I had to change me review from the last one I recently gave. The reason Im now giving them two stars is because they always seem to he low or run out of products. I came into the store hoping to buy shock and the only one the old offer was 145.00. I asked if they knew where I could buy a smaller size and the response was less than helpful.

The staff is well informed and knows what your pool needs. They can use a course on customer service though.

Leslies Pool on Clifton -- Very helpful !! They didnt have what I was looking for but gave me the part number and the website to order it from.

Service was horrible,We were asking what the floating stuff in our pool was ? He said “those are baby mosquitoes and that’s disgusting” loudly in front of everyone and it felt very unprofessional. We always get our supplies from Leslies. However, won’t be Coming back to the Clifton location.

Staff was very helpful getting the supplies I needed. Polite and very respectful. Store was clean and well supplied. I would use them again for all my pool needs.

I ordered a 21 foot pool 52 inches deep and they sent me a 18 foot pool 48 inches deep so they charged me more for the wrong pool I also ordered stuff for a 21 foot pool that I can’t use not which isn’t cheap I had the floor made for a 21 foot pool and not the floor is to big to do what I wanted to do never again lost a lot of money because of your guys mistake

First off let me start off by saying. I am a new home owner. The home came with a hot tub ( never use one dont like them, but the wife like it). My first time in the store I met Chris.i explained my situation to him and he told me what to get. He did not try to get one over on me, like another store that I went to. The next time I went in was on Thursday ne 25th to get my water tested. The young lady(dont remember her name) that me was so awesome and know her thing. She got what I needed to to make my water safe. Everyone at this store was and is awesome. Just to add i have a disability and they offer to take my stuff to my car. They have in me a customer for life.
