Not a bad place but the prices, common. No wonder there’s only 3 people in here. Will definitely try another location next time.

I came in early to beat the rush it’s nice they are cleaning the facility however to block the dryers when someone is clearly going to use them to clean the floors with a power machine is not appropriate! I spent $32 to wash 3 large loads and he got an attitude when I said I’d like to use the dryers he was blocking! Floor cleaning in my opinion should happen during closed hours not when customers are in using the high priced machines! The young lady working was awesome and did provide great customer service

I have been coming to this laundry mat for almost 3 years now, knowing the very last load must go in at 8 pm and the facility closes at 9 pm whether your items are done or not. Very simple and easy to understand. As I have my laundry loaded in at 7:58 pm and about to put in my detergent this new person stated that it was too late and I had to leave. They’re signs need to change stating they close at 8 pm and last load goes in at 7 pm since this woman was obviously not wanting anyone there. I will be looking else where for service.

This laundry facility has to be the worst in the entire valley. For starters, it is dirty; a lot of dust. The place has an off smell, not like any other laundromat I have ever been to. My second issue is they are over priced, on both wash and dry yourself and drop off service. I used the drop off service, and I can honestly say that they can’t fold a fitted sheet if their life depended on it. I had to refold the majority of the laundry. My last complaint is the staff is not very friendly. They were often on their phones ignoring customers. I won’t be returning to this facility.

I was there yesterday from 11-9! It took quite a bit of money to wash and dry all of my clothes, but I also had a significant amount. Lisa was absolutely amazing, very kind, diligent, and friendly. Lisa went above andbeyond, helped us carry some of our laundry and was just a joy to be around. Especially with the long wait. Would definitely reccomend this laundromat.

I was just denied service by the old lady working right now. When i question her advertisement that said last load was at 8:00 and its 8 she said oh yep you missed it its 8:00..you missed it by 50 seconds yep! When i got in the car and looked at my phone it was 7:59 still. What kind of service is that from a self service OR drop-off laundromat? I had a good amount of laundry considering it was 5 people whos laundry I do including myself. 32 Road Laundromat has lost anymore of my business.

Walked in at 6:50 to wash some bedding too big for most washers. Cost 15 bucks to wash two somewhat large loads. I can handle the cost but the clerk was while nice enough very snippy about us coming in. She immediately greeted us with “we close at 8”. The sign said they closed at 9 and the last wash would go in at 8. She mentioned several times that “you’re here with barely enough time” she hovered and followed us around I believe trying to be somewhat helpful but it really was an off experience, we felt like our business was not wanted. Will not come back.

Cant be left in peace here. They were in my business the moment I walked in, eyeballed all of my laundry and policed the amount I put in the washer like it would explode if that extra sock went in with the rest, and I loaded them pretty light. They make a massive ordeal about using special tokens that [THEY] have to insert for you(dollar coins... just regular dollar coins) and insist upon adding your detergent for you. They treat their large capacity machine like its a delicate spaceship that the rest of us certainly couldnt comprehend operating. One word to describe the service: overbearing.

It says they are open DAILY 8-9pm last load is at 8pm... this is not true, I went in about 7:40 and got turned away, because she was closing at 8 pm . It clearly says on the door open DAILY 8-9pm . No where does it say we close early if we are not busy . I get off work at 7 to go do my laundry really quick . But nope can’t because they are closing down early .. Fix your sign to say we close early if we don’t have customers . 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Just bought a house close to this area so I thought I’d check it out and it was referred by a friend. It was the worst place I’ve ever been. The lady was rude and snappy and followed me around. The change machine kept half of my money and she tried to refuse to give me the rest so I asked her for the owners info and she refused so I asked her to call her boss or the owner so she did and then told me it was mandatory that I give her my license plate Number. Service was horrible and my experience was so awful I will never return.

Great laundromat, The staff is very helpful and attendant. The facility itself is well-maintained/equipped with extra large washers and dryers. As well as being spotless, will definitely do business with them again :-)

Unbelievable, aggressive if you dont want to be bothered. Why dont they offer to wash our close at 10% off, freaks. Make sure there isnt garlic cloves in the dryer, I found one on Sunday night, may be a witch as an employee!

WARNING: RUDDEST LADY IVE EVER MET!The machines take your money and they wont refund it. The RUDE elderly lady that was running it didnt explain anything about the machines then to insulted us by saying that we couldnt read.. Not only that but that rude lady also pissed off another customer making him walk out as well. I rather have dirty close then have to wash them in that laundry mat.
