrade we started. and no one there answers the phone so i am forced to back there. they are the worst. i will be calling at&t about this and do not recommend this store to anyone. the absolute worst.
