This company was the worst moving company I have ever encountered in my life. Stay away from them. I didn’t hire this company. I went through a moving brokerage company called American Moving Experts. This was an out of state move from Indiana to Massachusetts. I had significant damage to furniture, boxes were damaged (along with the things inside), lamps were damaged, etc. I put a few pictures to show some of the damages but this isn’t all the damage that was done. I expressed my frustration to the movers. They spoke very little English. They spoke mostly Spanish. They didn’t know I understood Spanish. I caught them laughing at my mom and me. They thought all the damages were a joke. I’m definitely filing a claim. However based on the reviews I guess I’m probably not going to get the value of my items back. The contract does say $0.60 per lb but based on the reviews written on this company I guess I may not even get that. Best way thing I can do is warn others to stay away from them. I was initially charged approximately $3000 for this move however, it ended up costly over $6000 (even after getting rid of items from my original list). They also didn’t finish the job. They were suppose to put televisions and furniture together and didn’t. I feel completely ripped off. You have been warned.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!We had our things picked up on 6/20/21. The movers were nice, efficient, and packed our things with care. It is now 8/5/21 we dont have our stuff. We are getting the same run around every complaint review has left. The dispatch rep even was short with me on the phone. I tried to get another more reputable company to pick up my stuff and I was told I would still have to pay the balance. I just want my childrens memories and keep sakes, those are PRICELESS. This is the worst experience of my life. We too are seeking counsel. It is now a matter of principle. This company is destroying lives by making moves so stressful.UPDATE!!! We finally received our things. I included pictures to show how damaged the boxes were. The last picture is an example of the wardrobe boxes. They were opened and the hanger bar was removed in order to condense the box and make it smaller. Large holes were found in my plastic tubs!

I had a great experience with this company. My original house closing fell through so I wasn’t able to move right away like I originally planned. They allowed me to use them for storage which was reasonably priced. Then when I was able to close on my new home, they were able to move me in a timely fashion. I’m very grateful for their team. They went out of their way to accommodate the changes I needed to make. Everyone was so nice through it all from the movers to the people working in their office. I highly recommend them and will use them again if I ever need to do a move again.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!1) The movers asked my wife for $150 TIP to take exercise equipment that was on the original list to be moved. She told them to leave it.2) Most boxes and items were damaged; I suspect because my wife didnt give the movers a tip. A tip stands for To Insure Promptness (TIP). We originally asked for a 4/19 pickup date and were told we HAD to have pick up on the 18th. We were ready and waited. And waited. The movers never showed up. We called several times and were eventually told it would be first thing the next morning; the day they insisted we could not have. They showed up 3 hours after we were assured they would. This was not promptness and inconvenienced us because we had to wait for them.3) Movers charged $2K above the original agreed upon amount. There were extra items, but the movers didnt take the large work bench or the exercise equipment that were originally scheduled to be moved.4) Estimate Loss/Damage was around $2,000. Collectibles have lost their value due to mishandling.5) We were initially told our things would be delivered in 7 to 10 days. Then they said up to 21 days.It actually took about 4 weeks and we were supposed to get 24 hours notice; we got 6. They came late and didnt assemble all the things they were supposed to.6) I know the Bill of Lading indicates only $.60 per pound coverage; however, due to the very OBVIOUS negligence from the moving company, I EXPECTED to receive the full value of my claim. They offered me about $60.Many more photos are available.USE ANYONE ELSE!!!!!9/4/2021 - They offered me another $30, for a total of $93 to cover my losses of over $2,000. What a RIP OFF! They were extremely abusive with my things because my wife didnt tip them (for good reason). DONT USE MOVING SOLUTIONS VAN LINES or EAGLE MOVING GROUP. Eagle Moving Group subcontracted our move to Moving Solutions Van Lines and said they are the best moving company we deal with. What does that tell you about BOTH companies? This has been such a nightmare! I wouldnt have even given them one star if I could have chosen zero.

