Management here will tow your cars and fine you twice in the same month for the same thing. They will constantly complain if you have anything on your patio that isnt specifically patio furniture. No matter how much time you spend mowing and seeding and planting and watering your a lot, trying to improve it, all they will still find a reason to complain. Theres so many people here that havent painted their house in at least 10 years. There are many homes with more than one shed which is against the rules, and there are many homes that need TLC. There are many people whose lot is completely full of dried weeds. There are so many people here that do not take care of their lot at all. Once you get on their radar you will be harassed endlessly, they dont have dumpsters or anything like that so if you ever want any extra trash picked up you have to call Rocky Mountain sanitation and pay in advance or take cash out to the driver. It does not matter to them if you have health issues; they will go ahead and post you anyway. It really doesnt matter if you have good payment history because they will not treat you any better even if you have always paid your rent on time. Probably the only thing that I have to say that is positive is at the park is clean and well maintained. Because they seem to be so concerned with how everyones lot looks they should seriously look at helping the older and handicapped people at least paint their trim.

You know what for a trailer park in Grand junction Colorado its not bad a nice park. Decent side yards for what it is everybody seemed friendly that was up and about and walking around probably the most confusing place to try to find a trailer if you dont know where theyre at there is a map at the front entrance off of 32 road all in all I was slightly impressed with the cleanliness and the size a few spaces for rent that I seen

Management doesn’t know what they’re doing and discriminate against certain residents. Some residents can keep 6 dogs in a dirt yard, while others get fined for having one large dog with a nice yard. They also complain about dry yards when the water isn’t even working 90% of the time. Animals and children are running wild everywhere and nothing is ever done. Not worth your money

Considering the “obviously” measly amount Corporate allows for Management to work with, they are trying to do what they can and I have seen a lot of improvements lately. They just need more maintenance crews. Poor guys, they’re run ragged!

Trailer park with weekly shootouts, but you better keep your yard picked up because the HOA will fine you. They had no problem fining an elderly disabled lady for a full grown tree in her yard.

Flood easily when it rains. People race through the park. Lots of animals dumped here. Doesnt feel safe.

Those speed bumps are horrible on vehicles, no playground as they chose the worst time of year to work on that. Otherwise peaceful, quite, and was great to visit friends while in town.

Feels like home. The neighbors have been awesome. Office staff have been extremely helpful. Thank you.

My mom lives in candlewood and after over twenty years living there without incident the new management appears to have singled out my disabled mother for violations that are clearly visible thru out the trailer park. The sprinkler system was down most of the summer and my moms yard is nearly dead now. I think her skin is the wrong color for their preference. I would discourage anyone from living in candlewood.

The mobile homes are NOT in numerical order, this makes finding an address a NIGHTMARE!!!

Way to darn expensive for a little piece of dirt! Its an outrageous price. Do not move here, unless you must! On the other hand. The playground/park is nice, and well maintained. The streets arent too bad eather.

Posts notices of things they want fixed but dont take into account that some people dont have the money to fix things would rather harass people than work with them i dont live there personally I would rather be homeless but I know people that do and fear constantly they will be kicked out because they dont have the money to make certain repairs but do the best they can

It was great everybody was friendly everybody acted professional dancer my questions when I ask them to the best of their ability they made me feel safe and sure what their know that youre doing

The worst place to live in the valley. Cant keep steady management. They favor certain people over others. Plenty of child molesters and drugs most of the lots in there are completely trashed and gross. It smells really bad in most of the park

My friend lives here and it seems alright. Seriously a labyrinth tho. Also a zillion cats appear as soon as the sun sets.

New management is terrible. You go in to get a couple questions cleared up and you’re told if you don’t like it, move somewhere else.

Yeah if I could leave a negative review I would. I’ve been visiting my girlfriends family here for over ten years. We have dinner with her grandmother here every Wednesday. Even contemplated possibly buying a trailer in the park. Sooo thankful I didn’t. On top of a myriad of shady practices (constant rising lot rent, lack of security, etc.) apparently now it’s a crime to park on the street. Even though we have on numerous occasions witnessed vehicles spilling into the street from various houses.An incredibly rude park manager interrupted our dinner to demand we move our car from the street saying “when you visit the park, park your car in the lot literally across the street. See vacant. Right there.” (Her exact words were accompanied by a less than helpful pointing motion to a vacant drive way) I’ve never been made aware of such a rule and the manager was beyond condescending and rude in her tone. I understand the park is all private property including the streets but I assumed parking in someone’s personal drive vacant or other wise would have been against the rules.I also have photo evidence of at least 2 other cars parked also on the street as we left. According to grandma there have been numerous complaints to no success in dealing with disrespectful park staff.Long story short save your money, rent or buy from another park. I know I will never give them a cent.

This modular home park has a lot of good features that could be progressed even further but due to economic situations they are hindered. It used to be a closed Park but now it is constantly open and not maintained as it used to be although the rent is comparable to other Parks the amenities within the park are not equal to others. The reason being is the maintenance level from the people that are hired are of moderate to low standards and so the ethic quality is decreased and the possibilities continue to diminish they get just enough done. I remember when I first moved in the park we had people that would come by and help and or asked us if we needed work on our trees in our yards and things of that nature because of the environment that is allowed to continue to breed it Fosters an opportunity for Darkness to grow he used to be a light and a help but now its moderate neutrality. The managers do a very nice job and theyre increasing the opportunity to grow the money that is being used is going somewhere other than where it should be are managers dont get paid nearly as what they should and the quality of the maintenance Personnel that could be hired and the work done in the park could be increased but somebody else is taking that money. Things that could help the park would be fostering opportunities for Community Watch getting neighbors together to improve the area and self-improvement will number one get people moving thinking and helping but people are left themselves and that does not happen yes there is a community center in an opportunity but theres no invitation theres no notice to do so. Neighbors helping neighbors what it used to be but now everybody hides in their little own world and plays on their internet and doesnt spend any time with each other opportunities for invitation are there. Improving where we live. This is why I gave it three stars

Crackhead city... I bought some tamales from a person off Craigslist whom lived here.... needless to say I will not go back! Within 15mins while my elderly mother was in the car, she was offered several drug offers while witnessing a assault of a woman.... DONT MOVE HERE, DONT VISIT!
