AMAZING! 5 stars! Would give 10 stars if I could. GMPC is wonderful, Lynda is a life-saver and we wouldnt dare go anywhere else for our printing. Most recently, Lynda and her team helped us turn around a project that should have taken 4 days in 12 hours!!! Another of my favorite things is Lynda always responds immediately to my emails, acknowledging that the order has been received, then emails later if there are questions or comments. Truly the best customer service. If its important to me, its important to them. Please choose GMPC! Im glad I did!

Ordered marketing materials for our business and was very pleased with quality of their job. One of the brochures needed to be redone on thicker paper. They handled it with great understanding. I very rarely post any reviews whatsoever, but the staff at GMPC Printing are truly deserving of it. Lynda in particular is the absolutely best. Her and her team go above and beyond the call to deliver outstanding products no matter what the situation is. Time and time again the GMPC staff have saved us whether its last minute edits, signs or brochures they get the job done right and provide us with impressive materials. Very disappointed. I work for a high end lighting manufacturer that was in the market for a new, local printer to take over our marketing material and gave GMPC a shot. I stopped in after calling and getting no call back, to inquire about higher quality business cards for my boss in time for a big expo we were presenting at. If we were happy, wed get the rest of the staffs cards from them, try them out with brochures, catalogs, etc...When I got the cards, they didnt look like the sample I had picked and were totally inconsistent-color, thickness, alignment, marks all over them-everything was off and I literally ended up going through all 1,000 of them one by one to save as many as I could that were decent enough to use for the show. I sent pictures and explained that we were not happy and the response was, use what you can for the show and ill get back to you after speaking to quality control. I waited until the next day for a response before following up a second time. which I do not feel I should have had to do. From the beginning, I had to be pushy for answers and responses from the Senior Customer Service Rep. I waited a week for the first batch and two weeks for the second. I dont know if the first batch was rushed (I certainly wasnt provided with an explanation), but theres no comparison between one order and the other-the second actually looks like what we ordered.The quality was obviously an issue but I also feel it just wasnt handled properly, I did not exactly feel like a valued customer. I even told the woman helping me we were looking for a new printer for our company! Not a great way to gain business from new clients.

I cant thank these guys enough for the work they did for me on our marketing materials. I had books bound, name tags, posters, and a beautiful retractable banner made, and all for half of the price of other local print shops I reached out to. I had very specific instructions and tight deadlines and everything came out flawless. It is so nice to know that I have such a capable team in my area. I highly recommend them!

I have been doing work with GMPC Printing for years and I absolutely love them. They are reliable professionals that produce very hi quality print projects from the simple to the complicated. The press guys ensure that the files I send create the finished product that I need. There are a lot of online printing options available today--weve looked into them. We chose GMPC because the personal touch does matter in both the quality of the product and the experience of the process. (Confidence in your vendor=less stress.) We qualify for local delivery which helps to keep our costs down. And a shout out to the drivers who are always friendly and willing to put the order where I need it--even if it requires going up stairs.