The worst movers ever. They don’t respond to phone call after picking up my stuff. It’s been a month since they promised to bring my items but still not here. Tried contacting them but they don’t give valid information. They say they will bring my stuff next week but it’s been more than a month. I don’t recommend them to anyone! The worst ever! DO NOT USE!!! My son moved from NY to AL on 6/22/21, he received his furniture on 8/26/21 (66 days) or 48 “business days” late since we later found out that’s how they count. The problem was not the actual movers it was the absolute terrible customer service and lies from this company. We booked Moving & Storage Squad LLC not this company but somehow the furniture ended up in a warehouse in NJ for weeks. After they feed you lies about what it will cost and when it will arrive, then they stop taking your calls. My son was told by the original mover that his furniture would arrive on 6/25/21 and that was confirmed by the driver at pick up, all lies! When it didn’t arrive we were told to read the fine print and they have up to 30 business days, of course that was not mentioned initially. In regards to pricing we gave specifics on rooms and garage that was to be moved as well as agreed upon number of boxes, and of course that amount just about doubled. To be fair he was credited $35 per “business day” it was late but the whole experience was just a nightmare. We wanted to hold off on the review since my son had to email the company with his list of damaged items (which were broken) there were about 10 since they told him he would get compensation for them and once he submitted the list……surprise surprise radio silence and once again not taking our phone calls. The only reason I gave one star is for the movers they were great on both ends. My suggestion to all the other people who left poor reviews is to contact the FMCSA it is very easy to file a complaint, and the more complaints they receive the more likely they are to investigate these “rogue” movers!. Hopefully whomever reads this will not use this company and we will have saved someone from the stress, rude treatment and disappointment my family experienced using them.

It’s kind of long but worth the read:As many of these other reviews stated, the company will send you in circles with lies. They tell you your stuff with get there between 7-14 days. After 15 days we called them and our stuff hadn’t even left MN. At that point we had found a house to buy and were closing on it so we called and told them the closing date of when we could accept our things. Kelly reaffirmed to me that they could get it there “in two days if we need to” and told me to call them two days before we needed our stuff.Well we called 2 days before and were just given more lies after lies saying they don’t even look at coordinating a truck for our stuff until After the date given to them. We had to CONSTANTLY call to keep asking about our stuff and quite frankly they not only wasted our time but money. We closed on our house a didn’t receive our stuff until a MONTH, after we closed. Mind you this is well after a month from when they took our stuff.The movers in both MN, and CO Were contracted through this company and the guys on either end were helpful and did a good job but when they were unloading the truck in CO they let us know that the company didn’t even call them to drive our stuff up until TUESDAY.The past month they lied about getting it “coordinated” and continued to lie about where our stuff was and when it as going to get here.We ended up with 2 wet mattresses and broken lamps and other items as well.I have never been more stressed out and filled with frustration and anger. I HIGHLY suggest using a different moving company who is HONEST and sticks to their word. I would not recommend to anyone unless you want to be unbelievably stressed and lied to constantly.We were not offered any apology or compensation for their lies and lateness. It was very unprofessional.

Not worth it just the worst. The super tried to help me but the company is horrible. I have mostly damaged and missing items. NO SHOES! With no answers. I paid 11k to be ripped off!! I dont have the funds to replace anything and all they offered for 500. I Blame Triple A the broker!

SCAM!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!They are fraudulent and never answer the phone! My boyfriend moved (for the VERY first time) in his life, and this has been a nightmare for him! It has been well over “30 business days” and Kelly is a liar. When we are lucky enough to speak to someone on the phone, Kelly’s response is “it is loaded on the truck and will come the beginning of next week” each time!!! She has said this for 4 weeks now. Where is it? Never use this company. They should be shut down immediately!!!

Edit They are the worst. Kelly the person who answers the phone has no matters at all. She gives straights lies about estimated date and nothing happen. This company charge you double the amount when they show to location. I quote with their broker Eagle Movers and they are terrible too. This has been the worst decision I ever made. They finally delivered my things after 2 months. I dispute the deposit with my credit card and they charged me again in person. Their drivers are descent and respectful but they way they load the truck in the warehouse ruined your stuffs. My mattress came folded, two boxes ruined, a dresser broken. And right now Im struggling to actually make the claim.

