I’ve been coming here now a little over a year , I was seeing Wendy for therapy and she’s awesome. She’s very caring and she keeps it real. I’m going to be seeing a new therapist , I’m sure that will be awesome too , don’t believe all the bad reviews you see here , most likely whom ever rated this place low must of been causing some kind of problem or having some behavioral issues and no one likes being dealt with. I have to give the wonderful lady at the front desk a shout out… Prostelli is awesome she’s consistent , she follows up on her calls and is very respectful , a friend of mine was running low on meds and she took care of it same day.

I have been calling for the past month trying to make an appointment and they keep redirecting me to someone who never picks up I called one more time today and told her if there’s any other way I can make an appointment and they said no and continue to redirect me to the person who never picks up the phone. Im very upset because this is the one of the few places that accepts my insurance and the other few places that do accept my insurance dont pick up the phone aswell!! Its very discouraging especially when you have issues going on with you and no one seems to care or want to help it just makes me want to stop trying

This practice is not efficient with patient care at all. They do not have their patients best interest in mind. Stephanie does not return calls for prescriptions refills even after numerous calls/messages. It gets very frustrating taking time out of our busy schedules to call this place and no one returns your calls. This being a mental health clinic, it’s very poorly managed. How are your patients supposed to cope without any medical advice? They CAN’T even reach their PSYCHIATRIST!!

I have had nothing but cancelations from there staff.Very dissatisfied with the following through of appointments. We are in a time were help is needed most for me and they were not available as much as I needed nor when they made an appointment did they follow through, they usually cancelled on me.Then when I followed up and asked why my appointment didnt happen, they had the nerve to say I was a no show ??? When I waited by the phone for 2 hours and no one called. This is a mental health facility that needs people who care and not lie about meetings.

Serv is a well rounded facility. I always had this bias opinion about clinics that offers help for low income families, at any cost in the health industry. I was misconstrued by my own ignorance to realize help comes in a variety of the good and the bad not just the bad. Serv from Clifton has offered me professional help, and a good one at that. My therapist that I love to death Wendy (I hope she’s ok with me publicly mentioning her name, hahaha) has guide me through these bumpy roads called life. But in all in well she has helped me tremendously. Not only is she a good ear to my problems and life difficulties but she offers the best counseling and advice. I feel so uplifted after each session that my depression falls to a 1 on a scale of 1- 10; 10 being high. I’ve been in Serv for less than a year and it helps me cope through my illness and cope through life challenges. Improve is the word. May God bless such a woman! She is one of the best therapist I ever had. In short; Serv is excellent and I love it. As for the other staffs, their okay in my opinion.

I have been coming to Serv for almost a year. Appointments get switched or canceled without any notifications or explanations. My therapist is great, but the office staff needs help. They have still not sent any bills to my I insurance company since my first appointment.

Easily the worst front office staff of any doctors office that I have ever dealt with. You need to call them several times in order to get them to return your call. This even goes for very important calls like prescription refills. The therapist I dealt with was great but the front office staff has made the experience of going there a miserable one. I will not be going back. Stay away from this place.

I have called this place 3 times and left a message each time. Not a single person has gotten back to me yet. I can tell how much they care about people.

I’ve been coming to this location since 2014 due to my abusive childhood. My therapy sessions with Jessica have been amazing. When I first started I was such a lost puppy with two children who are now 9 and 16 yrs old. However, since then I have earned my GED, my Associate’s degree, and I’m currently in my third yr of College. I’ve gain the strength to break toxic family cycles. I’ve learned how to deal with my anxiety induced by trauma. Although I walked into Clifton Serv thinking all my life issues would be solved in one session but I was so wrong! I’m so happy I didn’t give up and put the time and effort to become the woman I am now. I’m currently in the corporate world which brings a whole new level of anxiety to the table but with Clifton Serv and JESSICA I’m living a very normal life while being taught how to handle and work through life struggles. My children was/is my motivation to seek for help and I know one day they will thank me for pushing through the struggles and setting the best example every mom would love to provided to their children.I truly hope this review will help someone out there in need of therapy. Therapist don’t have magic so putting in the effort and hard work on your end will be needed in order to see results but IT WORKS! And you do not need to get medicated if you choose not too, I have never been forced to take anything. They worked on my paces and what makes me feel comfortable. Best wishes!

Some of the therapists need more help than the patients here. I was called an aggressive bully when I confronted Ms. Tank the therapist yrs ago for always being about half an hour late each session. The therapist offered no sympathy when I said I was in pain. Ms. Tank said she has to wait too. I left Serv awhile because the person in charge would not help me. I found out later my friend had an issue with the same therapist and got switched. Everything I experienced and shared was turned around in Ms. Tanks favor. Now Jesse has been very cold and uncaring in dealing with billing claims. Instead of helping the people coming for treatment some of the staff make you feel worse here. I was told the doctor takes my insurance over a year ago several time when she did not.Instead of helping me the billing person was very rude and told me recently telling me it is too late to resolve these claims. The front desk messes up appointments and sometimes forgets to tell the therapist I am there waiting. The office puts me on hold a long time on the phone.I called Serv promptly when rides were a no show and the front desk again did not tell the therapist, so half an hour later the therapist is calling me. We do not have adequate mental health care when we do not have a lot of money or good insurance. This place is built in a somewhat isolated spot with no traffic lights nearby. The cars in front come speeding by and it is hard to cross the street in front. It was obviously built for people who have access to vehicles not pedestrians.@ Serv the staff benefit most. The best workers move on quickly to better paying jobs elsewhere. I have waited months for a replacement worker. If I had more options I would go elsewhere.