Stay away from this company!! They will charge you 3x the amount quoted. They give you a very small fee at first. Then call you back two days later doubled the amount. Then show up in a rental Penske truck then after loading your items they tell you that you owe them much more money. 3times the original amount. They will only accept cash or money orders. They promise you a date then tell you that the items are lost, the truck broke down, no driver, any excuse they can find to tell you. Oh , they won’t answer the phone either after you call and complain the first time. If your lucky to get a newbie they answer but hang up on you or disconnect you. Then try to file a claim!! All they do is give you a run around. Once you get the claims office which supposedly is a completely different company they always find something wrong with your claim anything to get you disgusted and not complete the claim. Moving Solutions van lines use rental trucks not theirs . Things were broken destroyed and lost!!! Then at end of claims they want your receipts for all items damaged, lost or destroyed. They want item name, price , date purchased , name of store, address and phone numbers for everything you have listed on your claim. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SCAM YOU AND GET AWAY WITH IT. NO ONE WILL DO ANYTHING ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY MAKE THE CHOICES FOR YOU THAT THEY ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR .60 cents per pound. They do not let you decide anything. They have forms already filled out for everything. They leave no decision to you about your items. This company is a rip off. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

New York to Texas move:They picked up our things on May 26th, 2021, still have no received our belongings. Two weeks ago they told us our stuff was loaded on a truck, we have been trying to speak with them for the past 2 weeks and we are unable to get anybody on the phone after calling multiple times per day. Currently pursuing legal options as we are worried about the safety of our belongings. We have been very patient and understanding but this is extremely disappointing.

Do not use. They picked up 2 bedroom apartment on May 22nd; delivered on June 28th. The contract does state they have 30 business days to deliver, but they tell you delivery will be 5-7 days. When that doesnt happen, they tell you each week, your stuff is being loaded and will be there next week. They told me that each week until finally delivered. This Kelly person just flatly lies, and when I called her on it, she hung up on me. Just a terrible experience all the way around. If you are checking reviews, good for you. Steer clear of this company.my response to your response...contract does say 30 days as I said in my factual review. Its the lies your people tell that really made this a rotten experience. Tell the truth; people will respect you more. I called no less than 10 times. Was lied to every time. Feel free to compensate me.

DO NOT USE! This company will price gouge you! An original estimate for my move was $6500, by the end it was $11,000. I provided them with exact measurements of my furniture, exact number and sizes of boxes and yet their estimates were off by over $5k! And I even removed items from my list. The office staff are unprofessional, do not respond to time sensitive emails, calls or texts. The men that moved my furniture were lovely, professional and quick. But I would NEVER NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!

For those that dont want to read a long review- these people a stress causing disease hire at your own risk. For the ones who care for reading a long review- from the very beginning they missed the pick-up deadline, had to purchase another plane ticket myself to accommodate their mistake. After this its been 29 days and i still dont have my delivery, the professional i get it to stop calling them and just wait. Per our contract the delivery window was 14 days- the very unprofessional secretary had the audacity to say that the 14 days would start after our available delivery date which was July 7th, well its been 16 days (without counting the weekends)- what now? Saddest apart about this whole thing is that the owners dont know what is going on or plainly dont care. Kelly- the manager just so happens to be related somehow to the owners and this is why she doesnt care. The poor delivery truck drivers actually said that Kelli is the worst employee there and THEY dont even stand her- again shes only there because shes related to the owner. Another sad part is that we didnt even hire this company in the first place, they were assigned as a third party by Quality Moving experts- who are another joke. At this point they are retaining our things on purpose- and giving us the run-around. I feel stressed, frustrated and very mad- according to their website satisfaction is 100% warranty- i wonder how that works!If you dont know how to run a business then dont run one at all, at other peoples expense!

This company was contracted through Eagle Moving Group (see horrible review on their site), the staff are extremely unprofessional. The actual guys that picked up our stuff in PA seemed ok but charged us extra and then said they ran out of room on their truck. They have had our belongings for 34 calendar days now and have stated they will deliver tomorrow. I told them they will not receive another cent from me until I assure ALL of my stuff is on the truck and their response to this was, you have to pay before they unload and you can’t see if all of your belongings are present. After I wouldnt guarantee not to give the guys a “hard time” (wanting assurance all of my belongings were present and undamaged before giving them any more money) Anna, hung up the phone, stating to call when I wanted my things delivered. DO NOT USE this company under any circumstances! I am in the process of hiring an attorney and have filed complaints with the BBB and FMCSA!!

I would not recommend anyone to use this company and I encourage all to please stay away!.. my situation with this company has has been nothing short of a complete nightmare and I only wish I had fallowed gut when I felt like something was wrong with this company when the truck they used was not of their own!.. I was quoted $2300 and paid a deposit of $983.01, the movers came a day early on 4/30 and said I’ll probably be pay more. When everything was on the truck my quote was pumped up to $3600, I felt like I was stuck so I gave them a deposit of $700 the rest was due at delivery. On 5/10 I had not gotten my things so I tried to call to get answers only to get no one where, on 5/11 my card was charged again for another $983.01, the company claims the money was charged back how ever it’s not in my account and they claim they don’t have it either, on 5/14 I was told I needed to pay $1133 or I would not be getting my things, in desperate need of my things I paid.. as of today 5/17 I called this morning and was told that my things are not loaded on the truck and it’s going to be a few more days but they won’t give me a date on when I can get my things.. I am aware of my FMCSA rights as a mover and to keep someone things is absolutely illegal, especially if I have paid, I’m now getting the law involved because this so not fair to me as I had done nothing but comply with what ever was asked of me. My story is the exact same as others that have left reviews. It’s crazy because there was just a big bust on moving companies that do things like this. I’ve been doing lots of research and I know what’s allowed and what’s not.UPDATE!It’s now June 6th and I still do not have what belongs to me, I was very respectful but now I’ve gotten my lawyer involved, it’s sad when you book a “company” and tryst they will do the right thing but they keep all of your things. It’s now the 3rd weekend they told me I’d have my stuff but yet nothing was delivered!... it’s very sad that people would actually do things like this to others

HORRIBLE service. Was loaded up 3/30 and were told at most 14 days for our stuff to arrive at our house in Florida from Nebraska. It is now 4/27 and I am still being told its going to be another week. Movers were very unprofessional, cursing and bad mouthing my family in Spanish while playing around on their phones the entire time they were loading the truck. On top of this they left my old residence a complete mess which I had to clean up at 1am in the morning when they finally loaded up.Reporting this company to the BBB and also local news because this company should not be allowed to function or expect people to pay for this horrible serviceThis company was hired threw Medal of Honor moving company which has refused to help or respond to my phone calls about this issue as well!

Edit after finally receiving my items: I will not recommend this company for interstate moving, it took about 70 days to have all my items delivered and I assume this was because the cost to deliver items interstate is quite high and my items had to wait for other deliveries close to my location. In general the workers are ok, so local moving in New Jersey may be ok.

This place is horrible DO NOT USE. I was not clear on their delivery time frame. I was asked, the day of pickup, what day was the earliest I could receive my furniture. I gave them an exact date. Read Read Read your contacts. I did not receive my furniture for 10 days after the date that I told them was the earliest date. They told me that’s just a first day, but they have 10 days to get my furniture to me past my date. I also received emails, after I complained, saying it could be 21 days. When my furniture arrived, my beautiful dining table was damaged, and 2 lamps were missing. I’ve called twice but no response. That table is the one item I wanted to arrive inscaved. This company does not respond. BUYER BEWARE

FRAUDULENT COMPANY ALERT. They contractually promised expedited delivery: 7- 14 days for our move cross country from East Coast to West Coast. Our goods are held hostage in a warehouse in New Jersey - with no plan to arrive to the west coast. To get them out of the warehouse and move them on our own, we were told we need to pay. We are now without our household goods and fear we may never see them again. When we needed help and service, coincidentally the person in charge was not in the office. They fail to return calls and provide answers. STAY AWAY.

Okay.... so this may be dragged out, but its for a VERY good reason. My grandmother found this company on Google and gave them a try. They told her they would be at her apartment early on 07/11/20, when they didnt show... my 75 year old grandmother decided to help them out by packing up her apartment on her own. That way they could just come, pack up, and head out. But things didnt work out that way. They didnt get there until about 10PM that night and UNPACKED EVERYTHING and repacked it which took about 5 hours!! Today is 8/19/20..... and her things are still not here! Shes contacted them at least 20-30 times and they keep giving her the same response The driver didnt answer, let me call you back and she never hears anything back! SHES BEEN WAITING OVER A MONTH!! They only got 1 star from me because a review is not possible without one! At this point, were under the impression that they dont have her things! They either stole it or sold it! 😥

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR AAA MOVING GROUP THAT HIRES THIS COMPANY! I used AAA Moving Group, which then subcontracted this company ( I believe they are the same company). They picked up my items on Sunday 11/28/20 and I told them the earliest move in date was 11/30/2020. The paperwork they give you states 3 - 14 business days for East to East moving and a number to call for delivery status. I was going from Ohio to North Carolina so I expected 14 business days max. I began calling the 2nd week in December and could not reach any one. When I finally did reach someone, I was told they were working on the routes and someone would call me back, that never happened. I called on December 15th and they told me my things would be delivered that weekend and I would get a call by Friday with the exact day and time. I never got a call and I could not get anyone to answer the phone. So I called my credit card company, opened a dispute and they reverse the charges. On 12/22/2020 I received my first call from this company. I spoke to Kelly and she wanted to know why I reversed the charges. I explained to them they left me no choice and that I simply wanted to know when to expect my things. She threatened that they would keep my things unless I paid them cash. I told them I was not paying them cash. She kept trying to bully me into agreeing to pay cash. Finally after stating I would not she said well she would call me back after speaking with someone about me paying with my credit card again. I did not receive another call until January 5th. Kelly called and said that they would deliver my things that weekend if I cancelled the dispute and forwarded the email from my credit card company with the confirmation of the cancelled dispute. I did that. I did not hear from anyone and my things were not delivered. On 1/11 I called Kelly on the number she gave me. She stated that the money was not in their account. I told her the money was taken off my card so she stated she would contact the bank and call me back. She never called me back. I called her again on 1/12/2021 and she would not answer, so I filed a police report and a grievance with the Department of Transportation. On 1/15 I called Kelly again and she did not pick up. I then emailed the same address I sent the dispute cancellation email stating what I had done so far, and that I intended on having the credit card company reverse the charges again and would secure an attorney if I did not hear from someone by Monday the 18th by end of business day. Kelly called about an hour later asking me why I filed the police report and grievance with D.O.T., I explained why and she stated my things would be delivered by Sunday, Monday at the latest. My things were finally delivered 1/17/2021. This experience has been a nightmare, not to mention the lamps that are part of my end tables were bent and wrapped around the legs for transport. They are not meant to be bent, and that is obvious. I had 2 of them that now have to be thrown away because they are broke, I had broken picture frames. My furniture was wet, the box holding one of my tvs was wet. This company is awful and should be shut down.

Absolutely terrible company, DO NOT use under any circumstances. To start... they arrived for my pickup late and without any of the protection that they said they would bring (i had to use my blankets and comforters) Then they sent some of my belongings to a random person half the country away. When they arrived with the bulk of my shipment, very late again, I got to look in the back of the truck. Half the boxes were upside down (yes they were marked up) and were being crushed. Boxes clearly marked fragile we broken and sideways under extremely heavy items. My one large piece of furniture which was a dresser was also broken, as well as two wooden wooden chests were cracked. I never received any compensation for the damage. To make matters worse, a very kind person who had one of my boxes in their shipment found me through items inside of it. After a month of arguing with the company to pay for me to get my belongings back they said the other person had to pay to ship it and they would then mail him a check. 2 months later he still has not received it. Multiple times we have tried to get new checks out and they are never sent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This has been a nightmare since day one! Didnt show up to pick my stuff up when said they would after I accommodated them to change my day as long as they came in time frame that they said cause I needed to be out of my place...they were 8hrs late! And then tried to tell me all my stuff wouldnt fit in truck and wanted more money...no way!! I was told by AAA moving that my stuff would be 3-5 days, and then it went to 7-14 days, and then told that Moving Solutions had to to 21 days to deliver my stuff...well I am on the business day of 25!! And I still can not get any answers! Im tired of hearing truck issues!! They said the driver was in Florida a week and half ago and I have been promised my stuff so many times and yet I have nothing yet!!!! I am tired of fighting for my property that I have paid to have delivered...no one has any answers for you and they do not return calls!! I had my property picked up on September 1, 2020 and I am still waiting for it...I have been in my new place for a month with nothing...everything I own is on that truck! I sleep on the floor and I am over it! I have contacted officials...I was promised so much when Ashley signed me up yet nothing that they have said has been true! AAA moving and Moving Solutions has really disappointed me and I would tell you to stay way away from them....I still at this point have nothing and they have no answers for me....it is disgusting how they do business!!Update as of October 11, 2020...Was told on Friday, Oct 9 that the driver would call me in two hours and i was told I should get my stuff by Sunday...once again they lied and driver did not call...this is a nightmare! I had to hire an attorney...I can not figure out how it is possible that my stuff was picked up September 1, and we are now almost halfway through October and I still have not got my belonging...totally unacceptable and not one person from company has apologized or tried to rectify the situation...I just want my stuff...they are over the limit of days they had to deliver it....😡

Update:Rant incoming.So I didnt choose this company. They work with another company that I chose for a move and getting in touch with them is nothing but stressful. I have started a job in my new city and had to take off multiple days because I was told that they would be arriving with my things, only to have to call multiple times and find out they got delayed.This weekend, I was contacted by the drivers and told that my things would arrive saturday afternoon or sunday morning and since theyre supposed to call 24 hours in advance and its 5:30 saturday night, its safe to assume they arent coming which means I have another fun week ahead of me of taking off work for the possibility that theyll show up. I tried calling their office today and got no response and called the many numbers they gave me by people who promised to keep me in the know. So if this is the only way to get through to them, I guess this is what Im doing. Ill only remove this review when my things arrive safe and sound on Sunday. Like promisedAfter getting my things, the only thing that made this situation bearable was Manny who dropped my things off. He was super personable and understand my situation and was more than willing to help and make sure I had everything. Him alone added one star to this review

Unfortunately, we did not pick this mover as we used a broker, AAA Moving Group. The experience with AAA was a pleasant one and we felt that everything was in good hands. That is until Moving Solutions got ahold of our belongings. The contract estimates that is may take up to 14 business days to get our belongings delivered. It is now the 16th business day and they are no longer returning our calls. We have no idea if and when we will get our belongings. Please do your research regarding this company. If we had known which company would be moving our stuff, we couldve avoided this.UPDATE: So, after my first review, I called them for an update. They informed me there were some delays and that they would call me the next day to give me an update. They also asked if I would revisit my review and perhaps edit it for a more favorable review if they could rectify the issue. I complied as I my intention is not to cause anyone to lose business, just for the company to deliver on promises. They then responded to this review as you can see below. I got off the phone feeling better about the situation. However, not only did they not call me the next day, but when I was able to get an estimate, it had been delayed from September 26th to anytime between September 27th to the 29th. Today is the 28th and the newest update is that furniture is being loaded on the truck tonight!! So, they expect me to believe the driver is going to drive through the night to have my goods in Florida, from NJ, overnight. Mind you, they picked it up in Pennsylvania on the 29th of August. This place is a nightmare. Stay away at all costs.Also, notice how all the good reviews are a year old? This company started business last year. All newer reviews are bad reviews.UPDATE 2: 48 calendar days, 35 business days! That is how long it took Moving Solutions to move my parents stuff from Allentown PA to Florida. According to Google Maps, I couldve walked there, returned to PA, then walked back to FL in less time then it took them to deliver. My parents, both senior citizens, had to sleep on the floor for 48 days!! The contract was with AAA Moving. They passed it on to Moving Solutions. I dont know if this is some sort of scam, or just idiots that have no idea what they are doing. Either way, this place should be avoided like the plague. I plan on moving down south next summer and I will be sure to avoid this place.They will CONSTANTLY lie to you and stall you with false information about where your stuff is. Spoke with both Annie and Kelly and both will feed you complete lies. They kept pushing the delivery days and telling us that the cargo was on its way. Only to be later told it was still in the warehouse. Do not believe anything they tell you. Better yet, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Again, these people either have no dignity or they rode the short bus to school when they were little.NOTE: The online reviews below that rate them five stars are suspicious. One reviewer only has two reviews on Google, both for moving companies in NJ last year. Both with five stars. Why would someone need two moving companies in the same town in the same year? Another five-star reviewer gave them a wonderful review for moving her stuff from NJ to Florida a year ago. Only 8 months ago she gave another 5 star review to a store in ... NJ! Sure, she couldve been in town, but its suspect that those are her only two reviews. And yet another reviewer that gave five star reviews to TWO moving companies four months apart, in the same town, less than five miles from each other. Ironically, the same two companies referenced by the earlier reviewer. Again, suspicious. Most of their good reviews come from people with very little reviews. No smoking gun, but very suspect.

This company is the worst!!!!!! Please do not hire them!!! They are unprofessional and have no compassion for customers. My stuff was in transit for over a month and every time I have attempted to call I was placed on hold for about 15 minutes. The operators do not what’s going on and they give you a run around. They do not call to keep you updated with what’s going on, you have to be the one to call. Some of my items were returned to me ruined, no apology nor discount was offered! I will be taking legal action! The worst experience ever!

And this is the shorter version! (ran out of room) Dont trust a single positive review for this company!Late showing up!Charged for second truck we didnt need. Promised 2 day delivery, turned into a MONTH!Brought a second truck that we did not need (as evidenced by the single truck that showed up with our stuff) and yet we were charged an additional $1.2k for. Was rushed into signing papers late at night so I could get on the road from Ohio to Iowa. Was promised by driver he would see me in 2 days in Iowa for the unload.For the next 4 weeks, our stuff was not put on a truck for delivery. We were given every excuse under the sun. We were never told exactly where our stuff was. When the lady at Moving Solutions said a warehouse in New Jersey, I questioned why when I moved from Ohio to Iowa would my stuff go to NJ. Then she said, “oh I mean it’s in Ohio in a warehouse.” We were never even told our stuff would be unloaded from the truck and put in a warehouse to begin with until after this had already happened.My wife made weekly calls over these four weeks to AAA and Moving Solutions Vanlines to ask about our stuff. Always being told a range of 4 - 5 days out from the call. Sometimes my wife had to leave a voicemail. Moving Solutions Van Lines never called back. Whenever a voicemail was left, a call was never returned. She just called the next day or later in the week. When the stuff did not arrive within the first week, she was told by Moving Solutions Van Lines that they had up to 14 days to deliver stuff. When the 14 day mark passed and she called, she was told no it’s 14 business days. Of course that turned into a month!On August 10th, we called a telling them that our stuff never arrived over the weekend like he said that it would. He called and talked to Annie from dispatch from Moving Solutions Van Lines and was told that our stuff was on a route and will arrive by the end of the week. He called my wife and gave her this information. Again the days came and went and there was no truck. Each time we called we were given a different range of days and still no truck. At one point my wife asked for a receipt of the payment on July 24 and an updated invoice as moving Solutions said that they would take $300 off. When the invoice came it said that instead of owing $2300, that we owed $5600! My wife called in tears and they adjusted the price back down to $2300 for the remaining balance. If they could have gotten away with it, they would have! Full amount paid was $7500 (initial estimate was $3.6k)Finally on yet another call that we made, moving solutions finally said it would be here on August 20 or 21st. And then on the evening of August 20, moving solutions called and said, no that the truck won’t be there on Saturday either. That the truck was having trouble. At this point my wife called the emergency number and filed a complaint with them. I also also filed complaints with Moving Solutions insurance holders as well as various NJ state authorities. It had been a month and we thought our stuff was stolen or lost. We had been lied to over and over again. The truck finally arrived at 11 AM on August 22. It arrived in one box truck. The same size truck that we were told all of our stuff could not fit in as it was loaded and that we needed the additional truck that we were charged an additional $1200 for. However all of our stuff was there and it fit on one truck. We also discovered that the TV was broken. We have filed claims for the broken stuff as well as the violation of contract. This was one of the worst experiences weve ever had. We had to sleep on the floor for a month. If we had known ahead of time we could have planned differently. However, we kept being told that the truck was just a few days out. My wife was reduced to tears several times over this whole period. They stringed us along for a full month. AVOID Moving Solutions at all costs!!

I had a wonderful experience working with this company, I moved from Delaware to North Carolina. My sales representative Rachel always kept me informed and provided me with the best rate. I recommend their service polite people and are really organized when dealing your furniture. Highly recommended

This company is great they moved me from new york city to palm bay, Florida all my belongings got there intact, they took a really good care of my stuff my movers were at the location on time to pick up my apartment and the packers came in the day before they boxed most my stuff and carefully packed everything... im very greatful super friendly staff and very professional.

Avoid- overcharged, underdelivered, lost items, broke half my things. Cant get anyone on the phone. Left several messages. Cant get any help. $4000+ dollars to have things lost and broken, then ignored.

I would have to say by far the most professional and efficient moving company I have ever worked with. Their attention to detail is impecable. They came by the day before to do a walk-thru with me and went over all the details. On the day of the move they arrived on time and began to work. Here is where I was impressed they wrapped up my furniture and tvs with such care and speed that amazed me. They even took extra precaution with certain items by double taping boxes that we had already packed for extra security. Not only that but they were also very careful taking out the furniture while making sure they didn’t damage any walls or doors in the process. I honestly think they made the moving transition easier for my family. They went above and beyond our expectations and did a fabulous job! Thank you Moving Solutions Van Lines so much for making our move from NJ to South Carolina a smooth process!!
